We just finished our stay at this hotel. Before coming here I was very worried about the bad reviews. Now after that it seems to me that those reviews belong to another hotel. First of all the quality-price ratio is very fair. You can't pay €200/night all inclusive and pretend like you paid €500. Very kind staff. You can benefit from early check in and late check out since you are a club member. Clean room, very comfortable bed, superb view. The food is not exceptional but it is good and it is clean. (The only thing that bothered us is the curry in the food. Europeans don't like curry!!) The pools are clean and it is very nice. I saw tourists who made bad reviews because there are seagulls on the terrace. 🙉 Of course, you are by the sea. Good people love animals and try to protect them

Location was excellent, staff were very friendly, room was good, clean, bed was comfortable.
Lifts are a disaster - very very very slow, totally inadequate.
Food - Breakfast very good, lunch good, snack bar good, evening dinner was terrible, tried it on two different days but it was dreadful so we ate out instead, even though it cost us to eat out rather than the all inclusive we had paid for in the hotel. The variety of food for evening meal was poor but the quality was terrible, definitely not up to standard.
The lack of choice in the bar was also disappointing, for all-inclusive the only beer option was Estrella, in the Sunset Point Bar the menu listed a variety of beers for purchase yet none of these were in stock.
I would recommend this hotel but if I go back to Peguera I will try a different hotel.

Good points - excellent location which is the selling point of the holiday. Right on a lovely beach in a nice area. Nice staff and rooms fairly modern. Two great pools to swim in.
Not so good -
Hotel was quite dated in some areas (bottom floor including buffet)
Absolutely no storage in rooms. Not a single drawer or anywhere to put things which meant it was very hard to keep room from feeling messy and unorganised
Beds very hard and uncomfortable
Very difficult to get a sun bed - all mostly reserved by 7:30-8:00 with nobody actually on them
Not enough umbrellas around pool
Tokens for glasses - annoying waiting in long queues just to get tokens back. Paid a lot of money for all inclusive so felt this was a bit degrading that you weren’t trusted with a plastic cup.
Website showed images of crazy golf and tennis court - actually appear abandoned and not in use
Dining room was incredibly hot - in fact not good air con in any of hotel. Made it difficult to enjoy food when you are just sweating and uncomfortable
Food was plentiful and decent standard but very very repetitive. Not actually a lot of choice really
Bathroom quite dated and of poor finish. Shower actually had no consistent temperature - constantly too hot or cold.
Not enough lifts
Over view :
Although lots of cons they are all fairly small things, nothing is a deal breaker. You can still have a good time at this hotel for definite but just don't go with sky high expectations. The location does make it worth it, you literally couldn’t be in a better location.

Arrived very late when we checked in. The check in process was fine but we got to our room that seemed very rundown. Went to get into bed and there were a couple of ants on the pillow. Too late to make complaint so went to bed. Next morning ants were on the floor and closet and also bathroom! Asked 4 times throughout the day to be dealt with and nothing! We did not unpack our bags as we didn't want ants crawling into our cases. That evening went to front desk to explain no one had been to deal with the ant issue yet to be told he only came on shift and didn't know anything about it so basically too bad(oh and did we have food or drinks in our room as that's why we would have ants!). Finally they came later that evening with ant spray! Great! But no, still ants!! No point telling anyone because they had no other rooms to move us to in our category- so basically tough, you and the ants have a pleasant holiday! Also air conditioning was loud in room and lacked cold air. If you took a shower(cold one night as they had an issue!) it just steamed up as the fans in bathrooms did not work which made the floors slippery and treacherous. Beds were hard and lack of space for suitcases etc . On the last day checkout is at 11am and they were knocking on our door at 9am to ask if we were finished so they could clean the room. Again, at 10:30(and while hanging the door sign to say to not disturb) knocked and asked if we were finished with room!? Also, one day housekeeping took our used towels but never left us any to use! Buffet food was always cold! We did all inclusive but only had breakfast a few days and tried the lunch once! Rest of the time we ate out as it just wasn't nice! Also, lifts are so slow, you wait for ages and they are small. Would never recommend this hotel apart from its location being great!

I really love the staff. Spanish people are so sweet and nice. Everybody greeting me with a warm and cheerful 'Hola!' even after a long and hot day, they were still working hard while being extremely kind and hospitable. I love the variety of food. I love the location. What I loved most were the staff because they brightened up my mood so much. Especially coming from Germany where everybody looks at you with a serious face (when I arrived at the German airport, I was immediately scolded for nothing). The only three negative things I have to say are that 1) the air conditioner in our hotel rooms are often not cold enough or blowing strong enough. Especially in the evening or during the night. 2) when I try to sleep at night, many visitors are very loud and noisy, smashing doors or talking very loudly, so that I can't sleep. And finally 3) the pillow is very hard and not good for the neck, maybe exchange the pillows for slightly softer or medium ones. All in all, I loved the hotel and the sweet Spanish staff enhanced my experience by 200% and made me very happy. I want to practice my Spanish to show them even more respect and gratitude. Thank you for the nice stay.
!!!!!!!!!!!! One thing I forgot to mention: What I disliked a lot about the stay were the opening hours for the hotel gym. It's open from 8 o'clock to 20 o'clock. But it's very hot until about 23 o'clock. My request would be to leave the gym open either the entire day or at the very least, leave it open until 23 o'clock or even 00:00 o'clock. !!!!!!!!!!!
