2018 - Went for an all inclusive here.
We were a young couple without kids and our initial room had full length windows onto the kids pool. I asked straight away to be moved. The staff were very understanding and moved us to the back of the hotel which was much quieter for us. We did of course go out to a family place but it was more about our budget than anything.
The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. The room did have some issues with leaks and things but nothing that effected our stay. In fact there was massive storms on the island that year and so we did well to not be more effected.
The facilities such as the pool and all inclusive food and drinks were great. Very budget friendly, so nothing to blow you away. It was very much put on to cater for 'Brits abroad' in a certain budget and kids of course. I could get a burger and chips most of the day. Plus my favourite part, the puddings. They were brilliant. I tried to try them all. I was on holiday after all.
There was also activities put on most of the day such as rifle shooting or different competitions you could take part in. If you wanted quiet around the pool, this wasn't really an option. There was something on most hours of the day. But you could always put some earphones in I suppose.
The location was about 25 minutes walk to the front and the beach, so very doable.

There are better hotels. for a 3 ⭐️ it lacks a little quality. why not kettles with coffee powder in the rooms?
the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors. the food is not bad but there is better, and the "hot" dishes are very often cold.
the animators are very nice.
I can't judge the evening entertainment because I didn't go there.

We had a very nice stay with 2 kids.
Food was good, drinks were good, waiting times were ok, Pools are awesome, slides as well.
My kids loved it and also parents can have some time to relax cause the kids can do most by themselves (7 and 8 yers old)
The staff is very attentive and friendly, from the maids, barkeepers, lifeguards, everyone was welcoming.
Location is good, 15 min walk to the beach, which is also enjoyable.
The entertainment in the evenings was good as well, for the kids you need to pay for most activities, but its not a must and not too expensive (apart of the bouncing castles 10€ for some hours is really too much but we didnt do it)
Everything was clean despite some guests leaving their waste wherever they are.
They have enough staff for everything.
I would 100% recommend this Hotel for families, maybe not so much for single travellers or couples.
Thank you for making us have a nice little holiday!

The room was satisfactory, however the shower was a dribble at best. The service was amazing and staff very friendly, especially the maids and the lifeguards. However, half way through the holiday I came down with food poisoning after not eating anything particularly risky (could’ve been the ice cubes?) the pools were nice but busy, however the slides were great and no que. The entertainment was good and would absolutely reccomend if you have small children. Nice local beach with a bus but it’s only a short walk.

Room - basic but clean and tidy, air con was good, we wished we'd booked a 2 bed apartment just for comfort side of sleeping but we managed and the kids loved bunking up as a family.
Pools and splash world - absolutely brilliant, sun beds are sometimes difficult to come by in the main pool area, but we do think that's because some people reserve a bed for each family member, we only ever used and saved 2 for 4 of us as the kids never used them.
Lifeguards do a brilliant job and I experienced them being very fair in keeping everyone safe but also with a smile on their face. Be warned they're is a limit on height with the slides and they do stick to this which we tended to agree with.
Entertainment- kids loved it (so did we to be fair) good variety of entertainment and the staff work so hard to make sure everyone is enjoining their holiday.
Food and drinks - we thought there was good variety and the kids always had something they liked on offer. Food was tasty and again staff work so hard.
Drinks were good, we didn't feel they were watered down at all, we took our own cups, large ones with lids and the bar staff happily filled these for us.
It's a 3 star hotel and honestly......that's all that needs saying. Its fits the description fair.
The only part we felt we could pick at as a negative was the lack of cleanliness and how lazy some of the holiday users were, its not hard to put rubbish in a bin or place a cup in the areas expected......
We would go back again, we honestly had the best time from start to finish.
