I stayed at Albufera Beach Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is right next to loud bars and party areas, which was never mentioned in the listing. The noise went on until around 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel provides earplugs, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of proper information before booking.
Guests are required to wear a wristband during the entire stay, which I wasn’t told about beforehand — it was uncomfortable and irritated my skin. The staff were often rude and unhelpful, especially one receptionist, Antonio, whose behavior made me feel very unwelcome. One night, they even called my room at 2 AM to ask for an iron I had borrowed earlier.
On top of that, we only received one room key for two people and had to pay a deposit for a second one. Overall, the stay felt unpleasant, stressful, and nothing like the relaxing holiday I expected.

Its an ok hotel if you like listening to loud music and loud large crowds from 7pm to 4am. Hotel tried by supplying ear plugs. Pictures shows breakfast on site, not true, need to walk to local restaurant for breakfast. Ten minute walk to the beach, which was fine, many restaurants in the area. Bruno at reception was very welcoming, genuine and helpful, and beach towels and umbrella supplied at no charge, the reason for 5 stars for service. Originally wanted to charge 10€/hour for early check in, when we refused, manager allowed us to check in early with notes. If using the safe, need to leave a 50€ refundable deposit for key and lock. No ice available, had to go to the bar across the road to ask for some. Overall, if you go for loud music and all night party, this is the place fir you, if you want a quiet night, go elsewhere.

I’m currently still here and the location is right above the clubs and you can’t sleep until 4 in the morning. On arrival you have to wear a wristband so it’s identifying who you are. Iv taken my wrist off as it’s annoyingly ruined my clothes as it catches. They have threatened to kick me out of the hotel. Iv kept the wristband so I can identify that I’m at the hotel but the receptionist attitude absolutely stinks and I do not recommend staying here. I’m attaching a video of the toilet as I sat on it and fell off it as it is not fixed to the floor and the door doors not open fully as it hits the toilet and rebounds and hits you

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. It's directly below the loudest bars/night clubs with music pounding until 4 am. It's an actual nightmare.

Amazing location, very noisy at night but as to be expected it is literally on the strip. Rooms are very clean and spacious, great location from the beach and local shops.
