I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling, which makes you feel welcome from the very start. The food is absolutely amazing – honestly, I’ve never experienced such quality at a hotel. There are two chefs cooking fresh meals on the spot (you can choose from four-five options), and on top of that, there’s a huge variety of ready-made dishes and sides.
The pool is fantastic, the view is beautiful, and the bar is by far the best in the Cala Bona and Cala Millor area. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. And if you ever need help or have a question, the lovely lady at the reception is always ready to help with great advice.
Thank you again – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. So relaxing, perfect location if you want to head in Cala Bona or Cala Millor. Staff were very helpful, rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was great but the evening meals were outstanding, a chef on hand to cook you up a storm. Pool area is well laid out, never struggled for beds, you can take steps down and head into the sea if you wish, i did this and went snorkeling for a few hours as it beeming with life. The entertainment was brilliant on the Saturday. We will be heading back here without a doubt.

The hotel is very nice, centrally located, and offers beautiful views of the beach. One of the highlights is the food — both breakfast and dinner are made with good ingredients and offer a nice variety.
However, the rooms definitely need improvement. Considering this is a 4-star hotel, there’s no courtesy kit in the bathroom, and the minibar is completely empty — not even a bottle of water for guests upon arrival, which is inexcusable.
What’s even more ridiculous is the presence of a water boiler in the room, two cups… and nothing else. No tea, no coffee, nothing.
Attention to detail is very important, and it’s a pity to see these kinds of oversights.

Location of the main hotel and the view from the pool is amazing.
The food choice was disappointing, the first night my partner got chicken skewers which were raw, sent them back and asked for fresh ones, they came and were raw again. Second night was a choice of pork or lamb which neither of us eat and we were put off from the previous night so we ate out. We ate out for 3 out of the 5 nights we were there (one of the days we were at a wedding so didn't need to eat at the hotel).
We had booked a room with a balcony, upon checking into our room we were disappointed as we didn't have a balcony but a shared terrace. When querying this with reception was told there were no other rooms available so we had to stick with it. We had also booked a room with a double bed, it was two singles pushed together, upon asking about this was told they could provide a mattress topper to make it a double bed.
Upon booking the hotel, wasn't aware of the separate building with other rooms in so was disappointed when checking in and being told our room was across the road from the main hotel.
No entertainment at night which was disappointing.

My dad is currently in hospital for food poisoning from the restaurant/buffet, after we used to stir fry station and noticed there was completely raw chicken. When told waiter he just apologised but don’t think message was passed on and wasn’t an effort to compensate or apologise for the poisoning. Such a shame, hotel is lovely but be very cautious of food!!
