Good spacious rooms. We stayed in December so it was very quiet and the pool was very refreshing. The wifi was okay.

We’ve been here multiple times; pre and post children. The location and ambience for the time of the year we go is perfect. Pêra is a wonderful village, with ALDI etc less than 10 minute drive. Please improve the following: Maintenance: please have someone regularly unclog your bath drains. I had to request a plunger to clear ours (I have the pictures should you wish to see what came up) Cafe: Please improve this by investing in your staff via training. The couple you had running it this time didn’t care. Yes, they could make great cocktails, however, their coffee was terrible and the food medicore at best. You could tell they were counting the time to closing season. There was a girl running it pre covid who was on top of her game. Could pull a decent pingado/garoto/cortado and the food was delicious. Front of house/reception: There is a male staff member who is disinterested and dismissive. The other staff are very helpful. Laundry: Opening times need to be longer. If the pool is open until 2100, then laundry should too. Please increase the number of machines. I was there first thing and both machines had a full cycle on. We hope to see you next year!

The room was well maintained, old furniture but everything was fine, Ac ,fridge etc working very well. Hard to finde parking at night No sound proof between rooms ,we were lucky with quite neighbours.

Had a poolside apartment that was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The whole scene was picturesque and peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. It would've benefitted from an on site shop and/or a restaurant/cafe open late - when we arrived it was late and we couldn't easily find food. In the end it was a 5 minute walk into the village to find something, so easily resolved. It was great for kids too.

Very clean and tidy. Apartments have everything you could want. It's in a gated street so it feels very safe and secure as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Location is pretty good there are a few bars and shops in the village.
