I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food alone deserves a special mention, both breakfast and dinner were above excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options every day.
The location is also super convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a great rent-a-car service just next door, which made exploring the area really easy, since except exploring Palma, you really need a car.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, fresh towels and a made bed awaited us every afternoon. The beds were really comfortable, and we slept like babies each night.
Another big plus was the WiFi, super fast and reliable, which is something we really appreciated.
All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

We chose this hotel for our three-day vacation in Mallorca, mainly because the reservation clearly stated that parking was available. Based on this information, we completed our booking and payment.
However, upon arrival, we were informed that there was actually no parking available. This was frustrating, as it was one of the key factors in our decision to stay here.
On top of that, the attitude of the receptionist Elana was far from welcoming or helpful. We expected a more professional and respectful approach, especially when dealing with a clear misunderstanding.
If you care about clear communication and a pleasant guest experience, you may want to consider other options before booking this hotel.

The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are outdated but the beds are comfortable. It is about a 10minute drive into Palma and has a bus stop right outside the hotel (25 minute bus ride).
Alberto at the front is very helpful and kind! The staff in the kitchen refused to let me fill my water bottle any time after breakfast. They have a water machine but only allowed me to use it during breakfast hours. I’ve never been denied water before (especially when it’s over 40 degrees outside).
This hotel is okay if you don’t plan on spending lots of time there.

The Mrs and I stayed here for the 2nd time (first time in 2022) from 31st May to 2nd June 2025.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, in need of renovation to bring it into the modern times but we rented a car this time around to explore the island so we only used the hotel to sleep in the evening times.
The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious enough for what we needed. No issue with the beds at all, quite comfortable. The balconies depending on which room you get offer some brilliant views.
As it is very close to the airport, you will hear aircraft taking off all the time. This wasn't an issue for us but the location to the beach etc is brilliant, short 5 minute walk to local amenities.
We didn't have any meals in the hotel so cannot comment on them, we opted to self cater while out exploring.
Overall the hotel is excellent if you just need somewhere to put your head down after a day of exploring, but otherwise the hotel itself doesn't recommend any other service that I would personally explore.
We feel that we got good value for what we needed it for, but do not book expecting the whole shebang. It is really just somewhere to go back to in the evening times - look at other hotels in the area if you want inclusive services.

You really do get what you pay for.Great location and some decent bars and restaurants a two minute walk away, bus stop across the road brings you into Palma or Airport for €2 (great public transport throughout the island) but the hotel itself is tired and dated. One plug socket in the whole room (and that was for the TV) Air conditioning, chronic.
Breakfast, pretty good variety with eggs and pancakes freshly made
I didn’t find the staff particularly friendly or helpful to be honest, quite curt in fact.
