- We had an unforgettable stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. The first thing that stole our hearts was the jaw-dropping view of the Atlantic straight from our room—waking up to that horizon felt like a private postcard every morning.
- Value for money is phenomenal. The generous breakfast and evening buffets easily rank among the best we’ve tried in any resort—especially the pastries, which look (and taste) like of a Michelin-star patisserie.
- Staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we met struck the perfect balance between warm friendliness and unobtrusive service—always there when you need them, never hovering. Anita, who ran the pool-fitness classes and organized the pool-games, was fantastic—our son still talks about pool-volleyball! Isabel in the Rock Shop was a star: helpful, kind, and genuinely passionate about what she does.
- Evenings in the lobby are a real highlight thanks to the live music sets. We loved the single-performer spots before the main show—Paolo’s set in particular was a very impressive.
- If I had to note one small concern, it’s that the team seemed under noticeable pressure to secure positive reviews. While their enthusiasm never wavered, I hope the hotel’s management ensures that this drive remains healthy and sustainable for the long run.
- Overall, though, Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hit every high note for us, and we can’t wait to return. 🎸🌅

We stayed here for our honeymoon and were not disappointed would even like to extend our trip at present.
Breakfast is the best meal of the day and servers like Chyntia smiling and interacting is what it’s all about. The food at the splash pool was also always fresh and delicious and you can never complain about the drinks. The workers are constantly working but always have a smile on their faces. They even work in all areas so the person serving at the pool may also serve you at the bar later on an may even remember your order. Overall very good experience, beds are comfortable and cleaners in everyday. Would 100% be back.

Our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs, especially thanks to Dave, who took exceptional care of us and made us feel truly special.
The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel offers an amazing atmosphere with plenty of great music, delicious food, and a perfect setting to relax and unwind.
Whether you're looking for entertainment, relaxation, or top-tier service, this place has it all. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Overall, we had a positive experience during our stay. The location is conveniently accessible from the South Airport—we got there by bus with one transfer, which took about 1.5 hours. We arrived before the 3:00 PM check-in time, but had no problem leaving our luggage in storage.
We had booked a standard room, but through Booking.com we were upgraded to a spacious superior room and received two free drinks at the bar, which made us very happy. The room was truly great—on the 12th floor, with an ocean view, panoramic windows, and a terrace.
About the room:
The room had many useful amenities: bathrobes and slippers, an iron, shower gels, a regular fridge and a separate drinks fridge, a wine opener, and an ice bucket (you can get fresh ice near the elevator). They forgot to give us the TV remote at first, but brought it quickly afterward. There’s a speaker for playing your favorite music. We loved the in-room Jacuzzi bathtub. The bed was huge and very comfortable. There was also a pull-out sofa, which we didn’t really use.
About the food:
Breakfast was included in our stay. It’s hard to imagine a more varied breakfast! So many options for both kids and adults—everyone will find something they like, from hot dishes to desserts. The food is constantly replenished, everything is very fresh. Plenty of coffee machines, no queues, and seating is available both indoors and outdoors by the pool—amazing! There are several restaurants on the property, though we didn’t try them. We did visit the bar on the 16th floor—it’s a great place to watch the sunset, highly recommended! For regular drinks, we went to a small supermarket right across from the hotel, open daily until 10:00 PM.
About entertainment:
There’s live music every evening! We really enjoyed it—different performers and bands each night, including rock and more! The pools are wonderful, with warm water. You can get and return towels using your hotel card. My child didn’t want to get out of the water. There are lots of sun loungers, always a spot to lie down. There are also safes near the pool area. Aqua aerobics was fun! Every day, we also went out to the coast and had dinner at restaurants there. You can get there by bus 471—the stop is right across from the hotel. The nearest large beaches are 20–40 minutes away. Buses run until about 10:00 PM, every half hour, but make sure to signal the driver or the bus won’t stop.
About the staff:
The staff were polite and helpful, speaking Spanish and English. When we checked in, we were helped by Ingrid, who spoke German—she was great! The male aqua aerobics instructor with long hair was awesome and so cheerful (I forgot his name, it starts with “I”). We also bought souvenirs at the hotel shop and were assisted by a lovely woman named Isabel.

Excellent stay.
We had an amazing time at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife.
The hotel, food, and all of the staff were amazing. We had nothing to complain about.
A special shout out to Myriam, who was professional and very generous to us during our stay. Also a shout out to Anna form the beach bar who treated us like we were the only people in the hotel.
We will gladly return for another stay soon.
Thank you
