Wow, what an amazing holiday we had in Lanzarote. I travelled with my 9 year old daughter and we have nothing but praise for the hotel, the entertainment, the staff and the country.
Room was stunning, super clean and comfy, cleaning service was brilliant, all staff were friendly and made our experience better than expected.
Special thank you to Imara and Carmelo who made my daughter’s holiday the best it could ever have been. The most amazing people and we are so glad to have had their company for the week. Halloween night was the best and all the staff looked amazing!
We loved our holiday so much we have already booked to return to the hotel for longer for next year

We have just returned from a weeks Holiday in Playa Blanca. This was our first time in Lanzarote and we will be returning. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in abroad. The staff were lovely, the food is amazing, the hotel is split into two. A kids pool section and an adults only pool section. I’ve never seen a hotel so well kept. There were numerous members of staff working hard to ensure that the hotel is kept clean and maintained. Very modern rooms, brilliant shower and comfy beds with great memory foam pillows. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you so much to all of the staff 🤍

Our first time to stay in Mynd Yaiza. It’s been a great experience with very helpful admin offering advice in an engaging way. We particularly enjoyed the contribution of Sara and Carmelo in the Animation team. They were most helpful and encouraging and the subsequent friendly acknowledgment added in no small way to the experience. Whether in the Wellness yoga and stretching or the poolside games or the cocktail adventure. It enhanced the sociability of our stay for this we are grateful. You have good people on your public facing staff.

Came back earlier today. First visit, usually go to Lanzarote Princess, but came here, as thought it was more suitable for a 2 year old.
Lovely welcome and booking in when we arrived at10pm and offered free drinks too. Room was good a superior triple room with a pool view, which was a nice surprise, only downside was no toilet door, just a screen, which really wasn’t happy about.No kettle provided, but got one straightaway when we asked for one. Absolutely spotless and plenty of storage too. Room cleaned, towels replaced, loo rolls provided daily by Daniela, who left us a lovely message on bathroom mirror, which was a nice personal touch. Had my 2 year old grandson with us and he loved the kids club and evening disco. The animation team, Silvia, Sara,Imara and Nira were great with the kids and all the activities too, always on the go and were always happy to help. Thought the credits payment system was really good idea, used ours for drinks some days or pool bar, if we ate out some days. Good choice of food at breakfast but would’ve liked beans/sausages rather than the vegetables provided. Few health and safety issue’s, kids club had concrete flooring and the bouncy animals were very unsteady, so potential for some nasty accidents. Some stairs need to have more handrails, easy to slip fall if a little unsteady.

Wow what a stay! So fitting for the family and the buffets each night were amazing. Tex mex night was 🔥 also the suite room was perfect for our family. Kids loves the splash zone and the CLEANLINESS to the rooms were second to none. Oh and the kids animation team are so so friendly and remember all the kids names. We’ll be back next year!
