Firstly I would like to say how amazing this hotel is in general.
I would highly recommend upgrading to platinum as the private platinum club restaurant for breakfast and evening meal is much better than the buffet market place restaurant. The market place buffet wasn’t bad at all though.
The hotel was always kept spotless.
All of the staff we encountered were brilliant.
The hotel location is great, close to the beach and a lot of bars / restaurants however this has its downsides hence my lower star review.
We paid for platinum however the room location was potentially the worst location in the hotel. Baffles me that they have there nice rooms located on the edge of the beach walkway with the bars and restaurants literally a few meters from the rooms.
The room was very nice inside but we could not believe how noisy it was in the evening.
Extremely loud music from the bar/restaurant opposite our room until 1am every night.
I have attached a video for reference which was taken at 11:45pm one night.
All in all we did enjoy this hotel however wouldn’t take the risk of coming back unless we could guarantee not being put in one of these rooms. Probably the higher up rooms wouldn’t be quite as noisy but the ground floor at the beach side was horrendous (room 1004 for reference).

I’d honestly go back to Tenerife just for this hotel. The Room was perfect with water provided everyday to us. The food at the food market was very nice with different variety everyday. The times were also perfect for both the dinner and the breakfasts. Drinks were fantastic staff constantly checking on us asking if we wanted to order some more. The reception staff were very kind. I lost my cardigan which one of the staff found and gave it back to me. Got to try the roast restaurant twice where I got to try both the steak and chicken which was both the best I’ve had. The hotel location was perfect since it was near to the beach. Got to hear waves from where my room was. Down the road was the bus stop for both the Siam park and Mall. The pool area was really nice. I’d recommend booking sun beds timely enough, there was good availability and when we were there. They had Zumba and volleyball during the day at the pool which was super fun and entertaining. The drinks were so lovely with a huge selection of cocktails. Wish I got the chance to try them all. Overall it was the best 10 nights and I’d love to return some day.

We are just coming to the end of an amazing stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the food is varied and to a high standard. But the best part is the staff, they are the ones who have made this stay special. The housekeeping team work extremely hard keeping everything spotlessly clean. The bar staff and waiters are brilliant, especially Nelson working the tables with drinks with a smile and sense of humour. Angel is a great also. Eloy in the Platinum Infinity Pool Bar served tasty cocktails and made everyone feel special. Rocio in the restaurants deserves a particular mention, for her fantastic level of service. Alexander serves with a smile and a giggle and has a great passion for his job. It is definitely worth paying for the platinum level.

This hotel was everything I had hoped it was going to be for our honeymoon. The location, the facilities. A credit to this hotel was the staff NOTHING was too much trouble. The food was amazing, so much variety and lots too! I can't say enough!! Would definitely recommend this hotel

Whilst a nice looking hotel with an extensive and impressive lobby, the customer service is non existent and facilities are made for fair weather. Very few smiles from any staff members and an overall feeling from them of ‘just getting it done’ rather than attentive service for a four star hotel.
A good hotel if you’re looking for hotel entertainment but loud at night time until 11pm+, with some noise audible from the rooms above the bar.
Whilst we stayed, our balcony flooded our room (see video) and on the first night as the rain wasn’t sustained, we called reception and the cleaning team (who were excellent throughout) mopped it all up and put towels in place. The next night, it was torrential rain and after two hours of this, the hotel called and sent up more towels which wasn’t enough this time. In essence, the balcony leant inwards which meant that the doors allowed water through them and into the room, rather than to soak away. Poor design and so my husband went down to ask for another room. No apology from the staff or concern as water was literally through the room and into the en-suite at this point, but after some discussion we were moved rooms to a sea view which was better and no leaks.
The hotel is designed for pretty pictures and isn’t water tight for rain. From my pictures you can see that leaks were the case throughout the hotel. Three lifts were out of service for the duration of our stay, which was a pain for us but would have made it difficult to access for those in a wheelchair.
Overall, an okay stay but not the service or friendliness I’ve usually had any other 4* hotels which felt like a bit of a disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would have preferred to stay in the nicer area of La Caleta.
