This is a great hotel for families in a good location for local beaches and Playa Blanca. The family connecting rooms were really large and good quality. Staff and service were always pleasant and helpful. The food is good quality and they go the extra mile with a variety of fish they cook fresh and offering a range of smoothies and fresh juices at the breakfast buffet. A special mention for Alexander in the buffet restaurant who was always super friendly and attentive, making time to chat to the kids and make them laugh despite being so busy.

Absolutely amazing location, beautiful views and dreamy scenery from the hotel to the sea with Fuerteventura in the horizon. What makes this hotel tick is its staff, all issues were promptly and professionally sorted out and you get the impression their priority is for guests to have the most pleasant and relaxing stay. A rare treat these days! The animation team are excellent, positive and energetic which our kids loved. The reception team handled all my questions with patience and politeness. The restaurant staff work extremely hard and despite the madness of multiple small kids running around, manage to keep a smile on their faces. The porter was super helpful and friendly - he took us to our room in a golf cart while carrying our numerous bags which was much appreciated. The cleaner cleaned our room every day while we had breakfast. This place has a cult following for a reason, it's an endless summer party in here ;-)

This is our second holiday here the first four years ago.
I love the layout.
It’s designed more like a village with interesting garden features.
The food in the self service restaurant is exceptionally good with multiple options both hot and cold.
There are three pools one exclusively for adults.
But by far the best aspect of this hotel is the staff.
From reception to restaurant to housekeeping they are so eager to be of assistance and warm and friendly .
This is a hotel for all age groups but is very family friendly.
I heartily recommend it.

Room was brilliant, all staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was especially good, way better than we thought..
Only criticism is the location. If you don’t have a car, beaches are extremely limited. One dirty beach right next to the resort and then a very nice beach 1 hour walk away.
Apart from that, you’ll have access to no beach without a vehicle. Even with rented bicycles, we only got to one beach. However, supermarket right next door and a good couple shops and coffee rooms.
Much enjoyed our stay.
Pine Apple
Lovely place with 5 spacious swimming pools and loads of activities for little children. Amazing service, staff are very friendly, almost angelic, always with a smile on their face. They make sure to entertain the little kids. Lovely all-you-can-eat buffet with delicious food suitable for the pickiest of eaters. Lovely adult-only kid-free swimming pool, spa and other zones too!! Very close to the Seaside. Comfortable bed. 100% recommend .
