Very nice hotel. Staff really friendly. Stayed for two days used relaxing spa and had a very energising deep tissue massage. We loved the suite the comfortable beds and the rich breakfast. The nice view into the atlantic as well as the professionally made cocktails in the evening. Only flaw is the stuttering tv reception hence 4* on room. Wont stopping us from staying here again.

DON'T VISIT the hotel IF YOU'RE FROM THE UK
- Poor service
- The hotel dislikes UK guests and treats them such and provide poor service and making you uncomfortable.
- Overall service was bad. We were treated as an inconvenience. Every time we ordered at the restaurants/bars, the service was consistently BAD.
- Check-in was not great as the reception staff overlooked us standing there and served someone else before us, which was embarrassing.
- Check out OVERCHARGING (by 300%) for services.
- Very few lifts make moving to rooms harder for guests and staff, as they don't have service lifts.
- Spa smells of food (fishy) as its located next to the grill.
- The NYE party was disappointing
The only redeeming feature was the spa staff, who were amazing.
Lanzarote is definitely worth the visit, beautiful island.

Absolutely epic seaside view from my room. The hotel is located right next to the beach and ocean. There is a pool in the hotel and a bar. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offer a variety of delicious dishes. The natural environment around the hotel (for example the beaches) is gorgeous and good for walks. You can get pretty close to the water and watch the sunset from the shore. There are bus stations within walking distance that allows transportation to other areas on Lanzarote when visiting point of interests.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Service from Claudia J!
My wife and I recently visited the 17th-floor bar at the Grand Hotel in Arrecife, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Claudia J. She is a beautiful, kind, and professional woman who made our evening truly special. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that made us feel completely at ease.
Claudia’s attention to detail and care were second to none — she made sure everything was perfect for us. Her charm and professionalism truly elevated our experience, and it’s safe to say she was the highlight of our visit.
We almost decided to come back the very next night just because of her! If you visit the Grand Hotel, don’t miss the 17th-floor bar — and definitely ask for Claudia J. She’s a true five-star gem! 🌟

Update - had to remove 2 stars after incident was badly handled -
Writing this one day after check out: during the night we stayed I was woken around 4am by bites all over my body, after turning on the light we identified the cause as 2 small bed bugs in the sheets and called reception for help. We were offered a new room, we moved in autopilot to get some sleep. Morning after had to get cards for our room as the system was down during the night and we were asked if we are okay but with further research we realise that the staff should’ve proposed us to clean/ treat our clothes. I’m currently on 8 bites and have an allergic reaction, the lack of after care brings anxiety - what if we infest our current stay or bring the bugs home? Really disappointed on how this situation - with so little seriousness - was handled by the hotel. What was supposed to be the luxury start of our anniversary get away became the start of sleepless nights and discomfort.
First review :
We only stayed in this hotel for a night and immediately regretted not booking a longer stay. The service and rooms are top notch. We did a spa circuit followed by treatments by kind professionals. The pool bar with great service from Daniel. The food was perfect.
