Stayed here late April first time coming to Tenerife and all I can say is WOW. From the minute we stepped in we was treated like royalty, every single staff member on reception went above and beyond (big shout out to Lauren) who helped us extend our stay for another 5 days! The rooms were immaculate, the whole hotel was spotless, the food was unreal I am a fussy eater but this was high quality restaurant food!! A big thank you to Utu bar service what a gentleman, kept us refilled the whole time also Frank fantastic guys! Couldn’t fault one thing about this hotel or any staff members. Thank you so much for everything can’t wait to come back. Recommended to everyone x

Had a great stay at the Princess Inspire in May 2026. The Hotel is very nice if you are mobile far to many Steps for older people. The rooms are lovely but the bathroom layout I didn't like . Being basin area has no door all to open in my opinion need to have privacy in a bathroom apart from that nice stay thank you.

Overall we would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely consider returning.
One of the highlights of our stay was the food. We stayed on a half-board basis, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety with plenty of choice each morning. Dinner was particularly impressive because the buffet changed every evening, so there was always something different to try, the quality of the food was of a good standard.
The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and serviced regularly, and the reception area was bright, welcoming, and kept in great condition.
The location is also a big plus. The hotel is very close to bus stops, shops, and local restaurants, which makes it a great base for getting around and exploring the area.
A couple of small downsides: if you’re not on the all-inclusive package, drinks can be quite expensive. The main pool is heated, but it tends to be in the shade for much of the day, and the sunbeds that do get sun are often reserved very early in the morning. There is also an upper deck area near reception with two smaller pools that seem to get more sun, although I don’t believe those pools are heated.
The hotel can feel a little busy or compact at times, but that’s understandable as it’s located in a built-up area and space is limited. You can also see the hotel’s sister property across the road, which at times almost feels like part of the same complex.
Overall though, we had a great stay, especially thanks to the great food options, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Third visit in a year. Spotlessly clean and very efficient and friendly staff. Lovely place overall with just a few minor gripes. On the whole food was good although meat was sometimes overcooked and dry and eggs in the morning were often sitting too long and we're not hot. There is a very good app but for all it's functionality you still can't keep a check on your spenditure which is unusual. I also don't like the fact that they won't give you an iron to use but force you to use their chargeable laundry service

Another fantastic holiday due to “Victor “at reception, knowing it was our honeymoon he made sure we had the best room in the main block, beautiful room & view ! We had a fabulous time ! always makes a huge effort with his knowledge of Costa Adeje & Tenerife , we know Victor is a big part of the hotel as i’m sure he has a great relationship with guests & a big part why people come back to this hotel . The young lad at reception sorry can’t remember his name (with glasses ) what a fantastic person he is , knowing the knowledge of the whole world & visited places where we are from , we were amazed the knowledge he had being born in Tenerife. All the staff at reception were amazing & so helpful . The staff at the food market work hard & always has a smile . We will rerun in the future , we love this hotel .
