A family holiday with my 2 young children. I have to say, I was worried after reading a few recent reviews about the food and entertainment. But to be completely honest I think people are being really critical. We book all inclusive a lot. And this matched up to most hotels I have stayed in with AL options. I didn't have an issue with the food and I would consider myself fussy. We all enjoyed.
The entertainment is mainly for kids. But that suited us. And every night my daughter loved the mini disco and the entertainment team. The pools are great (the annoying residents throwing hard volleyballs across it when there are small children playing makes it un-enjoyable). The pool also gets very slippy on the tiles. So watch the little ones running. The location of the hotel is perfect. The biggest let down is the lack of air con in the bedrooms. Just a useless ceiling fan. Other than that if you're looking for a nice family hotel then I would recommend. The hotel staff are really friendly and the new refurbishment means it is clean and really nicely decorated.

Distinct lack of parasols around the pool, have not found one yet. Our room was fantastic, large bath tub as well as a rainfall shower. Food is good although the egg cook could do with a few lessons.

We stayed here beginning of March. Nice clean complex. Only self catering so didn't eat any food here. Apartments were basic but clean. Cleaners came in at least 5 times. Reception were helpful. Good location. Lovely week away

Having been here before around 17 years ago, my wife and myself decided to book a 6 night stay with Jet2 as we had read this hotel had recently been refurbished.
The room was 209 and although was on an access level from reception, it was above the disco floor and restaurant.
Room was spacious and we had a private large balcony terrace, at around 20:30pm every night the music would start up. Not that we are ones for hotel entertainment, the music was unnecessarily too loud and mainly set up for kids. Its a good job we only paid for room only as talking to a few people who were all inclusive, they were saying the food wasn't very good and the entertainment was shocking.
We timed it well as once the music started up it was our call sign to go out into town and enjoy a nice meal or a trip out in the hire car.
Considering the hotel has had an major overhaul, just a ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn't very good and although this time of year we didn't need air conditioning, I cannot imagine how hot the rooms would be in mid summer.
The best thing I can say about this place is the Jet2 check in service based here where they took our luggage to the airport leaving us a few hours to walk around the resort bag free.
Think this hotel is best suited to families and young couples staying on an all inclusive basis.
A word of warning, I was nearly short changed twice in the convenience shop at the hotel. The young lad who works there seemed to add up different prices in his head. Please check your change as this happened more than once in my 6 days there!!.

Just came back home from my holiday. The hotel was lovely and clean ,the bedrooms are modern. The entertainment team went above and beyond to entertain you 🥰 All the staff are friendly except two ladys on the bar that need to learn to smile.. Loads of shops just outside the hotel. The food was lovely. Would definitely go back .
