We have returned from a 7 night stay along with our friends and their 1 year old.
We were all a bit nervous about staying after the amount of awful reviews the hotel had got recently especially taking a young child on her first holiday too.
It is definitely a 3 star don’t go expecting anything more than that, the hotel does appear quite dated and in need of a bit of a refurbishment but it was clean and tidy throughout.
The rooms were very basic but again clean and tidy, the only thing I will say is the walls and doors are paper thing, you can hear everything , when our opposite room opened the door and close it it sounded like they were opening ours !!
The balcony was quite spacious and had a beautiful view too
The pools are great , especially the little kids area with the slides and fountains and we didn’t struggle to get sun beds however , umbrellas do go very quickly
The entertainment staff were great , we didn’t take part in any activities as a group of 5 we just entertained ourselves but you could see they loved their jobs and there was always something going on for the little ones and for the adults as well to be honest
The food …. It is edible and you won’t go hungry but very very repetitive. The buffet was pretty chaos as well when busy, the poor staff don’t seem to be able to get tables cleared quick enough and kids were just running around which I understand kids are kids but not when people are trying to eat
There was a good selection of drinks on the bars along with ice cream, slush , hot drinks etc

Clean and tidy hotel. Great friendly staff. Food was good as a good selection each meal time from the buffet. We had a lovely break. Nice 20 minute walk into the town for shops and bars etc. Great facilities for kids and adults.

Lovely hotel very family friendly . My only complaint is my friend and I arrived at the hotel at 2.30 am along with other guests no one was offered anything to eat or any refreshments we were told that there were vending machines on each floor for water . Upon entering our we again found no facilities to make a tea or coffee for ourselves, water was also not supplied as a complimentary Like in other hotels where I've previously stayed. There was no fridge in our room to keep the water and snacks we had bought fresh! On a more positive note staff were very friendly lots of food choice at mealtimes and plenty for children to do.

Just back from a 12 night trip to Majorca where we stayed at this hotel. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Had a great experience from start to finish. Very friendly and attentive staff and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Pool area was nice and large with plenty of sunbeds and life guards in attendance daily till 6pm and there was also a great kid orientated waterpark to keep the younger ones busy. Bars were well serviced and great selection of non alcoholic drinks along with beers, spirits and cocktails. Great selection of food although not quite the same as home but again your Spain so all things considered plenty of choice and a good snack bar service. Only thing missing overall was no kettle or fridge in our room but that's only something minor as cold and hot drinks were readily available at the bars and restaurants. Great kids entertainment onsite with very good animation team including Margo & .Local village is a 20 minutes walk but the hotel has a regular shuttle service which cuts it to a 5 minute trip and they drop you to a lovely beach. If your looking for a nice resort to bring kids would definitely recommend this location

Food and drinks ware ok. Friendly staff. Small rooms though. Location not great but small shuttle bus provided and public bus stop nearby. Hotel evening entertainment was very poor. Same thing every day.
There was strong smell of sewage almost every day. Pool not the cleanest, I think too small for the hotel this size. WORST THING WAS THE SMOKING EVERYWHERE. Had to breathe the smoke when lying by the pool or sitting on the terrace. Cigarette butts around the pool and when something spills no-one would clean it.
Bottom line, the experience was not all bad, but I would not book here again.
