Rooms are a bit dated but the cleaners are wonderful. The pools are absolutely fabulous. The food is good, something for everyone, lots of fresh salads, rice, pasta, pizza for the kids! Bar staff are brilliant. Entertainment staff were good. The kids disco is too competitive and should just focus on dancing, it left our little one in tears more than once, so we stopped going, he just wanted to dance. Over all we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

This is my fourth day of a solo holiday just for a break in the sun.
It’s a large hotel with 3 different buildings. One large dining room, pool bar and couple of others on an evening.
It’s spotlessly clean the staff work tireless and I’ve encountered them friendly and helpful.
The food is fine, typical 2 /3star buffet always fresh salad, bread and fruit in hand. Wine on tap in the dining room as well as juices etc. Menu is changed daily and again spotlessly clean.
Sunbeds are fine they are comfortable but bring a pillow as they don’t sit up. The little shop sells blow up wedges for them. Sunbeds washed down every night and pool area cleaned thoroughly.
Also bear in mind it’s a budget hotel and there are lots of families with children. Don’t leave reviews moaning putting people off when you expect cordon bleu meals for this price.
Ignore the bad reviews it’s not that bad!
Plastic cup situation yea cool idea but I like a nice glass.
Check in could be easier and faster too

Don't be fooled, this is not a very family friendly hotel. I went on my own and had to use earplugs every single night. Running and shouting in the corridors at all hours. Loud music very late at night. Huge, loud arguments with doors slamming, shouting and swearing, mainly by young people. The noise was relentless! There didn't seem to be any respect for others, especially with how loud a lot of people were returning to their rooms late (after 11.30pm). The food was okay, not much variety but plenty of pasta, tinned fruit and chips. Bar staff were lovely. There's a 20 euro deposit for the TV remote, and even then a lot of the channels didn't work. It would've been helpful to be given a printed map on check in of the hotel as there aren't any signs, and one map that was on the way to the pool. The hotel was clean. The bedroom was cold and the thermostat did nothing, thank goodness for the extra blanket! The weather was rubbish when I stayed, cold from 2pm and rainy, so having control of the temperature of the room would've been helpful. There was no fridge in the room, and iron or a kettle. Very basic rooms. Check in took over an hour, with one family ahead of me (and I was alone), despite being soaked through and freezing. The group ahead of me was being split up too which left one lady in tears! There was also a flurry of people coming down to say their rooms had flooded too. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning and I would not recommend staying here. The two stars are for cleanliness and staff, but they were the only positives.

Checking staff are great, but god the process is disastrous (the hotels fault not the staff). Takes 20-30 minutes to check in so if there's a few family expect a long wait.
Food is exactly what you'd expect for the price point.
Food was OK. Drinks were nice. Pool area is really nice. Entertainment are really good.
Rooms need a spruce up, walls are really thin, our neighbours were quiet fortunately.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Wouldn’t Return. The one star is purely for the beach and the beach bar
I have just gotten back from a stay at this hotel and, unfortunately, it was a very underwhelming experience from start to finish. The hotel reception sells the hotel as a whole when you first walk in . We paid over £600 for 4 nights with an all inclusive package which was not worth the money or the time.
Firstly, the food was incredibly repetitive – the same bland dishes every night with barely any variation. There were only three options to choose from at dinner, and everything lacked any kind of flavour. It honestly felt like eating in a school canteen, and we ended up dreading mealtimes.
The pool area was unusable most days because children kept pooing in it, which was not only disgusting but also poorly handled by staff – it took too long to get cleaned up each time. And if you want a drink by the pool? Be prepared to pay 2 euros for a plastic cup – and you’re only allowed one unless you buy one. Adults could only get two alcoholic drinks at a time, which made getting drinks for a group frustrating and time-consuming.
The rooms were outdated and in serious need of renovation. The walls were paper thin – we could hear arguments, shouting, and people stumbling in late at night. Definitely not a peaceful environment. On top of that, the staff were rude – both at reception and the bar. Simple questions were met with eye-rolls , shouting or blunt answers, which made us feel unwelcome.
The entertainment was poor at best – just a few kids’ games and the occasional couples game. Nothing engaging or professional, and certainly nothing that made us want to stick around in the evening.
They also charged extra for just about everything: 20 euros for a TV remote, which you don’t get back (why is that even a thing?), and 6 euros to rent an iron for 24 hours, also non-refundable. These kinds of hidden costs just added insult to injury.
To make things worse, there were no decent bars or restaurants nearby – we found ourselves constantly disappointed with the local options. The only nice part of the whole trip was the beach, which luckily had a lovely beach bar – far better than anything the hotel had to offer.
All in all, this hotel felt like a cash grab. Between the poor food, extra charges, noisy rooms, and unhelpful staff, we were left extremely disappointed. Save your money and book somewhere else.
