We had a decent time here, but overall it wasn’t the kind of holiday I’d rush back to.
Positives:
• The spa was excellent.
• Food was generally very good.
• The shower in our room was great.
• Pools and slides were fun.
• Cherif, one of the dining team, was outstanding – friendly and professional.
Negatives:
• Most of the staff seemed unhappy and made guests feel like a burden. Ordering cocktails was met with sighs and slamming cups, and even simple requests (like booking a taxi or asking about the oriental restaurant) felt like an inconvenience.
• Service at the pasta/pizza station was dismissive.
• Our room power tripped several times.
• Shortage of cups – often rinsed and reused, or drinks served in paper coffee cups.
• Long queues at the bar as only one guest was served at a time, which is poor for an all-inclusive.
• Too few parasols by the pool, and many were broken.
There were highlights, but the overall attitude of the staff (except for Cherif) really let the place down.

My family and I stayed here for 10 nights and are unfortunately leaving today. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are well maintained and the staff are extremely accommodating. The food is delicious and different each day which allows you to try a range of Moroccan cuisine. The staff were amazing with our 2 young daughters and always made sure they were okay and having fun. Despite being 30 minutes away from the city centre, we still easily managed to get about whether that be on the free shuttle bus or the hotel arranging taxis for us. There is a variety of entertainment on an evening, including bingo, couple challenges and a traditional Moroccan show which are all very entertaining. The only downside for me was the rudeness of some of the guests however that is not affiliated with the hotel in the slightest. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and would not consider any other hotel in Marrakech!

Honest Review – Pros & Cons
I’ll start with the cons, especially for families with young children, as this may be most relevant.
We travelled with five children aged 4–9, and unfortunately, every single one of them developed an ear infection from the pool, with two also ending up with bronchitis. While this could be partly due to the amount of time they spent swimming, the pool itself was clearly not well maintained. The dirt buildup around the sides speaks for itself, and it’s hard to dismiss the fact that all five became unwell.
• Daytime Entertainment: Very poor.
• Kids’ Club: If you’re used to all-inclusive resorts where staff actively encourage children to join in, this will be disappointing. Staff were nowhere to be seen.
• Evening Entertainment: Awful. Although the board advertises entertainment every night, it usually starts with two very poor karaoke singers, followed by… nothing. What’s listed often doesn’t actually happen.
• Food: Limited variety. Great if you’re happy with mainly Moroccan food, but if you’re expecting different themed nights, you’ll be disappointed. Very challenging to get the kids to eat. The pizza bar was a hit — but frustratingly, they only start cooking once the doors open, meaning queues of 30–40 minutes are common.
Now onto the pros:
• The hotel itself and the rooms were clean.
• Our air conditioning worked brilliantly.
• Staff were always helpful, friendly, and polite.
• Housekeeping did a fantastic job.
• There’s a free shuttle bus to the market square, which was convenient.
• Despite being a large group, we always found sunbeds and umbrellas without any arguments or stress.
• The waterslides were a real highlight for the kids — fun and safe.

We checked in on 08/06/2025 with our 1-year-old baby and had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful. We initially had a first-floor room, but due to the hot weather and low AC performance, we requested a ground floor room — they quickly arranged a calm and quiet one with a balcony, garden view, and great air conditioning.
We were provided with a kettle for a 100 lira deposit, which was convenient. Housekeeping was excellent — towels were changed daily and the floors were kept clean.
The entertainment team worked hard and did a great job. My baby especially enjoyed the activities during our 5-day stay. The food service was helpful and friendly. While the variety of food wasn’t huge, it was still good value for money.live cooking was so lovely ,especially omlette and piza
The pools were fantastic — clean and well-maintained, with fun slides that added to the enjoyment.
They have provided us free shuttle service to the city which was very convenient.
Highly recommended for families traveling with young children!

The hotel staff were welcoming, very helpful and always friendly. Rooms were adequate but dated as is the hotel it doesn't seem to have had a refurbishment in a long time. The location is not good in the middle of nowhere with Marakesh a 20 minute car journey away. The food was good but caters more towards the French who I incidentally were the main tourist nationality staying in the hotel when I was there and they for the most part were incredibly rude.
