It is the biggest hotel in Arrecife just 10 minutes distance from the airport and in the nearby from Castillo San Gabriel. We lived on the 14th floor, city view, and enjoyed quite a stunning view of Arrecife. The facilities were up to date and the stuff very welcoming and friendly. On our arrival, even we surpassed dinner they arranged some tasty snacks to be delivered to our room, all without extra price. We had even a nice surprise awaiting in the room on my birthday with champagne, a little cake and birthday card, which was very pleasant. The food in the restaurant was quite diverse and everyone could find something for his/her taste.

I came with my family to enjoy the restaurant with the view next to the pool. First of all, the waitresses didn’t even check us when we came in, we had to go get her to ask for menus, then to order we waited 25 min so I had to get up to order, the one at the bar interrupted me to answer another client order, she didn’t tell us that we had to get up so she served other people before us. For a five star hotel, it’s definitely not a five star service. That’s sad because the place is beautiful but wouldn’t recommend it if you want to be comfortable to get drinks or to eat.

Great experience at the hotel. The views are stunning, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service was excellent. The burger was incredible, and Christian made everything even better with his friendly and professional attitude. Would definitely come back!

The reception area was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. We were excited to see our sea view suite but when we walked in we both said ‘is this it?’ I have stayed in 4 star hotels that are more fancy. I have to say though that the views are beautiful.
The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice although if you wanted milk for your tea you had to go and find the cereal as there was no milk near the coffee machine.
On two occasions we had put the do not disturb sign on and the maid came in while we were sleeping which i found very embarrassing.
The pool bar was lovely but the wait for a drink was very long. The restaurant on the ground floor, Alarz, was also disappointing as the food I had, aged beef, was literally grilled beef put on a fancy plate with loads of salt sprinkled on top. No sauce, no garnish.
The location is right by a quiet beach which I loved but the choice of nearby restaurants was disappointing unless you want burgers and chips every night. I’m sure if you went further into the island there would be better restaurants.
Overall, it is a nice, clean average hotel but definitely not 5 stars in my opinion.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to nearby attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. There was plenty of parking available, though it came at an extra cost. The on-site restaurant served decent meals, but we found the prices a bit high for the quality. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool, which also overlooks the ocean. We stayed for two nights and had an overall enjoyable experience.
