This is our 4th time at this hotel and I have to say it is not as good as it was the first time and get worse each time we visit. The food quality has slipped and cleanliness in dining area very poor. The room serve is still good. No tea and coffee in room any more unless you pay extra. The entertainment use to be good now only one show in 2 week was worth watching. The first visit would have been 5 stars sorry but now only 3.

When you first see the hotel you are actually miles away because it is so huge! The entrance is impressive with numerous trailing plants hanging down into the foyer. Our room was serviceable; discovering ants wandering around was suboptimal but I suspect they find their way in through the covered drain in the bathroom. The bed was very firm and a single long pillow, which I had to fold over as it was pretty flat. Food is okay, nothing spectacular but nice enough. Some staff need lessons on manners but I'm English and have expectations. The spa is very pleasant even if the mosaic tiling is broken in places, but the gym is absolutely terrible. There are free weights and a multi-gym (which was out of order) a couple of spin bikes and a lonely single treadmill. There's no air in there so I felt rather uncomfortable when running. Outside the pools are great and there is plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is really close to Costa Teguise, a 20 minute walk. All in all it's nice enough but a bit tired in some places.

Loved our time. Rooms were nice and big but could do with a lick of paint. Staff were phenomenal. Nice and helpful. The free shuttle was excellent. Area was a bit far away from town but taxis are super cheap. All in all we loved our time and wish we didn't have to come home.

Wonderful holiday at this beautiful hotel. Spacious, clean apartment with sunny verandah. Fantastic views of hotel pools, distant sea & mountains views. Good selection on breakfast menu but usually had to queue for about ten minutes. Enjoyed a massage at the spa. Pool wasn't heated so a bit cold. Excellent service.

Very majestic ✨️ and impressive hotel and absolutely enormous. Room was clean and comfortable just a shame about the condition of the hotel it's in bad need of an overhaul. Very old fashioned and outdated with a lot of broken tiles and worn carpets but it didn't spoil our stay as it was spotlessly clean so i would recommend this hotel. Its quite far out in the sticks which sets it apart from other hotels but it's peaceful so wasn't an issue for us. A fifteen minute walk takes you down to the local bars and restaurants and the beach ⛱️ all in all we were pretty satisfied with our time spent here and would probably return someday 😀
