Overall we would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely consider returning.
One of the highlights of our stay was the food. We stayed on a half-board basis, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety with plenty of choice each morning. Dinner was particularly impressive because the buffet changed every evening, so there was always something different to try, the quality of the food was of a good standard.
The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and serviced regularly, and the reception area was bright, welcoming, and kept in great condition.
The location is also a big plus. The hotel is very close to bus stops, shops, and local restaurants, which makes it a great base for getting around and exploring the area.
A couple of small downsides: if you’re not on the all-inclusive package, drinks can be quite expensive. The main pool is heated, but it tends to be in the shade for much of the day, and the sunbeds that do get sun are often reserved very early in the morning. There is also an upper deck area near reception with two smaller pools that seem to get more sun, although I don’t believe those pools are heated.
The hotel can feel a little busy or compact at times, but that’s understandable as it’s located in a built-up area and space is limited. You can also see the hotel’s sister property across the road, which at times almost feels like part of the same complex.
Overall though, we had a great stay, especially thanks to the great food options, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Absolutely stunning hotel — truly exceeded all my expectations. I was genuinely happy to discover such a beautiful, elegant, and modern place. The hotel is impeccably clean, recently renovated, and offers breathtaking views that make every moment feel special.
The atmosphere is calm and luxurious, and the attention to detail is remarkable. What impressed me the most was the staff — kind, attentive, professional, and always smiling. You really feel how much care and effort they put into creating a wonderful guest experience.
Because the service was so excellent, I truly wanted to express my gratitude with tips. However, as many guests today no longer carry cash, this is not always easy. It would be a fantastic addition if the hotel could introduce a cashless tipping option (card, QR code, or added to the bill), even for all-inclusive guests.
This would perfectly match the modern, high-quality standard of the hotel and make it even easier for guests to thank the amazing team.
A truly exceptional stay — five stars plus! I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked the hotel. It's a beautiful building and the staff are all friendly. Unfortunately, we were on the road side, opposite La Flaca, which was far too loud. Even with the door closed and the curtains fully drawn we could hear the dulcet tones of a poundland singer absolutely butchering classic songs. That and the loud motorcyclists meant that we couldn't fall asleep that easily. Soundproofing needs improvement.
The hotel was cleanish. It felt like our room hadn't been used that recently - dust on a lot of the surfaces and the milk pots for coffee were out of date.
The food was nice but not amazing. There was a different theme option every night. The sushi was great - I ate tonnes of it. There was a good selection of desserts.
The location, noise notwithstanding, was good. Plenty of transport available and it was a few minutes' walk to the beach. Unfortunately the noise issue means I wouldn't return, but I did enjoy our stay.

My wife and I spent last Christmas and Newyear at this resort hotel.
What we liked: The service in the bars and restaurants was fantastic, very professional, quick and super friendly.
Special mention of Juanjo who was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast in the One restaurant was also very good with great variety of items to choose from.
The Christmas and Oldyears night gala dinner was very well organized and the food was very good. Compliments to the chefs and the waiters and waitresses. The hotel itself is very nice, not too busy, and the Esencia package was quite good. Our Jr Suite was more or less what we expected.
What we did not like: The staff at reception were not overly friendly. On our arrival there was some confusion about the inclusion of the Xmas and Oldyears night gala dinner, and our room keys did not work so we had to go back to reception to have that rectified. Upon our departure we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay, just paid our bill and that was it. The buffet food in the Food Market was disappointing. Not much variety and dishes served lukewarm. I almost broke a tooth on the pizza! We only ate there twice during our 10 days stay. The selection of wines per glass was of rather cheap quality and quite expensive, but this we have experienced in other resort hotels as well. The nightly entertainment was also quite disappointing. We have seen much better in other resorts in Tenerife. The TV in the room was wall-mounted across from the bed. It would be much better to have it mounted across from the living area where the couch was located. On our last full day we had heavy rain most of the day and the corridor outside our room was flooded with rainwater, some of which entered our room as well. Fortunately there were cleaning ladies on hand who worked very hard for several hours to clean up. I hope they have been rewarded for their efforts!

Third visit in a year. Spotlessly clean and very efficient and friendly staff. Lovely place overall with just a few minor gripes. On the whole food was good although meat was sometimes overcooked and dry and eggs in the morning were often sitting too long and we're not hot. There is a very good app but for all it's functionality you still can't keep a check on your spenditure which is unusual. I also don't like the fact that they won't give you an iron to use but force you to use their chargeable laundry service
