Was an amazing experience! We stayed 6 nights, 2 adults and 2 children, and we loved the hotel and all the stuff! They are very friendly, very kind and with a lot of attention for everyone. The animation team was amazing too. We enjoyed all the days with them! We hope we return again and see everyone again soon! 🤩🙏

One of the worst guest experiences I’ve ever had.
I visited Marrakech Ryads Parc & Spa to meet friends who were staying at the hotel. I wasn’t trying to access any facilities — just meeting them at the reception. However, the security guard at the entrance was extremely rude and refused to let me in, shouting at me in a very aggressive way.
I called the reception and explained the situation, but the staff member I spoke to responded with zero professionalism, saying “we don’t allow outside visitors,” in an arrogant and dismissive tone. No courtesy, no explanation, no respect.
Eventually, after my friends confirmed I was meeting them, I was allowed inside. We sat quietly at the reception for a coffee, but we kept feeling watched by the security staff, like we were doing something wrong. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
When I asked at reception why I was treated that way, they simply said: “That’s our policy and we’re free to apply it.” This isn’t how hospitality works — especially in a country like Morocco that values tourism and warm welcomes.
As someone who works in the tourism field, I can say this kind of behavior damages the image of Moroccan hospitality. Policies are fine, but the way you treat people matters.

The hotel itself is decorated beautifully, with a very traditional style that makes it feel authentic and welcoming. Room sizes are great, and the cleaners are absolutely lovely, always making sure everything is spotless. The location is convenient too, being close to the airport.
The entertainment team deserves a special mention, they work tirelessly day and night to keep everyone entertained. The nightly shows were fun, engaging, and offered something for all ages to enjoy. Daytime activities were also varied and well organised, and booking extra activities was easy with plenty of options available. The pool is a decent size with enough loungers if you get there around 9am.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few downsides to my stay. Many of the staff were extremely rude, often not even acknowledging me when serving, which really dampened the experience. The food was repetitive and generally poor quality, with much of it being inedible, it has even made me unwell. WiFi was unreliable, cutting out at random times.
The air conditioning was another big issue; in communal areas it was either set far too hot or not on at all, which is far from ideal in 45° heat. In my room, the aircon was faulty, dripping water constantly and making loud noises that disturbed my sleep. On top of that, the shower head was broken off the wall, making showering both awkward and uncomfortable.
Overall, while the entertainment team, cleaning staff, and traditional decor made the stay enjoyable in some ways, the rude service, poor food, and serious maintenance issues let the hotel down. With some improvements, this could be a fantastic place to stay, but as it stands, I was left disappointed.

We are currently staying at the hotel and I feel compelled to write a review whilst we stay here because I feel that the other most recent reviews are unfair and dont reflect how lovely this hotel is. The comments about other reviews being paid doe is truly unfair. This is a fantastic hotel!
We arrived yesterday and were greeted by very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home immediately.
The hotel is very Moroccan! It's away fron the main city and is a beautiful arrangements of the main building and further smaller buildings. The size of the complex is enormous but never feels crowded.
Our room has had a couple of issues (a shower head leaking and air conditioning dripping). We have mentioned this to reception and it has been fixed within 10 minutes without a single issue. This is impressive!
The annotation team and bar staff are superb. They are very cheerful and seem very happy in their work. They are very attentive and appreciate we saying thank you to them in their language.
Drinks are excellent. Branded drinks throughout the hotel and bottles of water. The WiFi is also superb. I am writing this review whilst our for a walk around the perimeter of the hotel.
If you're coming on holiday to this hotel please enjoy the lovely mix of Morocco alongside home comforts. You're in for a treat!

30 mins from the business or Marrakesh which I was happy with🤭
Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Obviously some ants on the go which is expected. Hotel very clean and staff extremely helpful. Entertainment staff work long hours and waiters put up with a lot of rude customers, all staff were fantastic! Bed wasn’t overly comfortable but that’s a personal preference and shower head could do with replacing but other than that fantastic rooms with air con. Not sure I’d go back to Morocco but if I did would happily return to the hotel. Highly recommend
