One of the better AI we have stayed in. Everywhere was spotless, every area was constantly being cleaned. Every member of staff was really helpful and friendly. Huge pool (freezing) and plenty of sunbeds. Not sure I'd want to stay in the height of Summer as it started to get busy and loud. Food was plentiful and really nice. Drinks were lovely. Not a lot around the hotel but Alvor 15 minute walk or a free bus all day to get you there an back. Beach is beautiful and lovely town with harbour, shops and bars. Slide n Splash was a 20 minute taxi ride and a great day out. Things we missed...food bar at the pool. Just the offer of some cakes or ice creams in the afternoon rather than having to get dressed and go inside the hotel. No food allowed to be taken out. Also, we travelled with parents in 70's and although we have children it would have been nice if there was a quiet space that they could go to sit to get away from the noise. We would definately return. We were lucky with a pool view and far reaching sea view. It's an all inclusive hotel, go with that in mind and you won't go wrong. Oh and there is a separate restaurant for over 12's which is a lot quieter and less busy

Lovely hotel staff Lovely have to pay extra to use spa and gym. Pool amazing. Location not great but there is a shuttle bus which is free that stops outside the hotel and drops you at the beach without any instructions as to where the beach is as its not visible which is OK if you don't mind a walk while trying to find it also not really much there or we didn't find much. Also feel a bit deceived about the slide and splash as thought it was part of the hotel which it wasn't it was a 40 minute bus drive away.

11 of us staying as a hen party, an amazing hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, including cleaners, reception and entertainment staff. and food was very good, catering for everybodys needs.. definitely recommend.. nothing was too much trouble.. the spa is a great addition on a cloudy day. Even though we checked out before breakfast they gave us bags of food to take with us.. great value 5stars.

Large swimming pool, shop in hotel to buy airbeds etc. Food was excellent..if you like freshly cooked fish this is the place to come. Entertainment was limited, but we came in March and the hotel had just opened . Alvor town is a 10min walk down the road..lovely old town with shops, bars and restaurants..including an 18 hole mini golf course including restaurant with an excellent menu.

For a 4 star hotel the rooms are very basic,there's nothing 4 star about this hotel and the beds are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE giving us bad backs throughout our vacation and an uncomfortable sleep. we went for an all inclusive but unfortunately we didn't stay much in the hotel as the food wasn't great. The spa was very disappointing as we still had to pay extra to use it plus extra for swimming caps to go into the pool. Half the facilities wasn't working but told us AFTER we had given payment. Interment wasn't that great but the staff made it enjoyable. We played a lot of bingo , it rained quite a bit and had to sit outside for it. Timing for entertainment wasn't so clear The staff here are brilliant kind and friendly, the bar man David from the outside bar is a great asset to the hotel can't wait to leave and sleep in my own bed, will not be coming back
