Having another fantastic week after visiting the same hotel last year.
Amazing friendly staff. Great food.
All round superb with primary age children. My girls twins (7) having an absolute blast. Whole hotel feels safe and easy for parents to let the children play and have fun.

Absolutely stunning apartments. Staff were amazing. Fabulous entertainment and the food was incredible. The slides and wave pool were so much fun. Would highly recommend for a family. There was 15 of us all ages.

Clean and most of the staff are friendly, has an onsite shop and onsite car hire. Food 7/10. Staff friendly enough, arrived at midnight and while looking for non meat sandwiches I was snapped at. I'm allergic and the sandwiches were wrapped. Wasn't impressed at the attitude. If your room is down by the 1000s asked to move, dogs in the next field bark AL NIGHT. Beach is small and rocky, go to Happy Flamgino beach for a day its great. It's sooo windy..the hotel should put up nice windbreakers like this beach does at its sunbeds along its beach wall because the wind was SO full on and it was cold. This was in mid May. The bar lacks atmosphere so better to sit by the pool bar at night. The hotel bar is very bright at night and like a waiting room. The bedroom was clean, but the shower didn't fit in the shower holder so you had to hold it, if you are OK getting your wet then use rain shower. The tile wasn't finished in the drain of shower and i cut my toe. The door has no finish so there is a gap at the bottom allowing ants and bugs to walk through from outside. Put a towel down. Has pool toilets, adults pool is great for quit time and lots to do for kids.Kos City Centre is only 15 euro away in a taxi. Great for kids.

Stayed at this hotel 19th-26th May 2025. Arrived at midnight, lobby staff were nice and we were greeted with some meat wraps which was unexpected but nice. We were told how to find our room rather than shown were to go, we did get a little lost trying to find it. Once found our room was beautiful, it was number 2416, I was surprised how nice it was! Separate living space (sofa type bed), queen size bed in bedroom, lovely bathroom and a balcony. Couldn't fault the room at all. The food was ok- what you would expect for all inclusive, it was quite cold by the time you sat down to eat it if you could battle through the crowd to actually get it on your plate in the first place. Staff would instantly take your plate away once they have seen your finished, at time I still had food in my mouth and wine in my glass and it was whipped away before I could swallow or say anything, it was like they were all on commission with how many plates they could collect 😅. Pool areas- pools were nice, kids pool slides were pretty cool and the wave pool was a big hit, the AstroTurf around the wave pool could do with some attention as its looking tatty in places and quite a few sunbeds were also broken. It had pool toilets but like most hotels with ALOT of kids, your not sure if your standing in pool water or urine on the floors and could do with being cleaned more regularly throughout the day. Beer and wine (along with boring soft drinks) are 'help yourself taps' which was brilliant. Cocktails are at the bar. The entertainment staff were mostly fantastic and enthusiastic however the youngest women on the team lacked effort and engagement, i even overheard her say infront of customers that she hates her job which is disspointing to hear as children were also in ear shot but the others were fantatsic. Other staff members (bar staff mainly) could do with better customer service skills/friendlier attitude however wasn't the worse I've experienced. The cleaning staff didnt listen to our request for some more handsoap as it was empty when we arrived but maybe they didnt understand due to a language barrier, lobby staff sorted it for us. Beach at the hotel is mainly rocky but provided some beautiful breathtaking sunsets! You can get a bus but only to Kos Town otherwise you will need a taxi to go anywhere else. We decided to hire a car for the week as it woukd have been cheaper than spending alot on taxis. We did get one taxi on our last day as we had given the car back however we thought our lives were going to be over as the driver clearly seemed like he was in a major rush and texting at the same time. Tigaki Beach and town area was only about 8 mins drive and it's stunning, gorgeous beaches and restaurants with plenty of shops. However a word of WARNING: make sure you wear sea shoes! I stepped on a weever fish and got poisoned, without a doubt one of the most painful experiences of my life. The pain is instant and the treatment is unpleasant! It will ruin your day and possibly your holiday and there was no help in site. We were told to go to hospital by restaurant staff and the hotel wasn't very helpful either. Be careful of mopeds- EVERYWHERE and what seems to be no road rules for them. There is a mini shop downstairs in the hotel with friendly staff and the basics that you need. The hotel has no tourist information or any local information, you need to do your own research to figure this out. Overall it's a lovely hotel with some minor adjusments Required. Great for families but if you want to be walking distance to shops/restaurants this won't be the place for you. We had a wonderful time in KOS and the weather when we went was spot on- between 24-32 degrees and mostly sunny. Thank you for a lovely stay! 🩷
