We’ve been staying at this hotel for eleven days now, and we can honestly say that it’s a truly wonderful place, especially for families with children. If you’re traveling with kids, this hotel is definitely the right choice – there are plenty of activities and facilities for the little ones. You can really see that the staff care about families and their comfort. Even when children get a bit noisy, the staff react with great patience and a smile. All the staff are very helpful, kind, and speak good English. The hotel has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere – everyone is polite, and the whole place feels very pleasant and welcoming. The food is delicious, fresh, and varied. There’s a wide selection of dishes, so everyone can find something they like. We also visited the restaurant upstairs, where the waitress asked several times if everything was okay – such a lovely gesture. The rooms are cleaned daily and are always spotless and fresh. There are always plenty of towels, including beach towels. The sea is beautiful, warm, and clean, and the beach is well maintained. Today is my birthday, and the hotel staff prepared something truly special for me – a delicious cake, a bottle of wine, a card with warm wishes, and kind words from the heart waiting in our room. The best part was the wishes themselves – so sincere, warm, and thoughtful. It was a wonderful gesture that made me feel truly happy and touched. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

Brilliant holiday. This place has so much to do that we only went out 1 day to Kos. Food was great with lots and lots of options. Outside by the entertainment area was help yourself drinks machines teas coffees wines and beer also soft drinks fantastic coke lemonade with lemon and lime. I loved the latte and the capuchin. Staff were very helpful rooms were kept very clean. Will definitely return

Wonderful stay! Perfect for families with kids – the pools and slides are amazing. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Food was tasty and varied. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

Resorts itself is lovely, nice views and good facilities. Food is okay, what you expect from all inclusive buffets. But problems seem to be frequent among guests and the reception staff/management have little compassion. We overheard many complaints from other guests as well as having our own and we were all greeted with the same “oh well” attitude. Since arrival we did not had a decent hot shower. We addressed this with reception, who were aware of the issue and we kept being told it would be fixed the following day. The issue has still not been rectified. The guest relations manager did tell us after day 5 that if we continued to still not have hot water they would move our room. We returned to guest relations the following day to inform them the water was still not to temperature. She did not seemed bothered and could no longer accommodate the suggestion to move room. We are not usually ones to complain and completely understand that issues can arise. But we were most upset about how poorly the issue has been dealt with or not dealt with by staff at the hotel. With a “not my problem” attitude and being shrugged off. We have 3 children with the youngest being 20 months and the temperature not being bearable for her. Plus wasting our holiday time every morning to discuss the ongoing issue with staff to be given broken promises and assurances. The latest advice from guest relations was “have a shower earlier in the day” but this cuts short our day by the pool/or going out to ensure we are back in the room for 3:30/4 so we can all have a shower. I am really disappointed and upset with the lack of compassion, understanding and not receiving any sort of apology. It you choose this hotel just hope you have no issues because they will not be dealt with as you would except.

Just home from 10 night stay, clean rooms, best all inclusive buffet food i’ve had, variety of English/German/Eastern European guests. Staff friendly, our cleaner was a fantastic lady, executive chef looked after my wife amazingly with her allergies. Only downside for me was poolside cleanliness, baby pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay so covered in sand/grass cuttings.
