I highly recommend this hotel, it's super clean, the food Is yummy and the kids club is great!
Only downsides was the shower leaked into the room a bit and the obvious toilet situation which previous reviews talk about.
The one and only other thing was you had to take this piece of paper with your credit around with you, I do feel like this should be a computer system, first night we thought we could give the room number at dinner but also needed this sheet of paper so we had to go back and try and always remember it. Paper around drinks and the pool I'm not too sure about.
Minus them it was an amazing stay and we would come back!

We had an amazing stay that genuinely surpassed all our expectations. One of the standout features was the flexible half board option – something I’ve never encountered before and now wish more hotels would adopt! Instead of being limited to just dinner, we could use the credit for drinks, snacks, lunch, and more – perfect for enjoying everything Playa Blanca has to offer without feeling tied to the hotel restaurant schedule.
The animation team was absolutely fantastic – full of energy and great with the kids. My daughter loved the kids club and especially enjoyed taking part in the kids show – a real highlight for her!
Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of continental and regionally authentic options. Just a note for travelers: if you’re looking for a full English breakfast every morning, this might not be the place for you – but we really appreciated the fresh and local approach.
There were also great activities available like Aqua Gym, yoga, and Pilates classes – all of which were excellent.
The spa comes with a small charge, but it was well worth it – a truly fantasy-like experience that added an extra layer of relaxation to our trip.
All in all, a brilliant holiday. We’ve rebooked for next year!

After much deliberation I picked this hotel mostly because of the positive reviews and it has not disappointed. My daughter and grandchildren had a superior suite with its own pool & I had a swim up room both were lovely, the only negative was the hanging rail didn’t really accommodate long dresses. The pools are fab, the food, especially the pool bar lunchtime and buffet breakfast has been delicious. Love their drive to help the environment and save the planet. Close to a really nice beach, marina, restaurants all within walking distance. To top it all the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Special shout out to the reception and animation teams, but in particular Imara, whose effervescent personality and wonderful way with people both young and old made our holiday all the more special. A lovely place for a wonderful family holiday.

This hotel is brilliant for families. Close to the beach, multiple great pools and a few slides. Food was great, lots of variety and reasonably priced. Staff were all so friendly and attentive, in particular Benjamin who really helped us out :) rooms were really nice and always very clean. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I thought this hotel was great. The pool was fantastic, close enough to walk to the beach (past a superrette that was very useful to stick up on snacks/drinks)
The Playa Blanca beach is better than you'll expect!
The rooms were great, service was good. Kids activities made them happy.
Every evening there was live music you could enjoy in the lobby which was a nice addition.
Food wise - the breakfast was lovely. My only downside would be dinner. It was average really. Nice salad options and good desserts but main course could use some work to get to good. There was fish and chicken and meat options but just not the best standard I would have wanted at a place like that. But for the deal we got I managed fine!
