In principle, you can stay in this hotel. The last renovation was in 2009 and unfortunately it looks the same here too. The rooms are practically furnished but with broken furniture. When you take a shower, half the bathroom floods because the shower door is not sealed. The side street of the hotel is very loud until late at night and the laundry delivery man comes at 5:30 a.m. and makes a lot of noise, then the septic tank is emptied and the glass waste containers are emptied at 6:00 a.m. The food in the restaurant is tasty. But there is not much variety. You have to pick out clean dishes. Unfortunately, with half board, you have to pay extra for a drink with dinner. The service staff in the restaurant are very polite and friendly. The access to our part of the hotel is exciting and certainly not justifiable under German building law. Conclusion: You can just about sleep in this hotel, but it's better not to be here during the day. It is impossible to get a lounger at the pool because from 7:30 a.m. all loungers are occupied with towels, even though the hotel says this is forbidden. Nobody at the hotel cares. We've had small animals in our hotel for a few days now. I suspect they're ants. They crawled out of the oven.

We stayed here over Christmas. It's a lovely hotel. The staff are amazing, so polite, friendly and engaging! The hotel and apartments are clean. The sofa and walls are a little bit gruby but otherwise very clean. On our first day the electricity cut out and a few days later the bathroom door lock broke. On both occasions we had a handyman on scene within 5 minutes. Both gentlemen were lovely, polite and stayed until the issue was fixed. The pool was a little too cold and a bit dirty around the edges but nothing severe. The only issue is the size of the rooms. They are somewhat small but Overall I can't compliment the place enough. If we ever venture back to fuerteventura then this is where I would come to. Thank you for an amazing stay Hotel LIVVO x

Great location, really nice friendly staff. Rooms could do with a little bit of love which we were told is being done throughout this year. Our second stay . First time was Easter and this time for new year. Highly recommended

Staff were not friendly. Room service non existent as staff were not normally around. Room telephones does not work. No toiletries at all apart from 1 bottle shampoo body wash combined. No tea coffee facilities only kettle no complmentary water. Booked 5 days 3 days in no wifi/internet. Still here. Wishing I have booked somewhere else. Not a 4 star as advertised and expensive for what it is. 3 rooms booked for 5 friends lucky we have good company otherwise its not a good stay 😭😭

This is terrible hotel . First morning the bread was mouldy bread informed the chief just got a load of abuse. The pool was stinking black slime around the edge of the pool . We booked a premium room and got a stinking run down dirty room . Never ever try here again . Livvo and easyjet should be ashamed of putting this as a 4star .
