I thought this hotel was great. The pool was fantastic, close enough to walk to the beach (past a superrette that was very useful to stick up on snacks/drinks) The Playa Blanca beach is better than you'll expect! The rooms were great, service was good. Kids activities made them happy. Every evening there was live music you could enjoy in the lobby which was a nice addition. Food wise - the breakfast was lovely. My only downside would be dinner. It was average really. Nice salad options and good desserts but main course could use some work to get to good. There was fish and chicken and meat options but just not the best standard I would have wanted at a place like that. But for the deal we got I managed fine!

Fantastic hotel located in the Playa Dorada area. Super friendly staff, especially Wanda. She was very helpful, as well as Albert, the Reception manager. He is always approachable, looking at every details to give a better service The hotel has several swimming pools, one of which is heated, there is a relaxation area for those who prefer to sunbathe in peace and quiet. All areas spotlessly clean. The room was very spacious. We stayed in the VIP area which has a small private pool. The lunch and dinner was excellent, with a menu to suit all guests, very varied and very well prepared. They have very flexible rates for meals which is much appreciated. You have the option of having lunch or dinner at the hotel if you choose half board. There is also entertainment for everyone during the day, and after dinner you can enjoy a small show so you don't have to go anywhere else. It is close to Playa Dorada which is the best sandy beach in the area and very close to the village of Playa Blanca. Undoubtedly we will repeat, it has been an unforgettable experience.

Rainbow Cake

Just come back from the Mynd Yaiza for a 5-night stay. Really nice clean hotel and perfect location as I didn't want to be right in the middle of the town or built-up areas but close enough to walk to it . There is an Aldi or dino supermarket 5 minute walk or only a 10 to 15 minute walk down to everything. Only discovered playa dorada at the back of Burger King on the last night, which is a nicer beach than playa blanca. I'm coeliac and had cooked breakfast options but only a small designated area with minimal other breakfast items, which was better than nothing, I guess. Dinner was of good quality and lots of choice for myself with no gluten allowed and was also really tasty. The Downside was there was nothing I could have from the pool bar gluten-free at lunch. Rooms were clean and good standard. Entertainment was OK, a singer each night. Bit disappointing the pool with slides was a lot colder than the other pool. Seemed a waste as there was never anyone in it. We had a few go's on the slide and short stints in that pool as it was so cold. All in all, it's a really nice hotel and no major complaints. Our stay at MYND Yaiza was absolutely awesome. I was there with my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time—from relaxing in the spa to enjoying the amazing food buffets. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, and the location is great—close to town but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, I can’t fault the place at all. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We recently spent a wonderful holiday at this hotel and returned home with many lovely memories. What truly made our stay special was the animation team, which we would like to highlight in particular. With genuine passion, positive energy, and heartfelt warmth, they not only delighted our children but also captivated us as adults. It was impressive how attentive and present they were – always with a smile, always approachable, and always full of creative ideas. We would especially like to thank Imera for her openness and her uplifting spirit. And a heartfelt thank-you to Sarah for the warm and caring way she interacted with our children! The other team members we got to know also grew close to our hearts. You could clearly feel that the team members had a strong connection with each other and truly enjoyed working together. This harmony created a very special atmosphere that greatly enriched our stay. We also found it very positive that the animation team was so well-staffed – a clear sign that the hotel truly cares about the well-being of its guests. The pool facilities also impressed us completely: clean, well-maintained, and varied – perfect for families with children, but also great for adults who simply want to relax. Our children were excited to jump into the water every day, and we were able to unwind and enjoy ourselves as well. Overall, the price-performance ratio was excellent. For everything that was offered – especially in terms of entertainment and family friendliness – we felt incredibly well taken care of and truly appreciated. We sincerely thank the entire team for this special time and would love to come back again!
