We had an amazing stay at this resort. The food and drinks were plentiful, with lots of variety and great quality throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful, always positive, and genuinely entertaining—they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and keep the energy high. There were loads of activities available every day, which made the whole experience fun and engaging from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxing and lively holiday. Only 15 minute taxi to the city centre - we used the resort for our golf trip and would recommend for golfers.

This is such a lovely hotel and Morocco is an amazing country to visit. The staff are lovely, from the reception team, to the cleaners and the animation team. Some of the bar staff weren't quite so friendly but most were nice. Our room was perfect, we got adjoining double rooms as we're a family of 4 and they were the nicest rooms we've had on a holiday. Lovely and spacious, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large with a big walk in shower. The food was so nice. My extremely fussy son was a little disappointed at first (but he is very fussy!) but we were able to find food each day that he liked. They do pizza every dinner time, and nuggets and chips too - so something for fussy kids. They had a theme every night as well as moroccon options. The desserts were so good! Very French influenced, patisserie style - it was hard to choose what to have! Morocco is such a nice country, the people are friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit to the Souk. I'd recommend this hotel for sure. The only slight downsides are
- that it's quite far from anything, although there's a shuttle bus, but you need to book it 24 hours in advance. But taxis are available outside the hotel, or we used a company called 'To discover Marrakech ' and they were very friendly and great to chat to about their country.
- And I think it's quite noisy at night. We asked for a quiet area and were told that we were in the quiet area of the hotel, but at 9.30 every night the music and entertainment came on and was quite loud. It wasn't terrible and the kids and I had ear plugs, which helped, but a couple of nights it kept me awake. I think there may have been a quieter area on the opposite side of the corridor, but as it wasn't hugely bothersome, we didn't worry about asking to move. It finished around 11.30 I think.

I can’t over emphasize how amazing this resort is…. Staff, food, activities and overall peaceful. Just get an all inclusive package and watch how pampered you will be. Love this place for real. It’s just amazing

We had a great stay here, we spent 4 nights in a Riad in the Medina and then came here for 3 nights relaxation before coming home. Best decision ever. We didn't want to leave!
The staff were amazing, food delicious, activities and shows were excellent. We were grateful we had done the city first, so that we could stay in the resort. We will be back 100%

Amazing stay!
Everything was in excellent condition, the food was delicious, and the staff were absolutely outstanding. A special shoutout to Dinno and Jaguar, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel – we’ll definitely be coming back!
