The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food in the hotel is beautiful. If you stay for more than 4 nights, you get to have a meal at The One restaurant which was a lovely touch. The hotel is spotless! When we checked out, we weren't getting picked up until the late afternoon. The staff told us that we could carry on using the all-inclusive until we left which made life so much easier for us. My partner used the gym while we were there and was really impressed with the equipment.

Staff were very friendly & attentive.
Food and drinks 10/10 couldn’t fault.
Room cleanliness 2/10 we had a urine mark on the toilet when we arrived which wasn’t ours down the outside of the bowl made reception aware of this and still wasn’t cleaned. Our towels & robes where also taken we rung reception and they did not bring anyway until we went down and complained.
Entertainment wasn’t very good through the day.

Absolutely excellent!
We were greeted by friendly staff and a lovely chap who took our bags to our immaculately cleaned room overlooking the sea and pool. A free of charge welcome pack was waiting in the mini fridge and so were tea & coffee facilities. A super comfy bed too.
The main area of the hotel around the pool is amazing and being able to book sun loungers on the app the day before is a revelation!
The food is really nice, you usual all inclusive buffet and we enjoyed the one restaurant too. Breakfast was excellent and we liked it was open to 11am plus having a menu at lunch was nice so the food didn’t feel repetitive.
The entertainment was great and we enjoyed every evening including the cocktails!
Location is perfect, nice and close to the sea and the town and the pharmacy over the road is very good and the lady speaks good English.
Overall it was a great stay and very worth the money will definitely return.

Me and my girlfriend have just had a wonderful stay at the hotel for 1 week on the 3rd May. Check in was very smooth and we received welcome drinks and assistance with our bags to the room. Unfortunately when we checked in there was an issue with the air conditioning which wasn’t working and we found out that the part could only be fitted the next morning. It did mean that it was too hot in the room to sleep overnight so reception gave us another room to sleep in overnight. The part was then fitted at 9AM the next morning which was appreciated. A special mention to “Marta” in public relations who spoke with me around the issue and she offered us a luxury dinner as a gesture from the hotel which was lovely and very much appreciated. The food throughout the week was lovely as usual and the drinks are amazing. The rooms are cleaned very well everyday replenishing all the toiletries, coffee and water etc. The staff are very attentive and lovely to chat too. Location is perfect for lovely walks along the coastline, around a 45 minute walk to Las Americas which we would recommend. We have now rebooked to stay at Princess Inspire again already for our 5th stay in June 2026, this time in the Royal Suite which we are very much looking forward to.

Just back from the Princess Inspire after a great 4 night stay. Check in was very speedy and was offered a free room upgrade and early check in once the room was ready. The room was a decent size, bed were comfortable and the cleaners were friendly and thorough. We stayed on Bed and Breakfast basis, the breakfast was tasty with good selection of fruit, cooked items and sweet treats. The coffee and juices were not our favourite. All the staff from reception to the restaurant and the cleaning team were all helpful and friendly. The gym is well stocked and is better in reality than the photos, it includes a smith machine, cable station and dumbbells up to 22kg. The sunbed booking system was very helpful. Overall, would be more than happy to return to the hotel - would recommend (as a couple in early 30s)
