Very well situated just on the harbour so location is very good with unlimited restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes of stepping out on the street.
Rooms were pretty basic, AC worked, the beds were 2 single beds pushed together.
Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh bedding and towels.
Toilet paper is single ply so get used to that.
If you get a harbour view room you won’t be disappointed.
Staff were always friendly and always happy to see you so 5/5 to all staff.
Breakfast was included for us otherwise it’s 15euro each. Personally I wouldn’t pay that but I’m never really impressed with abroad bacon or buffet’s breakfasts so that’s down to personal preference. Plenty of choice and could sit outside overlooking the harbour.
Pool area is on the roof. Not a massive pool by any means but was never full or overcrowded.
Snack bar also on roof with reasonable priced snacks like pizza, sandwich, salads. Not massive choice but tasted pretty decent.

The hotel is in a great location – right across the bay from the heart of the action in Kos Town. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception who helped us during check-in.
As for the hotel itself, it’s in good condition. Our room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a balcony with a view of the marina, which was a nice bonus.
However, while the hotel claims to have a 4-star rating, the bathroom definitely doesn’t live up to that standard – it wouldn’t even deserve 2 stars. It’s outdated, impractical, and not user-friendly. The shower cabin leaked badly from all sides. Still, considering the price we paid, it was manageable and didn’t ruin our overall impression.
We stayed in mid-May, and the hotel wasn’t fully booked, so it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was the typical buffet – something for everyone, and overall quite good.
There’s also a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the town, which was a highlight. As for parking, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, but we always managed to find a spot in the nearby streets or right in front of the hotel. We never had to pay for parking, and we didn’t see any signage indicating that it was paid – though it might be different during peak season

The hotel rooms are very basic but they are clean and tidy. The Aircon worked a treat. All of the staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is absolutely perfect , it's right in the harbour but at the quieter end. The whole town, restaurants , bars, historical sites and bus stop within easy walking distance. It's the perfect hotel for couples or solo travellers. My only complaint was that the plug socket was over the other side of room away from the bed and a little inconvenient for phone charging. It's more of a slight inconvenience though rather than a complaint.

Looks nice on the websites and the location is great …. But their “cheapest” rooms cost 240 euro and is outside the Main hotel in a hole … it litterally looks like a rat Hole and smells like one too … I asked for my money back and was told that it was not refundable even though I just paid 5 minutes prior to getting the room. They informed that I can get a new room when someone from the main hotel checks out! Not coming here again and thank god I only booked it for 2 nights !

Good hotel with friendly staff at a prime location, and very good option when you have a few days to spare between boats / flights on an island hopping trip. This hotel is located in the beach area of Kos Town, with plenty of restaurants around, about a 10-15 mins walk from the historic center. It has huge rooms and a small pool on the roof terrace, which offers a lovely view. Diverse public with - in summer - also some civilised partymakers.
Good airconditioning. Personal service for such a big hotel. Best breakfast I had on my trip to Greece this summer - local produce and the possibility to learn to make your own Greek coffee! Bar terrace has a priceless view over the marina boulevard and good atmosphere for a drink in the evening.
Points to improve: the hotel is composed of several blocks and has a weird layout. Not easy to move around heavy luggage; nor did it seem very accessible for people with mobility issues. The main entrance/reception desk is hidden away in a corner. Many small steps, level differences. No option for dinner / room service.
