Our stay started off rocky as the room we are originally given was across the street and one of their other buildings and was not what we were expecting. We had wanted a washer in the unit so they were able to upgrade us to a hotel room in the main building for an extra $40 for the three nights. Well worth it. The room was much nicer and updated. The kitchen was fully functional with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Our balcony was spacious and offered beautiful views. My only major complaint was that the bathroom light was motion censored, which was incredibly aggressive in the middle of the night when the last thing you wanted was bright shining lights.

Loved our stay here.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much.
We had an apartment which was extremely clean and well kept.
We had a spectacular view from our balcony.
The spa was a nice extra and again part of the service.
The location was perfect, close to the d town and other places of interest, all of which were accessible by foot or other means.
I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

My wife and I rented an apartment for 6 weeks and it exceeded our expectations for sure. Very, very clean throughout all of the buildings.
The maid service is excellent and always thorough.
Front desk staff are very helpful and speak multiple languages very well.
We really enjoy the happy hours at the hotel bar, the servers are excellent, wine are beer are great and the prices are very fair.
The best part about this location is that it's close walking distance to old town Albufeira where there are many dining options and shopping experiences.
We are already looking to book for 2026.

We came to this hotel for our daughter’s birthday and we had the best time and memorable birthday and an amazing holiday in this Hotel.
All the staff were very kind , they reserved a nice table for my daughter’s birthday and tried to make it a special moment for her!
The food and atmosphere were excellent.
100% recommend this hotel to everyone!

Huge apartment hotel on a very sloping and steep street. Definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties, as it is impossible to walk down to the city, you have to use the hotel shuttle bus, which only runs 4 times a day. All the apartments are quite large but be aware that some are tucked away with no view at all.
Large restaurant, with a special wing for charter tourists. Huge buffet, which is not renewed very often. It was missing a chef to fine-tune the spices before it was served. Boring food! On the other hand, extremely friendly staff, except for the restaurant manager who was downright rude and completely incompetent. No playground for children but some chlorine pools! Very small TV's
