A fantastic overall experience. A really well located hotel!
Stunning beach only a 3 minute walk away with private access back into the hotel resort Great views across the landscape from our sea facing balcony.
Facilities in the room could of been slightly better. No kettle/hairdryer etc, but who really cares when on holiday. Staff all fantastic! Very helpful and pleasant.
And an added bonus for the staff that helped located my (left behind) hand luggage. And helped me ship it back to myself!
Would definitely return!

For a 3 star resort, this place is more than adequate.
The food is great, if a little limited for choice.
The staff are excellent, especially Catelina on reception, she is first class.
There is a steep climb down to the beach and, therefore, a steep climb back up again, but it's worth it. The beach is beautiful. The sand is quite course as it’s mainly shells, so building castles may be a challenge.
The rooms are clean, and the proximity to the Old Town is excellent. The "Strip" is literally just a few hundred meters up the road..
All in all, the location is 5 star, the staff are 5 star and the food is a conservative 3 stars...

My husband and I had a lovely time at the Auramar Hotel in Albufeira. The hospitality staff, from the Front Desk to the dining room, were incredibly kind and helpful. They all are deserving of 5 stars. Our room was immaculately clean, and the view was incredible. The entire grounds were immaculately laid out, manicured and easily navigable. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Customer service was great and the rooms were decent. We had a sea view room, which was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to add a wider selection of food for those who don't like bland food. A little bit of flavour would go down nicely. The facilities at the hotel was great. The receptionists were amazing, along with the guy that helped bring my suitcase to my room. Stella service... Thank you..

We were booked in for bed and breakfast. I could have easily settled for room only.
We arrived in morning and check in was from 3pm. Greeted with a lovely welcome. Booked in with no access to our room until 3pm. Able to store suitcases free of charge at this point and on checkout until our transfer arrived.
Room large, with comfortable bed. Just worn and dated. Fridge in room was useful for beer and water as we weren't all inclusive.
Bathroom tiny. Room was cleaned daily to a good standard.
On checkout, the member of staff ignored my presence and continued to work on her computer. She took room card and fob without speaking to me and handed me my 10euro deposit. No thank you for staying, hope I enjoyed the stay or mention re luggage storage room. Most unfriendly member of staff.
Location of hotel, for us was perfect. The walk along the beach to the old town was stunning. Bolt taxis in/put of an evening just over £3.
My husband had chosen the hotel because of it having an indoor pool. This was closed for cleaning/repair until the evening before we left. I overheard another family comment it had taken 2 weeks to clean and they were departing the same day as us.
It was value for money and great location. Not sure how much more all inclusive would be, if I had been I may have been disappointed.
