This place is absolutely beautiful. The architecture is amazing. If you want to experience a riad, this is the place with all the traditional architecture and the modern conveniences. The staff is amazing. They are very kind and welcoming. The place is super quiet and peaceful even though it's in the Medina. The breakfast is great. We used the hamam services and loved them. We would come back. 100% recommended.

Our stay at Riad Nasreen in Marrakesh was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Always attentive, warm, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet perfectly placed for exploring the Medina and nearby attractions.
The food was incredible , every meal was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour.
Riad Nasreen is a true gem: beautiful decor, a calm atmosphere, and impeccable service. We can’t wait to return!

We were very disappointed with our stay at Riad Nasreen, which did not meet expectations.
On arrival, we were downgraded as the riad could not provide a double bed as booked. Despite this, no refund was offered for the difference in room value, which was frustrating.
Noise was a constant issue throughout our stay. The owner frequently played loud music late into the night, making it difficult to relax or sleep. On one occasion around 11:30pm, the owner and staff were dragging furniture around on the rooftop, creating significant disturbance.
The riad did not feel like a guest-focused space, as staff and the owner regularly used the common areas for their own meetings, including on the rooftop, which made it uncomfortable to use shared spaces.
There were also maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The pool was dirty and not inviting to use. Shower temperatures were inconsistent, fluctuating between too hot and too cold. Additionally, there was ongoing construction noise during the day, including drilling and hammering.
I also attempted to contact the riad multiple times via email regarding these issues but received no response.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service or comfort expected.

An absolutely beautiful, calm oasis to base ourselves at on our trip to Marrakesh. Well located, a short walk to the Medina and souks, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Comfy beds, air conditioned rooms and excellent service. The homecooked tagines were a highlight of the stay - a must try! We also had an amazing hammam experience which left me feeling relaxed and invigorated. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay in busy Marrakech. The staff are enchanting - it's like staying with friends. Rita's cooking is superb.
