My spouse, two kids, and I have been here for three days, and we're staying for three more nights. I was a bit worried before coming, but now everything is fine. Perhaps it's a bit repetitive to find these amenities everywhere, but the staff is excellent, kind, and punctual. They clean the rooms and bathrooms every day, and when you return, there's a pleasant smell that I can't identify. They have various entertaining programs until 1 a.m., which is great, and the food caters to all tastes, although snack time could have more variety. The pool is active every day, and they always provide service by the poolside and in the lobby. I really thank the hotel management, and I'll recommend you to my friends in London.

A great all inclusive stay. We paid around 1800 MAD per room and it was all you can eat buffets for every meal, full bar all you can drink, and some snacks. The pools are large and clean. The service and staff are amazing. The same people that work the pool and activities during the day are part of the entertainment in the evening. A great product, especially for the price. We will definitely come back.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned daily by a lovely lady. Food was good, location was quiet from noise. We used taxi to get around arranged by the reception desk. We were 3 ladies and we had fun and felt safe.
The towels and bathroom may need upgrading but nevertheless it was a great time at Ryads and spa.

DO NOT THINK TO STAY HERE, If you're considering it, you might want to think again. the management was not only unresponsive but downright rude, making an already uncomfortable situation worse. The staff, following the manager's lead, treated concerns with indifference. As for the hotel itself, it falls far short of expectations—dirty rooms, malfunctioning amenities, and an overall atmosphere of neglect. I strongly recommend looking for other accommodations to avoid a similar experience. It’s a place I certainly won’t be using again and advise others to steer clear of.

Had an amazing time. The whole team were incredibly, helpful and made us feel so welcome during our stay.
We were regularly assisted by Nada and Abdulilah at the front desk where nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel was clean, facilities excellent, rooms were cosy and had everything we needed.
As a family with kids there was lots to do and they made the most of it.
The shuttle to town was efficient, but could have done with a few more times during the day. The hotel itself is about 30mins from town, so not Ideal if you are expecting to be nearby, but great if you are looking for a mix of peace and tranquility with the option to travel in when needed.
The variety and quality of food had something for everyone. Our taste would have preferred a bit more spice, but we made this up with sauces where lacking.
All in all definitely recommend.
