This hotel is lovely and I enjoyed it so much I visited again the next month!
The hotel is about 30 mins from Marrakech but it’s easy to get into the centre on the hotel shuttle bus which is reasonably priced and easy to book the day before.
The grounds and pool are lovely and even though the pool is cold in November, it was still a lovely swim.
The food is excellent with plenty of choice and good quality on the whole. The pancakes at breakfast are delicious!
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cleaners are great. The shower head wasn’t the best but I still managed to have a shower ok.
The best thing at this hotel are the staff. They work so hard and are really friendly and helpful. Hayat, in reception was brilliant, Soufian, our evening waiter was amazing and last but not at all least were the fabulous animation team who were the best animation I’ve ever seen. They included everybody and made the whole stay so enjoyable. Yassine, Mimi, Bachir, Zizou and Joseph and chief animator Jil were all exceptional!!

🌟 A Warm & Lively Stay at Marrakech Ryads Parc Spa 🌟
We spent a week at the Marrakech Ryads Parc Spa during the last week of November and came away with a very positive experience, particularly for the excellent value it offers.
The Hotel & Accommodation:
Our room was clean, incredibly spacious, and perfectly adequate for a one-week stay. The bathroom, while perhaps looking a little tired in places, was well-equipped and maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
Unbeatable Entertainment:
As many other guests have noted, the animation team is truly superb! They were visible from morning until night, full of energy, and clearly work tirelessly to ensure everyone is having a good time. They are definitely the heart of the hotel and a huge credit to the resort.
Dining & Value:
The dining experience was exactly what we expected given the price point. While the food could be repetitive, there was always something enjoyable to eat at every sitting. The quality was generally okay, but not great, which we feel is completely fair when balancing the quality against the cost of the hotel. The alcoholic drinks offered were of a similar standard. For those looking for a clean, friendly, and lively resort at a very reasonable price, this trade-off is well worth it.
Staff and Practicalities:
The entire staff team was consistently helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile. We were pleased with the shuttle service to Marrakech city center we found it to be both reliable and very reasonably priced, making day trips easy. The sun loungers could definitely do with soft padding as the plastic loungers where hard, so maybe bring something to make them more comfortable.
A Note on the Weather:
For anyone planning a visit in the cooler months, we highly recommend packing some warmer clothes for the evenings. While the daytime averaged a pleasant 22c during our late November stay, the temperatures dropped noticeably once the sun went down.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would happily recommend the Marrakech Ryads Parc Spa, especially for budget conscious travelers looking for a fun, friendly atmosphere.

Subject: Urgent Complaint: Unsafe Conditions and Discriminatory Treatment
Dear Hotel Management
I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel, (November 30 to December 05, 2025). I am appalled by the unsafe conditions, unprofessional conduct, and discriminatory treatment that my friend and I experienced.
Unsafe Room and Negligence on Arrival: Upon arrival, I discovered that the door window in my room could not be locked. A maintenance staff member came briefly, claimed to address the issue, and then left. I waited 1.5 hours for any follow-up, but no one returned. When I approached the reception, a male staff member—who was not in uniform—dismissed my concerns, claiming that “the hotel is safe” even though customers had opened the window door at night. Despite clearly expressing that I did not feel safe, he repeatedly ignored me. I asked for his name twice, but he refused to provide it.
When I requested assistance in changing rooms, this staff member repeatedly told me, in a dismissive tone, that “you can change hotel” three times without providing any real support. I tried to escalate the issue by requesting to speak with the hotel manager, but my attempt was completely ignored. This occurred at 8:00 PM after a long international flight, leaving me exhausted and unsafe.
Eventually, a female staff member named Jasmine agreed to arrange a room change, but the new room was in a different block from my friend. I was forced to stay one night in a room where I felt extremely unsafe.
Disrespect and Discrimination by Front Desk Staff: During our stay, a female front desk staff member repeatedly treated my friend and me with disrespect while booking the shuttle bus. She smiled and provided attentive service to male French customers, but displayed rudeness and dismissiveness toward us. Despite being next in line, we were repeatedly served after white male customers.
This behavior made me feel humiliated, unsafe, and discriminated against because of my gender and race. Combined with the unsafe room and lack of assistance, this caused constant stress during our stay. I was forced to bring all my valuable belongings into the bathroom while showering to protect them—a completely unacceptable situation for any hotel guest.
Failed Attempt to Escalate: I made repeated attempts to bring these concerns to the hotel manager’s attention, but my efforts were ignored or dismissed. The lack of support, the unprofessional attitude of staff, and the discriminatory behavior we experienced are utterly unacceptable.
I demand that your management take immediate action to investigate these serious issues. The treatment we received is not only unprofessional but discriminatory, and it left us feeling unsafe in a space that is meant to provide security and hospitality.
Sincerely,
Bonny

We had a really good experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the lovely staff, who created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel at home.
A big thank you to Mohammad and Ahmed, who made our evenings special with their professionalism and kindness. My 4-year-old son was always excited when ordering his juice at the bar, which was such a sweet touch.
The food was okay at first—we expected an English breakfast—but by the third day we actually started to enjoy it more and more.
We booked two rooms: one was great, but the other had a strong smell from the bathroom pipes, which is why we rated the rooms 3 stars. However, thanks to Mohammad, Ahmed, and the housekeeping team, the overall hotel experience felt like 5 stars.
Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The grounds were lovely, they had a spa which isn't included in the proce, but was lovely. The staff was nice and I think it was worth the price.
Male sure you have cash before yoi get there, because the cash machines are iber expensive if tou want to withdraw.
