⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Holiday at Jasmin Palace Resort & Spa!
We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Jasmin Palace Resort & Spa, and it was everything we hoped for and more! We travelled as a family with three children, and the resort was absolutely perfect for all of us.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and so helpful. The check-in was smooth, and we were made to feel at home straight away. Our room was spotless, spacious, and ideal for a family — cleaned daily to a very high standard.
The food was excellent, with so many options that even our picky eaters were happy! The variety at the buffet and themed dinners kept every meal exciting, and the service was always friendly and attentive.
The kids absolutely loved the pools and the water slides, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day thanks to the fantastic animation team — they really made the holiday special! We also enjoyed some quiet time at the beach, where the sea was crystal clear and great for snorkelling.
The evening entertainment was brilliant, and there was something for everyone. We also treated ourselves to a visit to the spa, which was pure relaxation — highly recommended!
Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and hard work. Jasmin Palace Resort & Spa is a place we’ll definitely be coming back to.

Firstly the hotel is absolutely huge. Absolutely stunning views. Gardens are beautiful, kept very well. Restaurants are lovely, food always hot. There are 5 alacarte restaurants, the Italian was our favourite. Drinks we're also really good. Hotel rooms are ok. Could be updated slightly but the cleaners do an amazing job, with all the decorative stuff on the bed. Staff around pools and on the beach are so attentive, we liked to tip but they didn't expect it which was nice.
The star of the show was Siannon from the animation team. She is absolutely amazing, made us feel so welcome, always tried to get us involved , we made a lovely friend in her. Amazing memories made. Thank you Jasmine palace.

We have just arrived home after 10 days at the resort. The whole team was very welcoming, rooms kept nice and clean with the added towel designs on the bed. Excellent entertainment at night for both kids and adults. The animation team made you feel very welcomed and were enthusiastic throughout the day. There was a good choice for the buffet food with different themes every day and a variety of cultures including the a la carte restaurants. The drinks were good and had a good selection.

We're having a wonderful time at this resort! Lots of entertainment, staff are friendly and the pool areas are fabulous and well looked-after. Restaurants are really good, including the awesome Egyptian restaurant on the beach. This is our first time all inclusive for a number of years and we're loving it!

On the day of departure, as expected, we were checked out at 12, after which I personally left the room keys at the reception, receiving an approving nod in return. Everything would have been fine, but at the moment of leaving for the airport (when the bus had already arrived and most of the passengers were inside), we were stopped with the words, "You didn't return the room keys." The arguing began. The same guy to whom I had personally handed the keys was standing at the reception, but he just shrugged. When we asked to check the cameras, we were told, "They don't work here," even though, come on, why would the cameras at the reception not be working? We called our guide, who was supposed to accompany us to the airport. He came over, started talking to them about something, but in the end, he didn't help at all. "Either you pay, or you won't be let go." And that's exactly what happened. No one was going to let us leave the hotel. The situation was escalating, and at that very moment, the reception staff were standing there and LAUGHING at us without a shred of conscience. They just stood there and laughed at us. In the end, of course, we had to pay these people our own money, specifically, they presented us with a bill for $45. The entire impression of the vacation was completely ruined. I can only conclude that this is a well-orchestrated scheme by the entire staff, and no one will achieve justice. We were made fools of and ripped off.
