The hotel is in a great location – right across the bay from the heart of the action in Kos Town. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception who helped us during check-in.
As for the hotel itself, it’s in good condition. Our room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and we even had a balcony with a view of the marina, which was a nice bonus.
However, while the hotel claims to have a 4-star rating, the bathroom definitely doesn’t live up to that standard – it wouldn’t even deserve 2 stars. It’s outdated, impractical, and not user-friendly. The shower cabin leaked badly from all sides. Still, considering the price we paid, it was manageable and didn’t ruin our overall impression.
We stayed in mid-May, and the hotel wasn’t fully booked, so it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was the typical buffet – something for everyone, and overall quite good.
There’s also a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the town, which was a highlight. As for parking, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, but we always managed to find a spot in the nearby streets or right in front of the hotel. We never had to pay for parking, and we didn’t see any signage indicating that it was paid – though it might be different during peak season

The hotel rooms are very basic but they are clean and tidy. The Aircon worked a treat. All of the staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is absolutely perfect , it's right in the harbour but at the quieter end. The whole town, restaurants , bars, historical sites and bus stop within easy walking distance. It's the perfect hotel for couples or solo travellers. My only complaint was that the plug socket was over the other side of room away from the bed and a little inconvenient for phone charging. It's more of a slight inconvenience though rather than a complaint.

Super hotel in a great location, it’s very clean and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is extremely good. The pool was closed but it does say on the website it doesn’t open until 16th April, so totally our bad. We ended up spending time on the beach at the Tarzan bar, which is just down from a good gym (Fitness for Life). We did yoga and Pilates at Soma Beyond Fitness, which was a real find. We hired a car from Eco Rentals (just round the corner) to explore the island and enjoyed a hike up Mount Dikaios (from Zia). Loads of great restaurants a short walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location, straight on to the harbour. It is definitely worth paying extra for a harbour view, the other rooms didnt seem to get good views. Room keeping was excellent. Breakfast was good, quite a wide selection of deserts which we found odd for that time of day but the rest was nice and the staff cannot be more helpful. Be aware that toilet roll is not flushable here, and there is a tourist tax which costs 10 euros per night per room. It is nothing to do with the hotel itself, but do be aware. Only downside i can think of is that the roof top pool was very cold, there is a charge of 2 euros per towel per day to rent, you cannot use your room towel and there is no extractor fan to vent the bathroom. The hotel itself is ageing abit now and is due a renovation, which didnt bother us considering the price but may others. Aircon works fantastic and the bar is the best priced in Kos town that we have found.

Well, I was expecting a bit more from this hotel. The lighting in rooms was awefull. The color of lights gave me migren. Toilet was so dark, I had problems putting on my contacts. Room needs renovating so badly. Pool should be open a bit longer, most of the time we were out to town and when back at hotel, it was already closed. The kitchenette is a nice additon, but there was nothing to wash the glasses. Sad experience, would not recommend.
Air condotioner worked and it was clean. Service was good. Three stars from that. Oh, and the location was ok.
