The service at both the bars and the restaurant was absolutely appalling. At the restaurant, we constantly had to chase staff for the basics. cutlery, glasses, water, even wine. Everything felt like a chore for them, and the attitude was indifferent at best.
The bar service was no better. It routinely closed at 11pm sharp, regardless of how long you’d been waiting and you would be waiting, often 15 minutes or more, due to painfully slow service. The bar manager was, without doubt, the rudest and most arrogant individual I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Instead of addressing the queues, he often instructed staff to prioritise cleaning over serving guests.
The so-called “all-inclusive” package was a complete joke. Drinks were served warm and in miserly measures, and the quality was poor throughout. The pool bar somehow managed to be even worse. understaffed, disorganised, and consistently slow.
The rooms themselves were tired and in need of updating, but I will say they were spotlessly clean thanks to the hardworking and friendly cleaning staff, one of the few positives of the stay.
Overall, this was one of the most disappointing holiday experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I really wouldn’t class this as a 4*. You get coloured wrist bands based on age and language and the staff all seem to favour the French, the French get nice greetings, tables reserved, served quickly and a more welcoming atmosphere than if you are English. The only thing going for the hotel is the animation team and the activities they do.

I completely disagree with the bad reviews I'm reading so I wanted to up the rating for this lovely hotel :)
We absolutely LOVED this place and we're already considering going back. Never been somewhere with such happy vibes all day and all night. There was plenty to do for the whole family. So much space and activities for the kids. The staff were all amazing, special thanks to Munir who was the first person to greet us at the hotel and made us feel so welcome.
The only slight hiccup was the reception staff being slow on bringing us the cot and addressing a flood in our bathroom but with a bit of pestering, they did the job - probably partly down to language barriers which is totally acceptable in a foreign country.
Thank you and see you again soon!!

Rooms were basic and not clean. The place is more like 2.5 stars not 4. The food was good though and the outdoor areas were lovely. The staff need training in customer service. I was away for 4 days all inclusive and only had 2 alcoholic drinks the whole time due to poor staffing at the bars. All the posters telling you about activities and where things were are in French and the staff only seemed interested in helping the French guests. Even the animation team spoke mostly in French so we didn't have a clue what was going on or when. Hardly any of the lights were working in the block we stayed in so it was very unsafe walking about at night, especially when using the concrete stairwells. We were 2 flights up and there wasn't a lift. Our key cards would often stop working and need replaced and it was a trek back and forth to reception. No kettles in the rooms, balcony's were tiny, no bottled water or water fountains nearby and if you wanted use of the room safe you had to pay extra! Our bathroom light was broken and there were chipped and broken tiles on the floor which caused a hazard. Avoid at all costs!
