Just got back from a week's all inclusive holiday here. Were a little worried due to other reviews posted but we had an absolutely amazing time!
Cannot fault the staff at all, constantly cleaning the rooms, restaurants and pool areas and rooms kept clean throughout our stay. Staff were very helpful when one of the children had some sickness overnight (due to one-too-many puddings)
The hotel and water park themselves are perfect for families. Never too far from a toilet or bar for refreshments. Great music played poolside throughout the afternoon. Plenty of sun loungers surrounding all pools and slide area with a couple of shops within the resort for essentials or trinkets.
Food was a little repetitive, hence the 4 star review, with queues during busy periods instead of a classic buffet style where you could just go help yourself at any section of food. However, catered for all tastes and cultures with specialty foods on different nights.
No anti social behaviour. No drunk parents falling over and ignoring their kids. No problems with room sizes or cleanliness. Excellent kids entertainment from 8pm onwards, with poolside entertainment throughout the day too.
Handy little bus tram that can take you to the beach for free too, and the beaches were stunning.
Overall, an amazing family holiday with lots of memories made for the kids. Would happily stay here again more than once.

Had a fantastic holiday of 5 last week of June.
Rooms had a big twin room and then 3 single sofa beds for the children and there wasn’t room if you left them out. But with outside balcony and seating it worked absolutely fine. Blinds were ripped and dirty curtains but bed sheets pillows etc all clean. Fresh towels and cleaned well.
Pools are great, many to choose from, splash parks a plenty and slides were great for all the kids. Poolside music in the day and other activities.
Kids club we didn’t use much but saw others playing, joined in some activities , some extra charge for t shirt painting for example. The entertainment team then see the kids around the hotel and very friendly.
The evening shows were great! Large open space to watch and enjoy, 8-9 mini disco a bit weak but good fun for the little ones. 9-10pm bingo and then the shows at 10pm all excellent and worth staying up late with kids for.
Food wise, 3 restaurants and all good food and choice, hot and cooked well, good children choices. Always plenty of tables and no queues. Snack bars all day very good for kids.
Some queues for the all inclusive bars in the evening but just get a seat a bit earlier and it worked well.
Downside, no free day time ice creams only paid for.
Lovely bus to and from the beach very accommodating for kids and swim floats! Whole hotel well kept and maintained.
Warning, more on site entertainment for kids to enjoy and spend the money, bungee trampoline, claw machines, candy floss. 😄

If you are on a budget and considering this hotel as an all inclusive option, please add an additional 1-2k and look at other options as this place is awful, the best way I can explain it is that you’ll feel like a piece of cattle.
To mirror what others have said:
- Brown stains on bedding.
- Staff are rude and accused me of not being a guest whilst in the dinner hall, I had to prove so which was embarrassing.
- Food is disgusting if you find a table.
- Constant queuing for dinner.
- I saw a waiter putting out clean plates and eating the all inclusive whilst doing this.
- The stench of cannabis was most days.
- No designated smoking areas so guests puff smoke at you from everywhere which angle.
- Queuing for drinks will take 30-40 mins every day.
- Adults and kids shouting until 3am (no security)
- Hidden tourism tax which TUI does not include (other holiday providers do and this was a first for me)
- Towels and bedding not changed.
The nail in the coffin for us was the blatant greed of this hotel, I appreciate that every business sets out for an income although the relentlessness of trying to get you to spend more is exhausting, especially when the hotel is not willing to offer a good service in return. A couple of examples:
- ATM charges you £5 to withdraw cash.
- Prices of food and drink in there shop is horrendous (€8 for maltesers, €35 for a floaty which will break quickly etc)
- €20 for the bouncy castle every night
- €15 for a trampoline
- They purposely put only 1 or 2 members of staff on the bar area to make you wait, thus giving less out to all inclusive, meanwhile the paid bar has more staff and no queue, It’s sickeningly obvious.
- When relaxing on your sunbed you will be approached every night by a ‘gentleman’ who wants you to do a photo shoot with him and each time you decline he becomes rude (the cost of the photos btw are £100’s). It feels like you are being sold to constantly and you can’t help but feeling a bit harassed and robbed each time.
To summarise, please don’t take the price of this hotel at face value, increase your budget slightly as you will spend more while here. If this is your first abroad holiday you may like it as have nothing to compare it to although for those who have been on a standard jet2 package holiday, I feel, would be incredibly disappointed.

Got back home last night from a 10 day stay here with 9 other family members and although we did enjoy our stay there was a couple of things that happened that let the stay down. Firstly we were told that my celiac suffering niece would be catered for whatever she required in regards to gluten free meals and basically survived on pizza and bread the majority of our Stay. Also on one occasion my brother in law was followed out of the pizzeria when he attempted to take his daughter’s meal to their apartment as the restaurant was so noisy that it made his daughter feel ill. ( his daughter /my niece is Down’s syndrome and excessive noise doesn’t agree with her). Also the waitress Deborah was witnessed by myself and my wife laughing and joking about the incident with other staff members. My wife reported it to reception and was assured that she would be contacted about but never was. Secondly the apartments are in serious need of updating considering the amount of money spent on this holiday the apartments are very basic and kinda give off a buttons camp vibe.
As noted above these pitfalls are the only reason I’m not giving five stars as they let down an otherwise enjoyable stay. There is plenty of things for the kids with the splash park and kids pools and the on site entertainment was brilliant and globey was a massive hit with my three year old son.

Hugely Disappointing – Not Worth the Money or the Stress, Especially with a Baby
I rarely leave bad reviews, but our experience at Globales Bouganvilla in Sa Coma was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others — especially families with young children.
We booked a premium all-inclusive holiday with TUI, expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. Instead, we were met with a cramped, dated room that smelled awful, particularly in the bathroom. It was completely unsuitable for a couple with a baby — the space was so tight you wouldn't swing a cat, never mind open your suitcase in comfort. It felt like a glorified storage closet, not a holiday room.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a proper night's sleep — especially important when you're up during the night with a baby.
The balcony faced a dingy back alley, offering absolutely no view, and the entire room looked out onto a busy road, making it constantly noisy and stressful. Absolutely nothing matched what was advertised when we booked — not the room, not the amenities, not the atmosphere.
We asked for a room change and were told the only other room available was identical in size and also road-facing, so moving made no sense. When we inquired about an upgrade, they tried to charge us extra, despite this being a clear issue of quality and misrepresentation, not a matter of choice.
To make matters worse, the TUI rep was shockingly unhelpful, cold, and completely unsympathetic. We explained everything — including that we had an infant with us — and received no meaningful support or even basic empathy.
While the hotel is technically rated as 3 stars, in reality it is at best a 1.5 or 2-star experience — and that's being generous. It is nowhere near the standard you'd expect for a premium family holiday, and certainly not worth the money.
If you’re looking for a relaxing break, particularly with children, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This hotel is a stressful, substandard letdown — not worth your time, your money, or your trust.
