We just finished our stay at this hotel. Before coming here I was very worried about the bad reviews. Now after that it seems to me that those reviews belong to another hotel. First of all the quality-price ratio is very fair. You can't pay €200/night all inclusive and pretend like you paid €500. Very kind staff. You can benefit from early check in and late check out since you are a club member. Clean room, very comfortable bed, superb view. The food is not exceptional but it is good and it is clean. (The only thing that bothered us is the curry in the food. Europeans don't like curry!!) The pools are clean and it is very nice. I saw tourists who made bad reviews because there are seagulls on the terrace. 🙉 Of course, you are by the sea. Good people love animals and try to protect them

Fantastic location right on the beach, friendly hard working staff, very clean. Only one main restaurant which got very busy, At night time only one main poolside bar open, again could get busy. Nice location very close proximity to many shops and bars, great for families not too wild ! Beach was all sand, no stones, very soft, clear warm sea with ramp access , sun beds on beach 22 euros for 2 beds per day with parasol, very tidy . Great for families !

The food was very varied and delicious. The hotel was very close to the beach, the shopping area, and the bus stop. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There could have been more sunbeds, but overall, the outdoor areas of the hotel were well-organized and aesthetically pleasing. It was a nice gesture that champagne was served to the room as a birthday surprise.
As for the downsides, unfortunately, the only good thing about the room was the sea view. The beds were very noisy and too firm. The cleanliness was definitely inadequate. The elevators were very slow. It was frustrating to have to wait in line at the bar for water after 6:00 PM.
However, overall, we left with positive feelings.

Good points - excellent location which is the selling point of the holiday. Right on a lovely beach in a nice area. Nice staff and rooms fairly modern. Two great pools to swim in.
Not so good -
Hotel was quite dated in some areas (bottom floor including buffet)
Absolutely no storage in rooms. Not a single drawer or anywhere to put things which meant it was very hard to keep room from feeling messy and unorganised
Beds very hard and uncomfortable
Very difficult to get a sun bed - all mostly reserved by 7:30-8:00 with nobody actually on them
Not enough umbrellas around pool
Tokens for glasses - annoying waiting in long queues just to get tokens back. Paid a lot of money for all inclusive so felt this was a bit degrading that you weren’t trusted with a plastic cup.
Website showed images of crazy golf and tennis court - actually appear abandoned and not in use
Dining room was incredibly hot - in fact not good air con in any of hotel. Made it difficult to enjoy food when you are just sweating and uncomfortable
Food was plentiful and decent standard but very very repetitive. Not actually a lot of choice really
Bathroom quite dated and of poor finish. Shower actually had no consistent temperature - constantly too hot or cold.
Not enough lifts
Over view :
Although lots of cons they are all fairly small things, nothing is a deal breaker. You can still have a good time at this hotel for definite but just don't go with sky high expectations. The location does make it worth it, you literally couldn’t be in a better location.

I would say that I enjoyed staying at this hotel but the experience with one of the lifeguards (the bald one who uses translator to speak with you) ruined the whole mood. From the first day it felt like we were targeted by him, only because my brother jumped into the pool (there were no signs saying you couldn’t jump into the pool), at first I thought nothing of it thinking rules are rules but then another family was also jumping into the pool, including the dad, and guess what? The lifeguard didn't say a thing to them, which I found strange. After some time my brother jumped again and sure enough, there he was. He whistled at my brother, grabbed his phone, and came straight to my brother telling him through the translator how he can't do that..
The next day our family reserved sunbeds after 10am. (yes, maybe annoying, but it was our last day and first time ever doing that, also there were 5 of us), keep in mind that almost all of the sunbeds were already taken. Later we came to our spots and to our surprise ONLY OUR towel and two spots
were missing. I asked the girl sitting there what happened to our towel and she said that the same bald lifeguard took it 🤣 is that a coincidence? I don't think so, when we found him and asked where is our towel he said to go and get it from the reception??
and that it is forbidden, to "reserve" the sunbeds before 10am (it was after 10am) and as I said, there wasn't a single available sunbed, meaning that other people had also
"reserved" their spots just like us, yet he deliberately took only our towel, not a single other towel was touched, only ours. He also “said” (via translator) that he informed all of his colleagues to be aware of my brother, as if he were some kind of criminal 🤣.
