Nestled in the southeast corner of the Canary Island of Lanzarote, is the sun seekers paradise of Costa Teguise. This modern resort, built in an authentic Canarian style, is fast becoming one of Lanzarote’s most popular tourist destinations. Beaches, watersports and all day sun are the key features of Costa Teguise holidays and with three fantastic beaches to choose from you will not be disappointed. Iridescent, white sands and the never ending myriad blue of the Atlantic Ocean make up the scenery and with hot weather blowing directly from the Sahara Desert, your perfect beach holiday destination is complete.
The resort town centre is made up of traditional whitewashed buildings complete with brightly coloured shutters, creating a picturesque backdrop to your holiday wanderings. Amongst the quaint architecture you will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants catering for all your holiday needs. The selection of accommodation available on Costa Teguise holidays ranges from hotels, private apartments and self-catering facilities giving you a wide choice on your level of self sufficiency and privacy. The atmosphere here in Costa Teguise is very friendly and laid back and whether you are relaxing on the beach, enjoying fine dining in one of the resort’s restaurants or sipping a cocktail at sunset, you are sure to be creating wonderful memories to keep forever.
Blue Sea Costa Teguise Gardens rests in one of Lanzarote’s most peaceful resorts. The inviting swimming pool is refreshing on days soaking up the sun from the comfort of a lounger. Or take a romantic stroll along the nearby coastal promenade in Costa T...
The three wonderful beaches are the centre point of holidays to Costa Teguise. The largest is Las Cucharas, which is a magnificent, sweeping crescent of soft, white sand lapped by the impossibly blue waters of the Atlantic. El Jabillo is a smaller, pebbly beach and Los Charcos is a charming, secluded, sandy belt. With the wondrous views out over the ocean and long hours of golden sun, any of the beaches are the ideal place to lay back and relax in the holiday atmosphere. You may also wish to partake in some watersports during your stay; due to the warm breezes travelling in from the Sahara, Costa Teguise holidays are very popular with wind surfers but there are also facilities for scuba diving, sailing, jetskiing or deep sea fishing.
If you can drag yourself away from the luxurious beaches, Costa Teguise has a fantastic eighteen hole golf course where you may practice your swing; or perhaps you’d like to visit the resort’s water park with high thrill slides and fun water pools. With the island of Lanzarote being so small, all of its major attractions are easily reached. Nearby is the fascinating Cactus Garden at Guatiza or a little further afield in the north of the island is the magnificent natural phenomenon of ‘La Cueva de los Verdes’; a spectacular gallery of underground grottoes created five thousand years ago when erupting molten lava hit the sea. With days of relaxing or sightseeing in the sun and evenings of wonderful food and refreshing drinks, Costa Teguise holidays are perfect for a relaxing break.
