Hotel was amazing & the staff truly are exceptional. Hotel was so clean & tidy throughout. Located about a 5 minute walk from the beach too. Food was great & the restaurant staff were very helpful with providing me with gluten free options. Couldn't fault this hotel in any way.

⭐ 5-Star Review: A Truly Special Stay at Princess Inspire Tenerife ⭐
From the moment you arrive at the Princess Inspire, you feel like you’ve stepped into something genuinely special — and it’s all because of the people who work here.
The bar team in particular deserves a huge shout-out. From Belén to Sánchez, Iván, Eli, and Chiara, their warmth, attentiveness, and energy are on another level. You’re looked after from morning until night, and nothing is ever too much trouble. This is hospitality done properly — with heart, pride, and consistency.
The restaurant team is equally fantastic. The service is flawless, and the quality of the food is honestly superb. Every meal feels like care has gone into it.
Housekeeping? Also amazing. Rooms beautifully cleaned every day, and any request is handled quickly and kindly.
This hotel is a real gem in Tenerife — not just gorgeous in its design and facilities, but truly elevated because of the people who bring it to life. The manager should be incredibly proud of the team across all departments. They make this place unforgettable.
Bravo to everyone at Princess Inspire. You’ve created something very special.

Wow. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
Fantastic staff and spotlessly clean.
Food was great, and a really good selection.
We used the gym and the spa which were both very nice.
Booking system for sun beds was soo easy.
Poolside had music playing which was a great touch.
As a couple in our 30s we felt we’d feel out of place but not once did we feel that.
Entertainment on a night was fantastic and varied.
Can’t wait too book up again.

This was our second visit here, The staff are very friendly and very hard working. The place is spotless and we cannot fault how efficient the staff were when we reported an issue with a leak in the ceiling outside our room. Within 5 minutes someone was there seeing too it. location is good too.The sunbed booking system is also a good thing too. Food was lovely and entertainment was good. Cannot wait to visit again.'

The Hotel:
The check- in to the ground floor pool view room which was an upgrade room went very well. Room 1016 was in an excellent position for my disabled wife for easy excess to the sun beds, pool and main restaurant.
Throughout the day they played low volume background music, it was not until 8:00 pm we noticed an area of sun beds had been removed to make room for a stage area which was 6 metres along to the right of our room, when we booked we looked at entertainment and thought it was held in the Loin Club.
The disco operator then increased the volume, and at around 8:30 pm the first entertainment act came on and again the volume was turned up, at 9:30pm the main act came on and they turned it up to full volume so loud that when we were coming back from a walk along the sea front we could hear it 2 to 3 hundred metres away, the main act went on until 11:00 pm each night.
If we had been made aware the room was virtually inside a disco we would have booked a room as far as possible from the pool area, as we walked to breakfast we noticed the next day that there were 16 speakers in the pool area 12 wall mounted and 2 large base speakers each side of the stage area.
The Room:
Housekeeping for the first four days, the room was roughly cleaned and the tea & coffee was not replenished, the next day the maid changed and the standard improved in every thing.
Restaurant:
The range of food in the “Food Market” was good from starter, main and dessert, always a good choice of everything.
We were not told when we checked in that for every four days of your stay you could use the “One Restaurant" which gave the same self service for starter & dessert with table service for main, so as this holiday was for our 58th wedding anniversary we decided to use it for that special day.
There was a selection of four meats and we chose lamb chops, first we found the service from waiters was very cold and no interaction at all, when the main was served we were very disappointed firstly the plates were cold, then accompanying the chops we had cold french fries and a little stir fry hidden under the five over cooked chops, unlike English chops they were not short cut but long chops so apart from the small eye of the meat the rest was bone and fat, it would have been easier cut into them with a steak knife, very disappointing this was the one and only visit.
The Pool Area:
Sun beds again at check in we were not told these had to be booked each day, when we first ask reception we were told to book each morning, when we ask the next day they said you had to order for the next day not today, for us the whole system could not work as we do not have a smart phone and when we spoke to one guest when she woke up early she booked a bed and then went back to sleep, so when we went to reception to book on the screen they were all booked in the area in the shade.
Smoking policy was not enforced in this area as guests sat outside their room smoking and outside the restaurant there were around twenty tables for outside dining and after eating the guests would remain seated there to watch the entertainment, several would vape or smoke..
Drinks Service:
After we had finished our meal we would go up in the lift to the terrace area outside reception for a coffee, on our anniversary day we decided to have an Irish coffee, we were served by the lady waiter who took the order and I signed her tablet, after waiting for 20 minutes I went to the bar to ask about the drinks and was told they had no order, they called over the lady who took the order and she said she had not taken one, after another waiter went and spoke to the bar man they found the order.
