Overall, the stay was good — the facilities were clean, food was decent for an all-inclusive, and the location is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly and professional with the exception of one or two from the bar, who should probably look for a job somewhere else.
I did the online checkout, which showed zero outstanding fees. However, when I went to reception to return the key card, the receptionist suddenly claimed I had an outstanding balance of €30 for two burgers and a beer. I was on all-inclusive and never ordered any of those items.
When I questioned it, she brushed it off and just said, “It’s fine.” No explanation, no accountability. She just wanted to make me pay 30 euros for nothing so she can pocket them. It felt like an attempt to slip in a bogus charge hoping I wouldn’t notice. That left a bad taste at the end of what was otherwise a decent experience.
Tip: Keep your receipts, check your balance online before you leave, and don’t be afraid to challenge anything suspicious. Watch out for surprise charges.

Excellent transfer times - close to the airport
Large, clean, sea view room with a huge bed, soft and hard pillows - slept very well.
Sink and vanity area seperate to the shower and toilet which was a good idea.
Good quality food, cooked and presented well, varied selection.
Excellent quality drinks, presented nicely, good measures, not watered down
Large, clean, heated pool, regularly maintained. Observant lifeguards.
Varied, high standard and very enjoyable evening entertainment.
Guests made an effort to dress well for dinner which was nice

65% of bar/ restaurant staff were rude, unfriendly, miserable and slow.
Queues for bars were at times ridiculously long and slow - need more than 1/2 bar staff working especially at the evening show. The waiter taking orders at the tables was farcical!
Air con turned down quite low in restaurant and green bar so was too warm to enjoy.
Daytime entertainment poor - lack lustre
No music round the pool - lacking a bit of atmosphere

I had the absolute pleasure of dining here recently and honestly, the service was flawless from the moment we walked in. The staff Paixao and Sebastian were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience special. Every detail was considered – from checking for dietary preferences to ensuring our drinks were always topped up without needing to ask.
The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, and our server struck the perfect balance between being friendly and professional. You could tell the team worked seamlessly together and truly enjoyed what they do – it made all the difference.
Massive compliments to the kitchen too – every dish came out beautifully presented and packed with flavour. We didn’t feel rushed at any point and left feeling well looked after and very happy.
Truly top-tier service – thank you for such a wonderful evening.

I was originally going to give 3 stars, but the staff here is incredibly kind and helpful (with the exception of a few bar staff), and they definitely earned an extra star. The rooms are okay—not great, but not bad either. However, they were quite noisy, and you could often hear sounds from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. It was often lukewarm or even cold, not very fresh, and much of it simply didn’t taste good. On the positive side, the location is beautiful and parking is easy. Special thanks to Marie and Maggie for their outstanding service!

We had a decent stay at this hotel, especially considering the price we paid.
The rooms were clean and comfortable enough, but they were quite noisy. You can hear people stomping around in the rooms above, guests and staff running and talking loudly in the hallways, and occasionally even shouting. There’s a nightlife street right next to the hotel, which you can hear pretty well, but luckily it quiets down relatively early.
We booked half-board, and the food was okay for what you pay. Breakfast was fine, and dinner was tasty for one night. However, if the hotel varied the dinner menu more, I think they could easily get higher ratings. They could also improve by switching from the paper receipt system to a digital one — it would be better for the environment, more convenient for both guests and staff, and even things like the wristbands could be made more sustainable.
The pools were nice. One was heated and the other wasn’t, which gave a good option depending on your preference.
Overall, we had a good stay — we just expected a bit less noise.
