This was already our second stay at this hotel with our children, and once again it was a wonderful experience. We originally chose the hotel because of its great reviews and fantastic location in Port de Alcúdia, just a short walk from the beautiful beach.
For our family, however, the most important factor was the hotel’s commitment to guests with coeliac disease. Our son has coeliac disease, and we wanted him to feel safe, comfortable, and free to enjoy his meals like every other child.
From the very first day, Carly López took exceptional care of us. He carefully explained which dishes were gluten-free, offered special meals prepared on request, and even arranged desserts especially for our son. What impressed us most was the awareness and understanding of coeliac disease shown by both Carly and the hotel staff, including their attention to avoiding cross-contamination.
Thanks to people like Carly — who even remembered our son after two years — our family could truly relax and enjoy a carefree holiday again. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great pools surrounded by gardens, plenty of entertainment, animations, and evening shows for children.
But above all, what mattered most to us was our son’s safety and happiness during meals, and the staff made that possible every single day.
Thank you again for such a memorable stay — we will definitely come back!

I was pleasantly surprised during my recent night at Alcudia Garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was ready early and I was able to bring my bike into my room. I enjoyed the buffer dinner (heaps of variety and good quality). The rooms are quite dated but very spacious. Kitchenette was a bonus but would have been nice to have a kettle and tea bags. Thank you team.

We had a really nice stay at the Alcudia Apartment Hotel. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basics we needed for our trip. We especially loved having a balcony with a great view of the pool.
The hotel is incredibly family-friendly. They provided a crib for our son as requested, and the buffet was well-prepared for families with plenty of high chairs available. There were great activities for both kids and adults throughout the day.
The location is ideal—walking distance to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurant options. There is also a bus stop nearby which made it very easy to explore the surrounding areas.
A huge thank you to the staff, who were all so friendly and welcoming!

STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
We were ROBBED during the night while we were asleep after someone entered our room through the window.
Despite clear security concerns, the hotel has refused any compensation. In addition, the building is very old and shows visible signs of deterioration, with areas clearly in need of renovation. Details are below.
At around 4 a.m., while we were sleeping in a ground-floor double room, an intruder entered through the window (balcony door). The room faces the road, separated only by a garden and low bushes.
The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, so we left the window open about 10 cm while sleeping — not visibly noticeable from the outside. The window uses a lever-style lock, so although it was slightly open, it was still in a locked position.
Fortunately, my husband noticed the intruder very quickly and shouted, causing the person to flee through the window. We were not physically harmed, and thankfully our electronics and important documents were safe. However, a toiletry bag containing items worth approximately €400 was stolen, including expensive prescription medication and perfume.
We were lucky — but we were still victims of a crime.
The hotel’s response was extremely disappointing. There was no real concern shown about whether we were injured, and most staff members were not even informed about what had happened. We later learned that similar incidents had occurred at nearby hotels, yet we were given no prior warning. Even after our break-in, no warning was shared with other guests.
Another guest told us they had seen a suspicious person wandering on the roof. If that is true, security concerns are not limited to ground-floor rooms. Yet none of this information was communicated to guests, who likely assume they are safe.
The only actions the hotel took were moving us to a higher floor and lending us bicycles so we could go to the police station. However, if intruders can access the roof, changing floors does not meaningfully address the issue. Furthermore, the police station is 10 km away. Given the seriousness of the situation, this response felt inadequate.
We were unable to sleep properly for several days due to fear, and we had to spend a significant portion of our one-week stay dealing with the aftermath of the incident. A hotel’s responsibility should be to provide safety and peace of mind. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite.
The hotel’s position was that they “did everything they could”: they lent us bicycles and moved us to a different room. They also stated that because the stolen bag was not inside the locker, it is not eligible for compensation. While we understand the policy, it is unrealistic to expect guests to place every personal item — including toiletry bags — into a locker every night.
We were fortunate that the situation did not escalate further, but it easily could have. The hotel does not appear to treat the matter with the seriousness it deserves.
Instead, we were offered a 10% discount code for a future stay. They are definitely kidding us.
Additionally, as mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is very old and visibly worn, quite different from the promotional photos. The doors are extremely thin — in a double room, you will likely wake up whenever someone walks down the hallway.
We also found it unusual that during the off-season, more than ten 5-star reviews were posted on the same day. This raises concerns about the authenticity of some reviews. Please do not rely solely on the positive ratings.
Overall, this experience was extremely distressing and deeply upsetting.

My wife and I booked our stay at this hotel through TUI, specifically choosing a two-room apartment with a small kitchenette. Because of this, we decided not to book an all-inclusive option, as we planned to prepare some of our meals ourselves.
However, upon arrival, we were given a room with only a bedroom and bathroom, without the kitchenette. After waiting several hours to speak with the manager, we were informed that no such apartments were available anymore, as they had already been assigned to other guests. As a result, we had to incur additional costs by eating exclusively in restaurants, despite originally planning to prepare some of our own meals.
We don’t mean this in a negative way, but if a reservation is made two months in advance, it would be fair to inform guests in advance if something might change, rather than causing unnecessary additional costs upon arrival.
Another issue was that, despite no prior information, we were required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for potential damages. This is not always required, even in high-end hotels. Not everyone wants or is able to provide a credit card, although fortunately we had one.
Additionally, the room already showed visible signs of wear on the walls, doors, and in the bathroom. It would be advisable for the hotel to clearly document or show such existing damage before handing over the room, to avoid any misunderstandings or unjust charges later. With credit card details on file, guests could potentially be charged for damages they did not cause.
On the positive side, the hotel is in a very good location — close to the sea, a large beach, as well as shops and restaurants.
However, if you are planning to book, we strongly recommend confirming that you will actually receive the type of apartment you paid for, rather than what is available upon arrival.
