When we entered the hotel lobby, we were welcomed by a very beautiful and tasteful interior, exactly as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, once we reached the reception, the staff were not nearly as “helpful” as described everywhere.
I had written to the hotel via Booking in advance to inform them that we would be arriving earlier due to our flight and kindly asked if it would be possible to receive the room one hour earlier. This was not mentioned at all upon arrival; we were simply told to wait at the bar. They did not even offer to store our luggage so that we could go out in the meantime. I assumed the wait would not be long, which is why the receptionist did not ask.
We tried to ask about the wellness area—what it was like and where to find it—but the response was simply: “Once the room is ready.”
After half an hour, I went back to ask if it was possible to leave our luggage so that we could at least go out and explore, as we did not know where anything was inside the hotel and we could only move around with a wristband, which we had not yet received.
When the room was finally ready, the receptionist handed us a piece of paper with a QR code and told us to scan it, mentioning that sunbeds had to be paid for, etc. It is true that a lot of information is available on the website, but there is no guidance on where to find anything, so we constantly had to discover the building on our own.
The breakfast was truly wonderful and always plentiful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the room. There was mold in the bathroom near the shower, the trash (which was already full) was not emptied during morning cleaning, the bed kept sliding out of place because it was not fixed, and there was drilling above our room for several days.
We had a similarly poor experience with the staff at the wellness area. We had booked an appointment in advance, and the lady asked if it was our first time there—we said yes. She asked us to fill out a form while she dealt with other guests (which reduced our actual wellness time), then simply handed us two keys and that was it. She did not show us where to go or provide any information at all. We started walking in the wrong direction, and another woman who was waiting there told us that we needed to go the other way.
That evening, we asked at reception whether there was a transfer service available or what options we had to get to the airport. The answer was: “Long-distance bus or taxi,” followed by a look. No taxi number was offered; we were only told that the bus would take longer, and then we were asked what time we wanted to arrive at the airport. When we told her, the response was: “That’s fine,” accompanied by a smile. There was no real effort to help or be accommodating.
Overall, the hotel has a good location and excellent breakfast, but we left with a very bad impression and felt that the staff were not helpful at all.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and our daughter’s birthday in December, so we decided to visit Tenerife for the first time, as the weather is much better than London. Based on the reviews, facilities, and location, we chose this hotel — and to our surprise, it turned out to be an amazing experience that will stay in our hearts forever.
Without us asking, the hotel kindly upgraded our room and sent birthday greetings along with a gift for our daughter. To our delight, the staff even brought a small cake with candles for her birthday celebration while we were at dinner.
I must say that all the staff, the service, the rooms, and the facilities (table tennis, pool tables, warm pool, delicious hot food with branded drinks, kids’ activities, spa, professional photography services, etc.), along with its seaside location, made our holiday absolutely perfect.
We are already looking forward to coming back again!

Lovely privilege experience. Having the branded drinks is definitely a plus. It’s an amazing location and right on the beach. Being privilege you get sea view rooms which are honestly amazing full panoramic views! The food is just lovely having access to all the restaurants and trying the different cuisines. Definitely recommend the steakhouse and the tenderloin steak and the Italian restaurant.
Everywhere is exceptionally clean and well looked after.
Only pointers which are VERY minor the wrist bands are a bit uncomfortable as the edges scratch a little. Also the privilege lounge to be open later as this is the only bar for the privilege guest only and shuts a little early.

A wonderful holiday from start to finish.
The location was excellent with fabulous sea views and yet close to all that Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos offer.
Everything in the hotel was of a very good standard.
Staff were exceptionally professional and at the same time very friendly and always smiling…well done all of you.
The food was also of a high standard and the buffet was probably the best we have yet to experience.
We stayed as ‘Privilege’ guests and is definitely well worth the extra cost. Both of the ‘Privilege’ staff, Sandreen and Raphael were so helpful and caring.
We will definitely returning for another holiday soon.
Thank you H10 Conquistador xx

A quality establishment. Location is fabulous 👌. Safe not included in room & charged 18 extra is very annoying considering its a 4 🌟 hotel. Staff very polite & welcoming. Rooms are ok, bit tight maybe, but cleaned every day. Issue with sunbeds being 'reserved' for hours with no one on them, hard to resolve but an issue nonetheless. Considering there is no other option either beach a few minutes walk away. Food for breakfast was solid and plentiful. Staff again very nice. Highly recommended 👌
