This is not a 4 star hotel, 3 would be a more suitable rating.
We came end of season and there was a lack of effort by a lot of staff.
Room air-conditioning was noisy, the room flooded if you have a shower for more than 45 seconds and the safe was locked when we arrived. All issues were reported but aside from the safe nothing was done. The gym had broken equipment. This was reported but looking back at reviews the same issues were true back in Sept.
The location just about made up for the hotel. Gorgeous beach for miles, sun is glorious.
Oh and the pools are freezing cold 🥶

Just had a great week here with my grandchildren and 4 adults. The hotel was so clean, food great with loads of variety and children catered for. Hotel was fully booked but it never felt like there were too many people and no problem getting a sun lounger at either pool or the beach.
Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us.
Lovely mix of nationalities and lots of friendly chats in the hotel. Entertainment team are so very friendly and the aqua gym each morning was great.
All inclusive drinks are everything we needed and the constant supply of ice cream for the children was amazing.
The sun rises and sunsets are also beautiful 😍
Would recommend for a great family holiday .

Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. If you didn't want to participate you could go to the second bar near the beach which was really quite and nice to talk.

One of the best experiences we ever had. We stayed there for 4 days.
Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros).
The reception was super friendly and explained everything upon arrival. There is a mini market just near the pool and you get most of amenities.
The room which we got had an amazing view! The room was clean and every day they cleared the room.
It was all inclusive. The food was great, being a buffet means you will need to add salt and pepper for your tasting, which is known. But the variety of dishes and quality was better than many other places. All the staffs were friendly and polite to us.
The bar had many cocktails and they were friendly and always had a smile on their face.
Overall our experience was beyond our expectations and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful vacation.
Also, if you want to go to the Town, there is a bus stop nearby (5 mins walk) and costs 3,50 euros.

This hotel has 2 areas:
The first one with the lobby, main restaurant and the first pool. This area is looking old and not inviting at all. This pool is kinda depressing. I was shocked entering the main restaurant for the first time. It looks like cafeteria. But: you get your food fast and sitting in the outside area is nicer.
The food in the main restaurant is okay, but not impressive. More veggie food would be really nice. Also offering only cow milk is so 1990….
The second area is where our suite was located, right by the infinity pool and the beach. You got a feeling that this is a completely different hotel. It is more modern and well designed.
Totally recommend to book a sea view suite, since you really have a nice view and also can enjoy the sunset from your balcony (mosquito spray is a must have). The bed was too soft so we used the couch as a second bed and had 2 queen-sized sleeping places, that was ready comfy.
The kids area on infinity pool was really stunning, small ones have a big area to play.
The pool bar is totally understaffed. I counted once 15 people waiting in line, ordering 2 or more drinks per person with only one barkeeper. So you do the math how long you will be waiting.
Everything there is served in one-use plastic cups, environmental disaster.
The pool restaurant is amazing because of the design and the view. The staff there is mostly taciturn. But: it opens from 12:30 till 17:00 and you always can find something to eat.
The beach was only few steps away from the pool and had always free lounger available. You can get a thai massage directly there for a good price (20€), I really enjoyed it.
