Stayed for 1 week, hotel was nice, clean and well located to the beach front and close to the marina. Enjoyed our stay, few points below would of made it better.
A bath in the family rooms, as trying to baith a 1 year old In the shower was a nightmare each evening.
Staffing levels needs to be improved, if you needed any assistance, a 30 minute wait was average at reception. Alexa was always very helpful so I'd often look out for her.
1 bar staff on during periods was never enough, often saw people just sit back down.
Half board credit was something very good where you are allocated money each day to spend and it rolls over if not used, this was a great idea and more hotels should implement this.

Bright, clean & fresh hotel. Rooms are small but adequate for a short stay. USB and C charging points by your bed were great.
Shampoo and body wash provided.
Recycling points everywhere including in your room.
Four pools for leisure (just about get a swim out of season).
Animation team great but uptake was low.
Pool bar great and food at lunch time looked good.
Breakfast was brilliant, multiple stations and choices. Needed more coffee machines though.
Staff were all great.
Music was limited to two pools which was great.
Rooms could be noisy depending on your neighbours!

We found our experience overall was very good, the hotel was aesthetically calming with the decor and furnishings.
We were happy with our room, it was kept clean, I agree with some other reviewers about having somewhere to hang towels after use would be helpful.
We found the food was really good, great selection at breakfast, lots of healthy options.
Our evening meal was always good,again really healthy options and suited me as a pescatarian.
Service was really good at times just needed more consistency, didn’t feel the staffing levels were matched to the amount of diners. I was impressed however with the way a manager dealt with our issue with this, staff just want to get it right and really want you to have the best experience. We will definitely return.

Just back from an amazing little few days in MYND Yaiza. This hotel is modern, Boujee and spotlessly clean.
My boyfriend and I stayed in a room with a private pool, which when the sun came around in the evening made for a lovely private little oasis to chill out at. There’s plenty to eat at breakfast time in the big downstairs restaurant. This hotel is a short little walk or taxi ride away from the marina / centre of Playa Blanca. I’ve given the room 4 stars instead of 5, only because it was a little on the small side (we didn’t mind to be honest as the private pool more than made up for it.) Small things would bring it up to a five - a bottle of water in the room and maybe an iron in the wardrobe. I would love to return here or try another one of their hotels. Well done to the team at this hotel ❤️

Very nice hotel, with the comfort of two different areas and swimming pools, one for families and one very silent 'relax zone' for people staying here without children.
Breakfast is very complete and good.
Restaurants have real nice price over quality ratio, we preferred the grill restaurant. A good mixture of local and global food.
Staff is absolutely kind and helpfull.
