One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in… honestly, it would be generous to call this a 2-star hotel.
• Cleanliness is terrible. Dust everywhere, stains on the furniture, rust on the air conditioning (which didn’t even work), and the kitchen was never cleaned.
• Beds are awful. The mattresses were completely sunken in and extremely uncomfortable. The “third bed” in our 3-person room literally felt like a board with springs, we all left with back pain.
• Bugs & hygiene. There were ants all over the apartment. Staff sprayed something once but then ignored the issue.
• Unhelpful service. We had to call multiple times just to get extra sheets, and overall the staff was not proactive.
• False advertising. The so-called “spa” is just a humid indoor pool , nothing relaxing about it. All the photos are overly edited, the rooms look NOTHING like the photos.
• Overall neglected. The place feels old, dirty, and poorly maintained, with zero attention to guest comfort.
I don’t understand how this hotel still has good ratings, it’s completely misleading. Save your money and avoid this place.

Just got back from this beautiful hotel.
We had an amazing week here. The room was very big, clean and had everything we needed. We loved having a washing machine we could freshen our clothes every day and gone home without piles of washing to do.
The location is spot on, minutes away from the lively old town square. Or a walk back to the calm atmosphere of the hotel.
The area in general I found was more for the younger generation for the clubs.
Can’t fault the hotel or staff. Definitely worth the 5 star review

3rd time staying at this hotel.
Plenty of sunbeds nice pool area. Staff friendly and helpful rooms spotless and spacious.
Lidil and Aldi within walking distance.
Steps to old time maybe an issue if you have mobility problems.
Plenty of families managed with prams etc.
Will definitely stay again and recommend.

We booked a Studio Room, but the experience was far from what we expected.
• The room was actually located one floor below the ground level, which was never mentioned in the booking description and feels deliberately hidden.
• The “double bed” was in fact two single beds pushed together with separate mattresses — very uncomfortable and misleading compared to what was advertised.
• In the bathroom, there wasn’t even a hook or bar to hang towels.
• Next to the toilet, only paper cups were provided instead of proper glass cups.
• The Studio room did not include even basic amenities such as bottled water, tea, or coffee, which should be standard at this price level.
The only positive aspect was the breakfast buffet, which was very good. However, overall, the Studio room was not worth the money and did not match the information shown on the website.

Hotel is really lovely. Apartment was spotless and had all things in you needed. Comfy beds, good shower. Hotel restaurant wasn’t great. We went one night and the food wasn’t that nice and pricey enough. The pool cafe on the other hand was lovely. Tasty food. All staff were friendly. Pool was spotless and there was a race for sunbeds each morning. Pool lacked any music or entertainment for the kids. I know there was no kids club. But there was no activities going on. Would suit a couple perfectly, but kids might want a bit more going on.
