The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food in the hotel is beautiful. If you stay for more than 4 nights, you get to have a meal at The One restaurant which was a lovely touch. The hotel is spotless! When we checked out, we weren't getting picked up until the late afternoon. The staff told us that we could carry on using the all-inclusive until we left which made life so much easier for us. My partner used the gym while we were there and was really impressed with the equipment.

Firstly, the hotel is gorgeous. The service from the staff is incredible and the food is lovely. Great for those with allergies like me. Can't speak highly enough of the waiters and cooks regarding allergies, some of the best I've ever experienced.
However, if you are under 50 years old and would like to have some fun on holiday while making friends, I wouldn't recommend this place. We would often get told off for silly little things, like vaping to close to the pool, drinking out of plastic cups too close to the pool, (over a meter away for clarification in an area that had ashtrays and a bar). When we played water volleyball, we got told off for hitting it too hard. We got told off for jumping in the pool and making a slight splash. We got told off for being in the pool a few minutes after 6pm. Our friends got a warning letter for smoking on their balcony. But yet when it was the evening entertainment they would want us to get up and get involved. Seemed very much like one rule for one and another rule for others, as we noticed various groups doing the same as us but without getting told off. It felt like we were back at school again.
Therefore, this hotel is lovely if you are a mature couple wanting a quiet holiday reading a book. But if you enjoy having a laugh and making friends, it's most certainly not the right hotel.

I would say this is a 4 + hotel, couldn't fault it, the staff were attentive, nothing was a problem, from reception team to the cleaners, just a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Suitcases on arrival taken to room, complimentary drinks as room wasn't ready, use of concierge to freshen up and use the facilities.
3 pools, plenty of sunbeds , booking system on the app to book yr sunbeds the day in advance .
The hotel itself was immaculate, breakfast and evening meal buffets had a great time range so it was never busy or people quieing to be seated.
Just a wonderful atmosphere highly recommended if you want a relaxing holiday

Absolutely excellent!
We were greeted by friendly staff and a lovely chap who took our bags to our immaculately cleaned room overlooking the sea and pool. A free of charge welcome pack was waiting in the mini fridge and so were tea & coffee facilities. A super comfy bed too.
The main area of the hotel around the pool is amazing and being able to book sun loungers on the app the day before is a revelation!
The food is really nice, you usual all inclusive buffet and we enjoyed the one restaurant too. Breakfast was excellent and we liked it was open to 11am plus having a menu at lunch was nice so the food didn’t feel repetitive.
The entertainment was great and we enjoyed every evening including the cocktails!
Location is perfect, nice and close to the sea and the town and the pharmacy over the road is very good and the lady speaks good English.
Overall it was a great stay and very worth the money will definitely return.
