We are on our last night of a 10 night stay and it has been amazing!
The hotel is in a perfect location just a stones throw from the strip, with this being said if you are on the side facing the strip you will not be able to sleep until 12/12.30pm if you are a light to medium sleeper like myself. The food was repetative as to be expected on a buffet style however if you like all types of foods you will always be able to find something, the quality of the food is good and everything was always served hot. There is a vegitarian section i noticed that had something new daily alongside veggie pizza too. There was alot of gluten free options also avaliable.
Breakfast was the highlight for me with pastries , cereals , meats and hot food (cooked breakfast). They had fresh eggs and omlettes made to order.
All the staff throughout have been brilliant.
They are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The bar staff are bubbly and very interactive.
The room - as stated previously the room we had (1015) was directly facing the strip/promonade so on the rare occasion we fancied an early night this was not possible.
We stayed in a Junior Suite (Platinum) and the room was a good size plenty of clothing space and the dual sinks made getting ready in the evening a breeze.
We opted to use the 'Good Night' pillow from the pillow menu and was not dissapointed.
PLATINUM - if your sole purpose is ralaxation and alacarte dining then platinum is perfect for you.
On the occasions we used the Platinum services we were very happy.
All in all this hotel is a must visit but i wouldnt reccomend Platinum unless you are there to sunbath and relax daily.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
There are two large swimming pools, one of which is heated. There were always enough sunbeds available, and the option to reserve a sunbed for the next day through the hotel’s app was an excellent idea and worked very well.
The food quality was good throughout our stay. Dinner offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, while the lunch selection was noticeably more limited. The bars served good-quality drinks as part of the all-inclusive package. I would especially recommend the Roast restaurant, which can be booked every four days. The meat dishes were excellent and definitely worth trying.
We booked a sea-view room, but there was a constant background noise coming from the Iberostar hotel opposite, most likely from its air-conditioning system. Because of this, it was difficult to sleep with the balcony door open. Some rooms can also be noisy, particularly those facing the seafront promenade.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and nicely decorated. However, in some areas the modern design seems to have taken priority over practicality. A glass wall separates the bedroom from the shower area, so if one person uses the bathroom during the night and turns on the light, it can easily wake up their partner.
The hotel’s interior is very open, which means that noise travels easily throughout the building. Music from the evening entertainment could be heard from the lower floors, and we were woken up several times during the night by inconsiderate and noisy guests.
Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent facilities, good food, and friendly staff.

My friends and I spent 5 nights in this beautiful hotel. The level of cleanliness is like nothing I've seen in other hotels. The cleaning staff are so professional and excellent at their jobs. Our rooms were spotless every day. The bar staff were friendly and got on really well with all the guests. There was a great selection of foods available at breakfast and the waiting staff always helped us get a table for 8 people at breakfast and dinner. Well done to all at this hotel.

Fantastic Adults-Only Getaway – Excellent Value with Platinum Club
We had a lovely time at this hotel, which easily beat our previous all-inclusive experiences. The Adults-Only atmosphere creates a wonderful environment to unwind, and the staff across the board are professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working.
We highly recommend upgrading to the Platinum Club. It grants access to a changing dinner menu (great for vegetarians, as the standard options can look a bit repetitive), excellent a la carte breakfast/lunch options, and a premium infinity pool. The sunbed booking system worked perfectly for us. The Platinum lounge was also a great bonus for afternoon canapés and escaping the heat.
Our room (4053) was a fantastic afternoon sun trap with sunset views and was very quiet at night, despite facing the street. We arrived late on our first night, and the hotel thoughtfully left us a lovely cold platter in the room. Our only room issue was a faulty bath plug that wasn't resolved after reporting.
Minor drawbacks: There was some disruptive pneumatic drilling noise from the neighbouring Iberostar hotel, which is hopefully temporary. Additionally, as non-smokers, we would prefer to see smoking banned entirely around the sunbathing and cocktail areas, as we accidentally booked beds next to a smoking section.
Great drinks (branded spirits and highly recommended Negronis at Bar 1988), top-tier service, and overall excellent value for money.

Absolutely amazing hotel!
The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are delicious. The whole place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The entertainment was brilliant.
I went with my friend Clare, we really didn't want to leave and are already planning our next visit! :)
