We stayed here for the first time and absolutely loved it! The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and super accommodating! The room itself was lovely and had all the facilities needed for self-catering, which was ideal! We did however have breakfast at the hotel on our last day and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was a good variety of options for both food / drink and everything was cooked fresh. The entertainment was equally great, especially the games in the pool area during the day. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance but being slightly on the outskirts meant it was super peaceful / quiet which is exactly what you want on a relaxing holiday. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you for a lovely first visit to Costa Teguise ❤️

We went to this hotel for my 50th birthday and stayed in the Serenity area. It was perfect from start to finish. The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Although as we like to eat in on some evenings more cooking facilities would make this easier. The pool area was great. It could do with a few more parasols but it was clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. The bar areas were clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. We only had breakfast on 2 occasions but this was also great. We were left a bottle of wine on our arrival to the room and I had a bottle of Prosecco left in the room on my birthday which was a lovely surprise! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so lovely.

This little hotel on the edge of Costa Teguise is such a great find. It’s quiet, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. One thing we really enjoyed was the animation program. It wasn’t too much – just enough to keep things fun without being in your face. Victor, the guy running it, was amazing. He actually listens to what people want and does his best to make the activities enjoyable for everyone. We especially liked the stretching sessions in the morning – such a chill and positive way to start the day. Overall, a really nice place if you’re looking for a relaxing break.

This hotel was lovely and breakfast was superb however there are 2 things that lets it down, 1st is a member of staff on reception. I didn’t get her name but she was the most unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Every question seemed to much trouble and 2nd is the fact that if you have a late night flight they do not offer a room to get changed in your only option is the toilet which isn’t big enough to swing the resident cat in. However I did find another toilet in the bar area on the normal side which is much larger which they tend to keep quite😁

Just spent the last week of March at the Siroco with the wife on a bed and breakfast deal and am really looking forward to revisiting again in September. Although the location might not suit everyone due to being 10/20 minutes walk to bars/restaurants, we actually enjoyed the quiet location and walk in the evenings. A taxi should you need it, is under €5 from 'the square' back to the Siroco. The hotel itself is really clean with well kept gardens, restaurant and pool area. All the staff here seem to work incredibly hard and are really friendly. The hotel does bar food and evening meals as well, although we only ate the fantastic breakfast. There is an entertainment programme in the evenings, and during the day there are 'activities' going on which you are encouraged to participate in if it's your thing. One thing that really impressed us, and was unexpected, was when we received a knock on the door one morning and a member of staff had brought up a bottle of wine and a card to wish my wife a happy birthday. A fantastic gesture which really helped make her day and holiday.

This hotel is amazing for families the staff are excellent and always offer friendly smiles if you have any trouble they are more then happy to help with the issues especially the amazing Carmen!!! The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the food is so diverse and tasty me and my partner have gone up to fill our plates more than once. Me and my partner are definitely coming back with more of our big family next year

Was here a couple of weeks ago and I highly recommend.. I am 55 and came with to 60 year old lady friends so I was the one sleeping on a pull out bed, but to my surprise was extremely comfy. Rooms nicely decorated and clean. Staff were very friendly when spoken to respectfully, entertainment staff were brilliant .. I'd like to know what the reviews that were negative about the food were eating because we all thought it was lovely, Prawns and clams, smoked salmon in the salads and even steak one day. This to me is top nosh! Few quirks like a euro for the cups but ehen you see the wind you'll understand. I loved the "no smoking, no eating around the pool" fabulous and also again with the wind it makes sense. Sunbeds at 10am was hilarious 😂 Yes would 100% recommend, well actually I have!

Amazing hotel, honestly after reading the reviews I was jubious but I cannot fault this place! The rooms are clean, spacious and well designed. The food is fantastic, so much variety and choices, snack bar is open 3-5 and something with everyone. Pool is lovely, cold but very welcoming with the heat! Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough!

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I've been here for five days straight. The air conditioning broke down and it was dripping on our heads all night. The next day, after reporting it at the reception desk, a repairman came to fix it after a few hours. He supposedly fixed it, but after turning it on, the same thing happened again. It was dripping on our heads. We reported it again because we were going out on the town. When we returned, the same thing happened again, and the receptionist said she couldn't do anything about it. It's a complete mess. Water is pouring on our heads and they can't do anything about it. This hotel doesn't even deserve two stars. This is my first and last time. the pool was very crowded, there was no space by the pool and a terrible smell, like sewage

The rooms were lovely and clean. Cleaners are in every other day and are thorough. The bed bases were a little tired, and the paint on balcony in a couple of areas but it's barely worth a mention. We would happily go back to this hotel. We were half board, the food was good. The service was good, the views from the dining room were absolutely amazing. The location is fantastic, lots of eateries, bars and coffee shops within close vicinity. We could of happily of stayed longer than out 11 nights.

We absolutely loved our stay at Galeon Playa. The location is fantastic - everything in Costa Teguise is right on the doorstep, and the two beaches on either side of the hotel are beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky that it opened out onto one of the swimming pools which was perfect for us with young kids. The decor in the room was quite basic but that suited us fine. The pools were great - one more heated and with a good shallow section for kids, another cooler (and therefore quieter) and ideal for lengths. Plus two small kids pools, one with a slide. I was impressed that there were lifeguards on duty by the sides of the pools during the day which was reassuring with the kids. The kids club was great (most days 10-12 while we were there). We weren't planning to use it but our children wanted to go and really enjoyed it. The entertainment staff who run the kids clubs and all of the other entertainment at the hotel are just brilliant - we were so impressed with their energy and attention to the kids. We didn't try the buffet restaurant for breakfast/ evening meals, but the pool snack bar was great, and the night time bar was good fun and good value. Everything around the hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff here really make the place - everyone we came across was really helpful and friendly, and clearly put a lot of care and attention into making this a great hotel. I feel really lucky to have found this gem of a hotel and hope we will be back 😊

Visited here in June,on arrival reception staff were lovely.We stayed in a superior room which was not great.The toilet was coming away from wall,in need of an update & good clean.White towels would have been nice,opposed to shabby dark blue & orange ones.In insight we should have requested room change,but hotel was full & prob wouldn't have got one anyway.The corridors leading up to our apartment were filthy,paint all coming off the wall & had not been swept in days.The pool area not the best,lots of broken dirty sun loungers.Somedays the maintenance man was life guard,not great.There was an incident when the pool got taped off,no idea why.We came back later that day & there were 2 loungers,2tables & a bottle floating in there.The entertainment staff worked very hard & were very pleasant.Location of hotel was good 5 minute walk to beaches & near bars. Unfortunately

From start to finish it has been a great holiday. We were here with our 13 year old granddaughter and she thoroughly enjoyed her stay including the Galy entertainment on an evening. The varied night time entertainment is only on for a short while, but we enjoyed it. All the staff are very friendly. There is a large pool area. The poolside bar, Blue Bar, serves food and drinks during the day. I would most definitely recommend.

I’ll keep it brief and list the things I liked and that I didn’t like. Positive: - Hotel is in an excellent location, close enough to everything that the main centre is only a 10/15 minute walk away max, whilst being far enough away to be quiet at night and not have any music blasting or drunks disturbing you at night. - Everywhere was very clean, cleaners came ever two days meaning everything was clean and looked after. - The staff were great, very helpful and friendly - Fast WiFi in the room I stayed in (not sure if this is the case for every room) Negative: - The entertainment (for people over the age of 8) was poor. It started at 9pm and finished at 10pm if you were lucky, but most the time it finished before 10. The staff were great but I’ve never known entertainment finish so early. The entertainment itself wasn’t the best either. Nothing to do with the staff, just the activities itself. - Food wasn’t the best and buying waters/drinks were a bit expensive, better off going to the shop across the road for drinks and snacks - The main pool was cold so wasn’t very pleasant getting in There are more things I could talk about but these are the main ones

What a beautiful Hotel, as centrally located as can be really. We found the staff here (all the staff) to be AMAZING!!!! Cannot praise them enough, from advice for places to go, to the buckets of ice from the pool bar, all very friendly and happy to help with anything requested. Some of them even had a sense of humour to keep you on your toes! Unfortunately, there has been some building work going on, but I can't say this really hammered our holiday some days it was a bit noisy but that's just the way of things. We have had a great stay (made better by all the amazing staff) and would/will definitely return. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach, and bars, restaurants, cafes galore within steps of the entrance. The x2 swimming pools were well cared for, with a lifeguard constantly tidying and rearranging the loungers as required. They also did not let anyone claim a lounger and leave for the day ( i thought this was a nice touch ), so there was a constant flow of people around for as long as they wanted. Brilliant!!

An amazing little hotel! It's so beautiful everywhere you walk. The plants are stunning. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food was very good but do bear in mind it's a very small hotel so there isn't a masses of choice that you could be used to, but good quality, good food. BBQ night was a particular highlight for us. We paid for 2 half board dinners at €120 for 4 people, which included drinks is such good value. Building work is still ongoing, and depending upon where your room is, it could be a problem for some. On arriving to reception we were greeted with a choice of cava or flavoured water. Check in was 3pm we arrived early so had to wait until a room was free. Although the wait we could securely leave our luggage in a room and use all the facilities. It's a great hotel with a good gym, heated outdoor swimming pools, plenty of sun loungers, it is great for a quite hoilday or break no loud music around the pool areas so great if your a reader. They also have nice comfy sofas near the pool area just outside the main restaurant area. Also has a great bar with premium drinks on offer, they serve food from there pizzas, wraps, sandwiches burgers etc. The staff are very nice friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the main restaurant was great plenty of choice including full English type breakfast and continental breakfast also included is Champagne! They also do half board. We did try the evening restaurant there once but wasn't very impressed although the quality of the food was good. Every area of the hotel the rooms, restaurant, toilets, pool, where kept very clean with well kept gardens. The rooms are excellent we had a junior suit with a large bed, tv with a few English channels not many. Lovely sized balcony with 2 chairs and table overlooking the pool area, also has a pull out washing line. It does though only has a small fridge no freezer. A huge walk in shower separate toilet. Plenty of wardrobe space with draws for your clothes. Safe is also included in the room. There is no entertainment here at this hotel But literally just across the road from the hotel are loads of bars, restaurants shops, and nearly every other bar restaurant has live music every night And all do great cocktails. So plenty of entertainment. The beach is a 10 min walk depends how fast you walk.

As you can see from the star rating, no i do not recommend this hotel. How a hotel handles an issue, tells you as the customer, a lot about their values. During our recent stay, we had very noisy neighbours that were screaming at one another, slamming doors, smashing up their room, and smoking cannabis which we could smell in our room. When informing the reception of what was going on, we expected at least an offer to move us to another room. This did not happen. We were told 'see how tonight goes', and check again with the reception the next day if they can move us rooms. Hearing your holiday neighbours screaming at the top of their lungs, and smashing up their room, is not what a 'holiday' means to us; so we promptly packed up and left the hotel. Even when we checked out there was no apology from the staff at the reception, we left feeling very disappointed, tired and shocked to be honest. Luckily we moved to another hotel that was calm and relaxed, unlike what we had just experienced. Outside of this incident (which has coloured our whole stay, as you can imagine) the restaurant staff at the breakfast are lovely and friendly. There are two resident cats called 'Sammy and Maggie' who are delightful, and looked after well by the staff. Housekeeping were not regular, there were times we had to request if our room could be made up, for clean towels etc. The location is good for accessing Costa Teguise, although we found Costa Teguise main areas to be much more 'lively' and centred around drinking than they used to be, which can be off-putting if you are not a drinker. Update on review: The business has responded to my review below stating 'there was no evidence of the complaint.' I don't pay thousands of pounds to go on holiday, to be subjected to what we experienced from your guests (the neighbours as described above), and for your staff to not move us rooms that same day. We had to suffer a second night listening to their domestics, smashing up their room, and the smell of their cannabis that travelled to our room (and subsequently made our clothes smell as the wardrobe is an open style wardrobe.) When we reported the concerns to your reception staff, they said they would be writing the neighbours a letter regarding their cannabis smoking, and addressing their behaviours. I didn't realise that as part of our holiday, we needed to record evidence of the neighbours behaviour, for your business to take some accountability! Your reply is very misleading, as it appears that we did not accept a room change. That is not true, the day we reported it we kindly requested a room change and this was declined and we were told 'see how tonight goes, come back tomorrow if you are still concerned.' As written above, we had to spend two nights subjected to this, which was distressing. Only then, after your failure to help us, we had to resort to leaving your hotel.

Just come home from 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. 2 pools to choose from, one with loads of activities and one calmer and more chilled out. 2 restaurants to choose from with the all inclusive. Every single staff member was so lovely and kind and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. A special mention goes to Andrea and Pinar in the restaurant who went above and beyond every meal time for us ..... you are both lovely and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day and every communal area was spotless. I honestly can't rave about this place enough and I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you to all for such a lovely holiday.

Thank you Los Zocos for a lovely holiday. I would recommend this hotel to families with younger children in particular. My 13 year old Son and I stayed here for 5 nights and this hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. It's set in nice grounds, there are some good facilities (mini golf a 👍) rooms are clean and spacious and it's clean throughout the resort. The food was very good, I struggle to understand any negatives here, there was a great variety, I tend to opt for healthier options but think I may have turned into a pizza as that was so good🤣. (I thought topping my plate with salad balanced this🤣) Food was always hot and had flavour too. You can never expect 5* restaurant quality when catering for the masses and if that's what you are looking for, then there would be a much higher price tag to pay. Animation team worked hard and lots of enthusiasm, however, i do think activities/entertainment geared for the younger ones. The evenings were probably the let down area for me personally. I just feel like the bars lacked any atmosphere and a nicer area possibly for adults/older children would've been nice. As mentioned, I would recommend this hotel but I wouldn't return. But for what we paid, it was absolutely worth the money and a 👏 to the staff. I have been to hotels that cater more to my personal tastes and requirements but have also certainly paid the premium for this. If you have booked to stay at Los Zocos and looking for a nice, clean comfortable break away, with good food and drink, and without breaking the bank, then you will not be disappointed. Thank you 😊

Hotel is absolutely amazing. Very family orientated. We had a junior suite- spacious and perfect for a family. Food choice was really good, catered for all the family. Pools were lovely but was very cold. However, once you were in you were fine. Only downfall was the beds are very uncomfortable, hotel is quite loud throughout the night and other guests wake up at 5am to put towels on their sunbeds by the pool and go out for the day. Very spiteful really as they was out all day and someone could of used those sun beds. Other then these, the hotel was great, staff were polite, friendly and the maids were polite. Entertainment was brilliant!!! Weather was beautiful too. Holiday reps are helpful. There is a lot going on too, they had plenty activities in the day for adults and kids. Genuinely cannot fault it. Location is probably a mile away from the beach or less. Really is a lovely place and we would recommend it! We met some great people and are now booking our next holiday 😀

Very lovely hotel, family friendly, staff are lovely and happy to assist at any point. Lots of activities at the pool side (at one of the pools) Restaurant was very international and some theme nights for food. However I was rather disappointed with the gluten free options menu, not much variety. And need to book a day inadvance at the reception. Was easy to book tennis courts and use of the equipment.

We’ve just returned from a truly lovely stay at Los Zocos Impressive Lanzarote, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. From the first day to the last, everything was easy, relaxing, and full of positive energy. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we met was kind and professional. And of course, a special thank to Christian from the animation team, full of energy and for the time he spent with us and our children. We’re already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended!

There were a few negatives to our stay, the location of the hotel is VERY windy, although the pool area is largely shielded from the wind. The pool is lovely but they need a better system for allocating the sun beds, the time old tradition of getting your towel down early is in full force here. The staff were for the most part very helpful and polite, with a few notable exceptions who, when faced with something they don't understand, simply shrugged their shoulders and walked off. The entertainment needs bringing in to the 21st century as well. The spa was very good too, although book your treatments before you go as it gets full up quite quickly. Having said that, the positives far out weigh the negatives. The food is the star of the show (we were all inclusive). There is a huge variety and lots of it, I don't think I had the same meal twice. Likewise the drinks choices, big brands and large measures all round, inducing cocktails. The rooms were lovely, modern and very clean. We had a wonderful (but very windy) view of the sea with a perfect sun rise every morning. Although it's a fairly big place, it gives the feel of being much smaller and quaint. We never bothered with the beach, preferring the pool but the beach is an easy walk if you want that. There's water sports too, especially wind sailing which is very popular here. There's plenty of local shops and bars close by and the Sunday market, a short cab ride away to Teguise, is very worth the trip. We enjoyed our stay very much, I'd give it a solid 8/10.

We're at the hotel at present and mid way through our 2 week stay. We're having a superb time at Barceló Teguise Beach Adult Only Hotel. The facilities are top notch, the food is simply amazing, the pool area (even at 90% hotel capacity) tends to have bed availability by the lovely pool. The biggest positive I have is the Staff. What a crew!!! They are so helpful and supportive. They work long days and maintain their high standards throughout, all with a smile, and service excellence. We'll definitely be back. Room 4 star relates to general size only. It's a little compact, but everything you need is there. The rooms are very clean and room service do a great job. We had only 1 issue with a room given to us which was close of a noisy area. The amazing staff immediately rectified that without a moments thought. Thank you team. Will

The rooms are lovely with the comfiest bed we've ever slept in! There are two nice pools, one quieter area and one with activities. There is always lots of food choice, although more beer options would be nice. The Asian corner in particular is of a very high standard. The Champs bar has good entertainment later in the evenings and the staff are great. Jean Carlos was fantastic! And Sally (sorry I'm probably spelling that wrong) is an outstanding host. The one big downside is that the staff are not presently enforcing the posted rule that says beds unattended for an hour will have their towels removed. Every day I've been here there have been many beds left with belongings on them for hours and nothing is done. This was especially disappointing given that I can see that is the feedback other people have given as well but there has been no change, and being told by staff that they do when they definitely don't is very frustrating. Besides this it is perfect, so if I hear that they either enforce the rule or get more beds we will definitely return.

The hotel is well-served by activities, with 2 swimming pools, a gym, bars, and restaurants. There are also many restaurants, shops, gelaterias, and aquatic sports activities nearby. The room was very cosy, with a large and comfy bed, a high-pressure shower, and a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was so diverse that you could get lost there. They also have different thematic dinner options. Another good thing was that they have a person in the hotel explaining and selling day trips and activities, which makes life easier. Be aware of the towels keeping the sunbeds around the swimming pool, so if you want to get a place there, arrive early! The hotel doesn’t have parking, so you’ll need to drive around to find a spot, during the weekends, this task will be painful, but it’s free though. We had some issues with our room, but the hotel staff were very friendly and sorted it out by changing our room.

Really nice hotel, good food and good drinks. We went as a couple, all inclusive for 5 nights. It was a buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal, which seemed to have a slightly different theme each night. For lunch there were 2 other restaurants you could choose from. One near the pool where you went and got drinks from 10:30 until 16:00. Champs was a sports bar open midday to midnight where you could eat and drink during all that time. Room was lovely, with a whirlpool. Which was a bath we had inside our room with water jets, it was nice but we only used it once. The only downside, which is hardly anything. Is that people got up really early to put towels on sunbeds around the pool, but they’d be there for hours with no people on. They could do with being hotter and taking those towels off unoccupied sunbeds or reinforcing what they say about you only being allowed 60 mins unattended sunbeds. All in all a brilliant place, we’d definitely recommend it.

Great central location. Basic apartments, but clean and had everything you needed. No aircon but you could hire a fan. Easy check in. Cafe on site (independent from hotel) was reasonably priced and the food was good. We had breakfast there most days. Small pool area but a real sun trap. No issue with getting a sunbed. Pool doesn't open until 9 though.

We've been going to the Oceana now for quite a number of years and never been disappointed. We decided to go there for our 60th anniversary because of the happy memories we had there . We had a deluxe room with a sunny balcony and 2 sunbeds, it was perfect, can't fault it . Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

The location is fantastic, close to bars restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Rooms are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor, so if you have trouble doing stairs, you might struggle. There is no lift on site. Rooms clean and have everything you need for your stay. Debs Diner on site is fantastic for food and drinks with the Sunday carvery being delicious with large portions. It's now our go-to place to stay if available, tho it's getting harder to get as it's so popular now.

Excellent holiday,staff are lovely nothing is a problem to help out. Adult only so quiet around the pool. Very Central to bars,restaurants and beach. Comfy beds nice balcony. Only issue no lifts so if you are staying on the top floor,you will have to heave suitcases up about 4 flights of stairs.

Great little place. Rooms are large with all the amenities you need. Pool is okay, a bit too cold for my liking, and could do with a clean. On site bar restaurant is OK for drink and place to hang out for short time. The food isn't the best and depends on who is serving. Reception is amazing, very helpful. Cleaning is good for the rooms. There's a bus twice a day into Costa Teguise centre, although a taxi is only €4. Would definitely recommend for a budget holiday, somewhere to stay that's clean, nice and has what you need before venturing out. Me, girlfriend and two children have been twice in 2 month.

You get what you pay for, and what you pay for is fair. Don’t expect the Ritz, but we had zero complaints. Staff were good, rooms were basic but just what we needed - nice balcony, cool rooms, plenty of space, and we were able to cook basic meals at the apartment. Brits love to complain so take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt (I’m British so I know what we’re like!). It’s also about 30 min walk into the centre, we actually quite liked this but be mindful if you have mobility issues - taxi is around €3-4 a pop. Again, fair value, but it’s an extra expense. Only feedback I’d give is we wish the pool weren’t quite so cold

Nice cheap hotel, you pay for what you get really. Room is slightly worn but no problems with cleanliness. Staff are extremely friendly will order you a taxi which makes it easier to go to the beach front. 10-15 walk from shops and half an hour away from the beach. Ps nothing to do with the hotel but try and explore supermarkets because the closest one is the most expensive (Hiperdino). The pool is small and could do with a freshen up as it has green around the edges. The drinks at the bar are also so cheap and cheerful. Overall a great stay from me and my partner and can’t fault the price or the service we’ve had from the staff. Thank you

Studio very spacious and very well equipped. Shower ok plenty of hot water. Could start and nit pic for faults but reality is it was a cheap 5 day break and didn't expect the ritz. Location....well away from centre but is walkable if fit and able, we walked in couple of times,found our way on to beach cutting through street. Taxi return £4. Courtesy bus from reception daily , we never used as like to walk. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bar area has a decent selection of food choice. We didn't have breakfast there but seemed to be well used.. Probably wouldn't return....but only because of Location.

I arrived here on the 15 th July and had to go to the other apartments over the road and up the stairs no air conditioning in room and it’s was very hot went to open patio door and it nearly fell on me not good !! No complementary water in fridge so late at night had to phone a taxi for supermarket!! This is not a 20 minute walk as stated on website more like 45 !! It’s out of the way and very isolated I wasn’t happy as I’m a solo traveler!! I asked for a safe deposit box and was told sorry there broken and we don’t use them dispite 2 box’s in your room !! Your website needs updating!! The pool area is very poor with broken sunbeds and clearly not enough for the amount of people staying there !! People reserve beds even though there’s signs up !! There’s steps all over and these are an accident waiting to happen !! After speaking to other guests they had paid a lot cheaper than I’d paid so I wasn’t happy this place does not warrant paying a lot it’s run down and needs upgrading!! There’s cockroaches all over and the place is dirty !! I didn’t get a maid in my room until 5 days stay and it wasn’t clean !! The eating area is really poor and meals are dreadful there’s 1 person serving and we were told that when a lady who came to help was told not too and then 10 minutes later served us !! The staff need training on customer service!! Avoid this place it’s like faulty towers I nearly cried when I saw it !!

Great place to stay. So clean and has everything you need. Rooms are basic but massive. Pools are great and the bar serves tasty food all day. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. 15mins walk to bars and shops. 3euro taxi back up again. We would definitely stay here again.

Just finished a week in this hotel. Basically the last hotel up away at bottom of mountains. Very windy every day. Pools are freezing cold. The pictures on line are very deceiving. The pictures with bridge at pool are not true representation. Very poor condition and closed off. Sunbeds all around hotel need changing. Very bad condition. The good points are the rooms are huge,clean,and comfortable beds with good mattresses. Waiting to be served in the bar can take a while unless JAIME the barman is on. This man is absolutely fantastic. Kids loved him. Nothing was to much trouble. They should have him train all the bar staff..pool table and football table 1 euro and good condition. The walk to town/the square/ is about 15 minutes. Only 3.50 in a taxi. Taxi rank outside square. 6/10 would be my overall rating. Without JAIME it would be less.A small shop for essentials would be good. Overall for the price it's reasonable. Good 2 star.

Stayed here for a short break in July. The hotel itself is fine. The rooms are huge for a hotel of this type and cost. The onsite restaurant/ bar is great for snacks & fast foods and is great value. The only downside is location. It's a fair walk away from the resort centre; probably about half an hour

First of all I read most of the reviews and I was a little worried where I was going to be staying. Well first off the reception are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself I feel has been totally down trodden on here and it isn't fair, the pool is cold yes, but it's a good pool to dip into when it's a hot day, nothing deceiving about the pool/pic whatsoever. The room I had was fantastic, clean,tidy and well equipped, I had the studio, massive balcony, with great views. It's a 15 min walk to the supermarket,yet pretty easy to get to, as is the beach,everyone moaning about the distance should read the description before paying to come here. And unless you have a mobility issue,I'd say most people can walk 15 minutes 🙄 They do have a bus ,free of charge that can take you into the main part also taxis are peanuts (2ish euros ) The fact it's in a quite area I feel is great and perfect for relaxing . Just want to say I thought for what i payed the hotel was really great value for money, clean and the people working there are helpful and friendly I had a great time and would consider re booking if I come back at any point. Oh and little footnote *WiFi worked perfectly fine!

Second time I’ve stayed here, first for my partner. Reception go out their way to help you out whether it be taxis down to the square or excursions. The rooms, whilst yes dated, do a job. Beds are comfy, views dependant on room have a sea view. It didn’t bother us, but, there’s no lifts so if you struggle with stairs that may be an issue. Another thing is the rooms don’t have AC but again, didn’t bother us. We didn’t use the pool but they were out every morning cleaning na dits was never overly busy but again, i initially visited in November then back again in March so not in the busy period.

Our Room was tidy,neat,very well decorated and was relatively clean apart from dust and some ants in the bathroom , the cleaners came every other day and were very polite , reception staff were also polite however the only major issue was that upon arrival we were not told a time to check out , so on the final day of our stay we got a phone call from reception at 12:30pm saying that we were supposed to leave the room by 12pm and that if we didn't leave the room as soon as possible then we would be charged an extra fee. we were able to leave the room an check out quickly so we're not charged however this is still not acceptable as we were not ever pre-warned about this check out time which should have been given to us along with the information upon arrival to the hotel. This resulted in us having to leave when we were not at all ready and having to pack our suitcases in a very rushed Manor, this also ment we had no plan for when we left the hotel as our flight was a lot later in the day.

Stayed here for 2 weeks March/April. Had a first floor apartment. It had a small kitchen area, with a double hob and microwave, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, and crockery, cutlery etc. Good size lounge area with door onto private balcony with a table and 2 chairs, and a sun lounger. In the mezzanine bedroom are very comfortable twin beds, with pillows i wanted to bring home! And a bathroom, with shower over the bath. The complex itself does have quite alot of steps. I have arthritis, and did struggle a bit at times, though when we arrived, they had someone take the suitcase up for us. We didn't eat on site, so can't comment on the food, nor did we use the pool bar. There were always sunbeds available around all of the pools. Cleaners came regularly, with clean towels & bedding. The complex is opposite Pueblo Marinero, loads of bars & restaurants, and just about next door to a spar shop, where we managed to get English bacon and bread. The staff at Nazaret. What can I say? They are absolutely brilliant! We met a few different people on reception, all of them extremely friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely enjoy being there and go above and beyond. Would I return? Absolutely yes!!

Glad we trusted the positive reviews. We arrived at about 12:30 and our room was ready. The pools are lovely, the rooms have all you need, and there's a laundry room too (you do have to pay which is fair). Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't have been nicer. The location is great, near beaches, restaurants, and shops. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside. The location itself is surprisingly quiet but my only negative is the noise in the room. If you have noisy people next door like we did you'll want some earplugs. It's a clean place that's good value for money and would suit most people. Overall would definitely recommend.

Just returned home from a week stay at these lovely apartments, everything from start to finish was lovely. There were 6 of us staying here so I requested rooms close together prior to arrival, the request was granted. We had 2 2 bedroom apartments and one one bedroom. The rooms were immaculate, very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, it wasn’t too busy so no problem getting sun loungers, the pool bar was ideal and prices were relatively cheap, we ate a few times from there and the food was lovely. This was my first time in Lanzarote and i would without hesitation return to The Santa Rosa, thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for a week on my own , I requested an apartment near main building and got one , it was immaculate. Travelled with Jet 2 and everything went smoothly . There are a couple of supermarkets close by as well as restaurants and bars , you can do a lovely walk along the promenade from here too. I went Dinner B & B , the food was hot and varied, and definitely high end of three stars . The pool was very cold , perhaps in summer months it will be better , but in a plus there are more than plenty sun loungers , so you never got people putting towels on them , which was nice . Would definitely go back

the Santa Rosa is rated as 3+, but it is more like a 2+, it is very tired, a lot of cracked and loose tiles on all the walk ways, the food was the lowest quality products they could serve, the "bacon" was turkey bacon, the fruit was mostly soft or going moldy. The facilities were all used by the locals who receive preferential treatment over guests of the hotel. The area is very run down, derelict buildings, The walls in the room were bulging from damp and had just been painted over, where do i stop the list goes on and on

Brilliant apartment's, ideally situated in the heart of CT. Perfect location, 2 min walk to the square. We were lucky and were given block 2 which was adults only, the apartment was really spacious with THREE outdoor areas including a very large sun terrace with two sun loungers. The apartments are very quiet. Very clean public footpaths etc.. rooms in block 3 I understand haven’t been renovated yet so was a bit tired looking but overall very satisfied. Only negative would be drawer space in the bedroom and short of sockets especially nowhere to plug the hairdryer in in front of a mirror. Bedside tables on the small side but overall very satisfied. We will definitely be returning. Clean bedding and towels regularly changed. Staff very friendly. We also had a sea view which was a bonus. We arrived after 7pm so the reception was closed but there is a number to call and very good instructions to obtain your keys.

We stayed in block 2. Room was lovely. Clean and bright with lovely balcony. Towels and bedding amazingly white. Great powerful shower. Brilliant location for beach and bars. Due to illness ,not connected to hotel or any food we had. We had to stay an extra week. The staff were brilliant. So kind and helpful. Sorted our room out. Loads of help offered. Thank you all. Was kept clean but rooms were very tired. Stayed in block three. Some of the rooms were being worked on whilst we stayed. This was a bit annoying as we weren't informed of any building work being done until we heared them banging and sawing in the room next to us. All in all it's a cheap and cheerful complex which was kept clean and had all the basics you need.

Polite and friendly staff, the food was good and varied. The room we had was excellent and the overall service very good, only the pool bar and evening bar were quite slow and it was not really that busy. The bar at night was not a great vibe, the entertainment was of a reasonable standard but we ventured out which was made really easy by the reception getting you a taxi, they also arranged car hire at a very good rate. All in all a good stay and the room, food and general service and friendliness of the staff made up for any little negatives. Solid 4 stars.

Not ideal for Coeliacs. We picked this hotel as we had read reviews saying they were great for people with dietary requirements. Unfortunately we found this to be incorrect. While the chef did take time to let me know what was made without gluten, he did not seem to be particularly knowledgeable about cross contamination. For instance he told me I could have the cheese, even though someone had mixed crackers in with the cheese. Sadly this led to me eating some things that must have been contaminated and led to me feeling unwell. It wasn't until our last meal that a different chef offered me fresh food from the kitchen. However the hotel itself was lovely. The staff were all pleasant and tried to be helpful. The rooms were clean. It wasn't too busy, plenty of sunbeds and room in the pool. The entertainment could have been better but this may have been due to it being outside the busiest season. I would have no issue recommending this hotel to anyone without dietary requirements, otherwise I would avoid it.

The whole place is very good but a little dated, not enough to put me off coming again. There's plenty of cloud when it comes to food and the all inclusive package is great. Pools are clean and the facilities are well cared for. Costa Teguise is one of the nicer areas and there's plenty within walking distance. Big car park if you have a rental car, which for the cost of them I'd recommend, but there's also a plus car booth in the lobby if you want to rent one while here.

Really amazing hotel! It's so gorgeous with live plants all around. Great location, it's about 15 mins walk to the town, really easy to do, so the hotel isn't loud. The pool is split into three parts, with a small ankle high pool for young kids. The food was good, as expected for an all inclusive buffet (shocking amount of people just having chips, nuggets or plain pasta when there was actually really nice food). The staff were excellent, rooms were very clean and the cleaners came everyday. The views around the area are lovely. Definitely would recommend and would definitely go back!

The hotel is a bit dated but its clean and you can see how impressive it used to be. When booking it said there are 3 restaurants and 3 bars, I only saw 1 restaurant and only 1 bar is open at a time. Only stayed for 1 night entertainment all the other nights we had a taxi into town and found our own entertainment. There was plenty of choice with the food but I found a lot of it cold so ate out most nights. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Just arrived back from a week's stay in this hotel, it is a nice hotel rooms are clean, beds are very comfy. Air con isn't great it takes a day or two for it to really start to work just keep it on all the time and the room is a comfortable cool temperature. Hotel is in the middle.of nowhere, nearest spar is a good 10 to 15 min walk away. Pool is the best feature about the hotel. I would go back but not in a hurry.

My cousin and I had an incredible stay, we felt good from the moment we arrived at the hotel. A warm and friendly welcome from Natalia, then the apartment was very nice with a beautiful living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a very comfortable shower. Then the pool is very quiet, ideal for relaxing. We were incredibly well served by Daniella as well as Lorenzo at the reception to answer any questions (activities, shops, etc.), smiling and very friendly people. Only negative not enough sun loungers around the pool and selfish people put out their towels and then don't sit on them. Yesterday 16 beds had towels on them for most of the day with no people round the pool.

Staff are wonderful, especially Daniella, she absolutely made our holiday. Location is too remote for me personally and the food at the pool bar is nice but no choice at all. Unless you like avocado toast the choice is burger or hot dog. Thats it. People reserve sunbeds all day and dont use them despite the staff's best efforts to enforce their "15 minute" rule. The apartments themselves are lovely, we were in a ground floor. One bad point was a persistant slight "sewage" smell in the bathroom. This was also quite strong in the room with the washing machines. I woupd stay again but it would very much be towards the bottom of my list of options for apartments. I prefer somewhere much more central and adults only.

Highly recommended place. My third time staying there. We stayed in Nazaret apartments each time and we were super happy again this time again. Myself my wife and two teenage children all loved it. The complex is very relaxed, quiet, with friendly and helpful staff. It's very clean everywhere and has beautiful planting so although you are in the middle of town. It doesn't feel like that with plants trees birds around. There are staff cleaning and maintaining around the complex all the time. This time we had an unfortunate medical emergency when my 14 year old daughter dislocated her knee. I went to reception and Sara was an absolute star in how she contacted emergency services. She called them again to follow up and called me to reassure us they were on their way. When the paramedics arrived she came to our apartment and did translation. Her calm and helpful personality put everyone at ease in what was a worrying experience. (My daughter is fine) We'll be back 😁

Booked for 10 nights but left after 5 and moved to a different hotel. Had 5 nights of little to no sleep due to issues and owner didn't seem sympathetic. Our baby ended up sick with a chest infection after it. 1. Cockroaches in our apartment. Outside of apartments in common areas. Around the pool. Both day and night. Owners response was they fumigate twice a week and that it's impossible to stop them on Lanzarote. Moved us after 3 nights to an apartment further from the bins but they were also an issue in the new apartment. Other guests spoke of similar issues. People were running away from them at the pool in the middle of the day. 2. Air con didn't work. The controller allows you to set desired temp but this function isn't actually available, it just stays on after it reaches this. So you need to get up to switch on and off through night to regulate temp correctly. Owners response was that the temperature is set to the same temp throughout the complex and that you can't set temp. They got a maintenance man to come and set the temp in our apartment at 20 degrees as we had a small baby, but this didn't work. It continued to just get colder. Also told us that it doesn't work as a heating function, but that wasn't relevant to us. 3. The first apartment we were given that we spent 3 nights in had serious damp issues. Apartment 102. Our clothes were damp to the touch. Owners response was open a window. We did that and it let more cockroaches in. Our baby monitor showed humidity of 82%. 4. Disabled/buggy lifts don't work and there are no intentions of fixing them. I asked for a partial refund for our first 3 nights accommodation costs as we had paid a very high price for what was a very upsetting and exhausting experience, with a 4 month old baby also. This was refused and we were offered free breakfast and dinner for our stay which I refused as they seemed so unphased by the cockroach issues, I wouldn't eat anything from the hotel. We were then offered a refund for the remainder of our stay if we wished to leave, which I accepted as it was clear the cockroach situation wasn't going to get any better. The worst hospitality I've experienced in Lanzarote and a very stressful one with a small baby.

Enjoyed ourselves, we are going to book again but in the apartments as less stairs to climb. We hope to come back in July of this year. We made lots of new friends and found your bar lady Carmen a delight as she couldn't do enough for us, what a lovely lady, hope the hotel thinks highly of her. Brilliant position the hotel is in as restaurants bars and beach just across the road, couldn't get much closer just great if you have difficult walking. Beds very very comfortable. Never have to worry about getting a sun bed, but still people put their towels on sunbeds early and never went on sunloungers for 4 hours, which should never happen. In all a lovely experience. We returned first two weeks in July, the apartments are great, dish washer, washing machine, cooker, micro oven. Aircon, safe and beech towels all in with the price. Apartments spotless will definitely be back, worth every penny, just love it. Oh just remembered dishwasher tablets and washing tabs all supplied. Great place.

Loved it here, very relaxing. The food was delicious and varied. We thought we would eat out most evenings. After a few nights out we decided the hotel food to be our favourite..... .....5 YEARS ON..... we actually thought the appartments we far better than we remembered! However, because of our last experience we booked half board, mistake! The food was not to expectations boring and cold (use mic for everything) so much so; we decided eat out for remainder of our holiday. INCREDIBLY COLD apparment in the evenings with no warm air-conditioning WHY? It was February!!!! We would most definitely return but self catering in warmer months. Loved pool bar, should be open in evenings. Spotless complex

The hotel is excellent. Rooms are very well laid out and feature outdoor spaces as well. All staff without exception were extremely helpful. Breakfast offers a huge choice and range of fresh and cooked produce. The buffet dinner does however not live up to the level of the breakfast and is very expensive. Better food offerings can be had locally if you are prepared for a short walk. The other positive is the spa. The staff there are excellent, our treatments ranked among the best we had at any spa. One are for improvement is the pool area. The arrival information indicates that the sun loungers are not to be reserved before 11:00 am. We noted that in fact some individuals were putting out their towels are reserving them by 8am. Also they were relocating the parasols to have two or three depriving others of shade later in the day. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we are planning to go back again.

I have just returned from a week at the Radisson Blu resort with my family. From the moment we arrived to the day we left we were treated incredibly well by the welcoming and friendly staff. I couldn’t fault the hotel - fantastic rooms, which were airy and well designed. The grounds of the hotel were very well kept and the four pools provided a welcome ‘cooling’ period when it got a little too hot. The food was fantastic, with a wide selection every day for both breakfast and dinner. I can also recommend the club sandwich and burger from the bar for lunch! The entertainment in the evenings was varied. Thank you for such a fantastic week, I am already planning my return next year!

Amazing Adults Only Hotel with 4 beautiful pools (2 heated supposedly), exceptionally clean, excellent customer service by the hotel team. Perfect if you are looking for a poolside holiday as plenty of sun loungers. 2 restaurants, open plan bar in reception and the MAAR bar toward the beach. We went half board, ocean view suite and crown Service. Room was big with large terrace over looking the ocean and bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was modern and spacious (although shower could do with re-grouting). Air-Con was VERY poor (engineer had to come and fix it). Food was good with evening buffet changing each night. Crown Service was very good as we got free mini bar top up each day and free drinks, food and snacks at the MAAR bar. As I mentioned the hotel is perfect for sunbathing and chilling as not much else do, so we spent most of our days exploring the island which was stunning, using the hotel for morning and evening chill outs.

I want to thank the staff at Radisson Blu Lanzarote for hosting me. The front desk staff were so helpful and polite with any questions or queries I had, with particular mention to Aida, who was super friendly. However, some of the bar staff were mediocre at best – not rude but not particularly friendly either. But I think that’s more due to some being younger and having that generational gap. However, a smile does go a long way in making someone feel welcome; anyway, The restaurant had a good selection for breakfast and dinner, and I always found something to eat. WiFi was fast and reliable, and the location was great for strolls into town. Also want to mention the junior manager Paul who was very friendly too.

Our second visit was as wonderful as our first. Royal level is definitely worth the upgrade. The addition of the royal lounge this year was very nice. Thank you to eyleen Garcia for wonderful service. The pools open at 9:30 and there is a huge queue as there are very little umbrellas. I didn’t mind queueing as I was up early. Location wise it’s at the very start of Costa teguise so approx 30 minute walk into the main area/square. We enjoyed the hotel in the evenings so it didn’t bother us. Alberto and Neli were so helpful to us in getting our perfect room.

We stayed at this hotel in June was disappointed when we arrive in our room with the view of the decelanation plant !! The manager in the royal level Beatrise was so lovely and found us another room without that terrible view ! She was so helpful for the whole holiday could do enough for us . The food in the Royal level was excellent and drinks were very good !

We stayed 6 nights at Barceló Lanzarote Royal Level deluxe junior suite and were absolutely blown away by the whole experience. The resort exceeded our expectations in every aspect — from the stunning outside design and relaxing atmosphere to the exceptional service and food. The environment is beautifully unique and incredibly relaxing, offering the perfect escape. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of well-maintained plants and greenery, creating a peaceful, garden-like setting that reflects the unique landscape of Lanzarote. Every area was immaculately clean, with no rubbish in sight, and the attention to detail in maintaining the grounds was impressive. A major highlight was the Goa Pool Bar area, which has a stylish layout with various types of sun beds — and best of all, there were always sun beds available no matter the time of day. Fresh pool towels were provided daily, and the heated infinity pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The pool bar served a great variety of branded drinks and cocktails, and the snack menu hit the spot — our favorites were the Caesar salad and nachos with the best guacamole we’ve ever had. A huge thank you to the brilliant pool staff — Guilermo, Alec, and the chef (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) — for their warm, friendly, and outstanding service every day. Dining at Asana Restaurant was another highlight. The food was high quality, fresh, and varied, and breakfast included fresh berries like strawberries and blueberries, along with freshly squeezed orange juice — a lovely touch that made mornings feel special. We also want to thank Beatriz, the Guest Experience Manager, and Alberto at the Royal Level reception for going above and beyond. Their friendliness and professionalism really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. We’re already planning our next trip back — this hotel gave us such great memories and positive experiences, and we can honestly say it was well worth it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable holiday!

Nice location, friendly and attentive staff. Definitely worth the upgrade to Royal Level. Rest of the hotel is nice, but quite crowded. Drinks and food in the royal level a better choice and quality without a doubt.

We had a wonderful time at Barceló. The stand out were the staff at the hotel who were all so friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially Eyleen García who made sure our daughter, who turned one while there, had the best meal times. No mess she made was too much for the brilliant staff at the restaurant. We also loved the care and pride all the staff seemed to take of their work and the hotel itself- the resort is kept impeccably tidy. Thank you for a wonderful stay
