Stayed here for a week with my wife and our 10 month old son and would suggest you don’t take the negative reviews at face value.
Majority of the staff were fantastic, in particular our housekeeper who despite not speaking English would always greet us and make sure we were looked after - gave us extra bottles of water for the baby and cleaned our room around our schedule to not interrupt nap times.
The restaurant staff were equally friendly, fussing over our son which he loved and later on in the week would put out a high chair at our usual table ready for us.
The reception staff do let the team down slightly and weren’t always very helpful but to be fair we saw plenty of guests being incredibly rude to them, sometimes about issues outside of their control, so can’t blame them for being a bit short at times.
For context, our rep told us this resort used to be advertised solely as a French resort and fairly recently advertised as English too. It’s still primarily French so there were some language barriers but we managed. From what we saw, the evening entertainment was almost entirely French but we were usually back in the room by this point.
Honestly I think the biggest issue was the attitude of entitlement from other British guests which, understandably, led to the staff being rude back but I really can’t blame them. We were polite and patient and got politeness and patience in return.
The food was solid and varied enough for a week - probably not any longer though. There’s a good variety of pools including kiddie pools and water slides at the Aqua Park, and nowhere felt TOO busy. My wife got a massage at the spa which was so-so but fairly cheap so again can’t complain too much.
The only other significant issue was on arrival - we had been travelling since midnight the night before and arrived at 11:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. This was slightly soul destroying but we were able to grab lunch (and a much needed drink) to help us through - if anything this was an EasyJet issue as we booked it as a holiday and they should have been up front about check in times.
Overall, would recommend for families with young children. Would not recommend for entitled Brits who think the world should revolve around them - you’re letting the team down and are the reason the rest of the world don’t like us 😂

The bar and entertainment team were absolutely top notch, the reception team less so. Twice I asked for help and they "couldn't"
Restaurant staff were friendly but didn't have to get involved really, everything worked like clockwork in the restaurant.
FANTASTIC huge pool, could get a big swim in even when busy
Rooms were basic and shower tray didn't have a mat so suffered a fall which could have been much worse (and we think it was for another guest)
Good fridge and beds very comfy.
Overall a fabulous stay, not perfect, sadly the reception team let the side down

Hygiene is extremely poor, birds on the restaurant above and by the food. Toilets are not cleaned regularly and tables are not wiped down. When the glasses run out, the staff will swill the glass with water and then use it for another guest. As a result family members and other holiday makers have all reported upset stomach issues and have spent up to 2 days in the room.
Air conditioning does not work in the rooms and there isn't anywhere with the resort that has functioning air conditioning. On arrival, reception staff provided 2 key cards to rooms which already had other guests in.
Glasses given freely to guests around the pool, and shards of glass in many areas. All entertainment day and night is in French, no attempt to translate into any other languages. If French speaking you are served at the bars, if not you are left waiting. This hotel does not try to accommodate any other nationality and you are ignored by staff. One or two very nice individuals within the main bar who really tried to make you feel welcome. At the water park you are unable to get a drink or use the 1 inflatable for the slide as there are so many people just pushing in and not waiting. In the nightclub you are charged for drinks and everything stops at 11pm in the bar area.
The music is French drum and base or African drum and base, played full blast on repeat all day long around the main pool.
After multiple complaints about the safety and poor hygiene throughout the holiday, We were given lip service about the desire to improve and accommodate. Nothing improved.
The bar manager was the rudest person and deliberately targeted English and refused them more than 2 drinks per person whilst serving French guests with multiple drinks and serving ahead of the English despite having queued for ever as it was.

Waited 5 hours for our rooms. We have a four months old baby but as we couldn't speak French no one would even speak to us. After 5 entire hours we were given the keys for the rooms. We didn't know where our rooms were. Again we had to wait an hour for them to show us our rooms. The rooms have ac but they are not working. No towels in our rooms. If you can't speak French then this hotel or even the country is not for you to visit. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Will never come here again. I advise you not to ever book this resort.

This hotel does NOT cater for English people. I have never been to a hotel that made me feel ignored, and we weren't the only English guests there. The food was good though breakfast got repetitive quickly. But the day and evening entertainment was all in french so you just weren't included. We were quite annoyed with how they kept kicking the kids off the volleyball swimming pool. The lifeguards and I use that word loosely at the waterpark...they just sit there on their phones. We were supposed to have a family room but when we arrived there was no bed for my son...it says it's a four star...but definitely doesn't deserve that. We won't be returning that's for sure
