We had a wonderful stay at this coastal hotel and couldn’t fault a thing. We stayed in a Premier Suite on the 9th floor which had fantastic views, and was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — exactly what you want when you’re away.
The real highlight was the people. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional, and the service throughout our stay was absolutely fantastic. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and it really made the experience special. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of foods and drinks to cater for everyone.
The location is perfect — right on the coast and close to everything, making it easy to explore, eat out, or just enjoy the surroundings without needing to travel far.
A well stocked hotel with great people and outstanding service. We’ll definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Hotel Ocean House Costa del Sol, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with attention to every detail. The service was simply outstanding: the staff was professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Ocean House Costa del Sol, Affiliated by Meliá. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the beautiful seaside location to the relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities.
The staff truly made this experience special. Every member of the team was extremely friendly, warm, and professional. Their genuine kindness, smiles, and attention to detail made me feel very welcome and cared for throughout my stay.
The food was amazing — fresh, delicious, and very well prepared, with great variety and quality. Every meal was a pleasure and clearly reflected a high standard.
One of the most unforgettable moments was an unexpected birthday surprise. The hotel surprised me with a delicious cake and a bottle of sparkling wine 🍾 in my room. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and it honestly touched me. It turned my birthday into a truly special memory.

We are staying at this wonderful hotel on the beach for 3 weeks. I have been very impressed with the quality and variety of foods offered at the buffets. Bienvenido has done a magnificent job planning and executing a delightful offering at each breakfast, lunch and supper buffet. Minor negatives would be no coffee machines are operational at lunch or dinner and many vegetable dishes are overcooked. Some crunchy asparagus and broccoli would be nice options to include. Francisco oversees the buffet staff with efficiency and speed. The friendly and conscientious servers work very hard to ensure plates are cleared in a timely manner and everyone's needs are fulfilled. All the staff at the hotel are very attentive, polite and focused on making your stay with them memorable. Sergio was attentive and prompt in serving us drinks at the bar. The nightly live entertainment is excellent but begins too late. An 830 or 9pm start would be more favorable as many of the guests are seniors and retirees who have early morning excursions. The performers are all gifted musicians and artists which is rare to find at any given resort. The proximity of the hotel to restaurants, shopping, the beach and local transport is ideal. The rooms are spacious and clean. We are in building one on the second floor and Carmen did an excellent job in keeping our room clean and supplied with the essentials. The sofa is not the most comfortable and the TV has very few English speaking stations. Pack a couple face cloths and you will have all you need. Irons are available upon request. The wifi reception is excellent throughout the hotel grounds. The gym is reasonably equipped. More 5 and 10lb weights and an additional recumbent cycling bike would be nice . The one heated pool is too cool to swim in presently and more people would use it if the temperature was increased. An addition of one ice machine in the hotel somewhere would be a nice amenity. It is great to see elevators and chair lifts to accommodate less mobile guests . I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here and will definitely return!

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The quality of the food was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious options throughout my stay. The customer service was equally impressive—every staff member I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable.
The location could not be more ideal. Situated right on the beach, the property offers easy access to a beautiful and extensive boardwalk lined with charming shops, cafés, and restaurants. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stroll, take in the ocean views, or explore local attractions.
Overall, my experience was exceptional from start to finish. I will most definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway!
