We spent 3 weeks at the jasmine palace and we have no complaints. Very spacious room, exceptionally clean throughout the whole resort. All the staff are helpful, Friendly and welcoming, a special thank you to Muhammad at the Arorau buffet restaurant he was amazing, and also yoseff, and Abdul at the wave bar. I am a very fussy, picky eater, but managed to enjoy some really good food. we will definitely be going back next year x

I stayed at Jasmine Palace Resort for 8 days. The outdoor area is nice and well maintained, and the rooms were decent, nothing special but acceptable. Unfortunately, we had several issues with the room key cards, which stopped working and had to be replaced multiple times.
The pool area looks quite old, and there are not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. On top of that, many local vendors constantly walk around the pool area and disturb guests, trying to sell excursions and services at overpriced rates, which makes it difficult to relax. The spa services are also extremely expensive.
Regarding the staff, most of them were fine. However, part of the animation team was rather pushy, repeatedly trying to sell us tickets to a club in the city at an unreasonable price — and unfortunately, they eventually succeeded.
Food was the biggest disappointment. We also tried the Italian restaurant, which was very poor. As an unpleasant bonus, on our departure day, while waiting at reception, we saw a mouse coming out of the Chinese restaurant, which is completely unacceptable for a resort of this level.
Overall, this was not a good experience, and for a future vacation in Hurghada, I would not choose Jasmine Palace Resort again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault this hotel at all. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with daily housekeeping done to a very high standard.
Food and drink were excellent, with a great variety and quality across all meals. There was always something for everyone, and the staff in the restaurants went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable.
The pool areas and facilities were first-class, never feeling overcrowded, and the atmosphere was relaxing yet lively when you wanted it to be. The beach area was also well maintained and perfect for unwinding.
Overall, this truly felt like a luxury 5-star experience from start to finish. We felt looked after at every step and would 100% return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Egypt and looking for a top-tier hotel stay.

We spent our holiday at Jasmine Palace Hotel in Hurghada from December 25th to January 1st, and overall the hotel itself truly feels like a five‑star property. The grounds are clean, well maintained, and the general atmosphere is pleasant.
The hotel offers plenty of sunbeds, and the spa is excellent — definitely worth trying if you enjoy wellness treatments. There are four pools on the property, including one heated pool, and towels are always available. The staff around the pool area are attentive and helpful. The beach area belonging to the hotel is also kept clean, which we appreciated.
For those interested in activities, you can ride camels or horses on the beach (although we didn’t try it ourselves). However, when it comes to entertainment, the hotel is quite weak. There aren’t many activities, and there is no proper nightclub on-site. Instead, they try to take guests to other places for an additional fee.
The biggest disappointment was New Year’s Eve. We were told there would be a party on the second floor after 1 AM, but this never happened. It felt misleading, especially on such an important night.
We booked an excursion through the hotel, and unfortunately the entire experience was very disappointing. The person selling it at the hotel reception promised us a smaller, more exclusive group and assured us it would be better than the other excursions available, but none of that was true.
The guide was not professional at all; she spent most of the time on her phone and barely paid attention to us. We were at the pyramids for only about an hour, if not less, which was extremely frustrating considering it was supposed to be the highlight of the tour. Basically, the tour guide was only taking us to places to buy things and to do activities that were not relevant to our main objective of seeing the pyramids, and we are very disappointed because of this.
I understand that the hotel may not directly manage the tour company, but because this person was organizing and selling these activities right at the hotel reception, it feels connected and reflects poorly on the hotel as well.
Overall, the experience did not match what was promised, and we left feeling very disappointed.
Overall, the hotel facilities are very good, but the entertainment and honesty around activities could be improved.

Mixed Review-
Large hotel with beautiful gardens and few pools- too cold to go in January
We had a lovely modern room and it was cleaned daily
But no hot water the whole of our stay
The food choices are ok but its never hot, the drink choices are also limited and served in dirty glasses- bring your own
The aurora restaurant is the nicer buffet restaurant out of the two- its clean and modern.
We had two lovely meals in the Chinese and Italian restaurant.
The beach is nice and clean but you need a red flag other wise you get pestered. The beach bar food doesnt look great so we avoided
The spa facial wasn't great either alot of men in there so felt intimated the treatment was rushed and not relaxing
Animation and entertainment is also lacking.
My husband was ill in bed with upset tummy for 1 day - buy the Antinal tablets from the hotel shop
Wouldn't return to this hotel but had a nice week in the sun
