I stayed at this hotel as part of a yoga retreat and overall had a really enjoyable experience. One of the standout aspects for me was how well they catered to my gluten-free diet. The kitchen staff were clearly knowledgeable and accommodating, offering gluten-free options for lunch and dinner, fresh bread available anytime, and even pizza or pasta made on request. This made me feel truly taken care of and able to enjoy my meals without worry.
We stayed in the adults only area, which was a real highlight. It offered a peaceful and relaxing environment with plenty of sunbeds always available by the pool. While the walk to the beach was a bit longer, the calm and quiet more than made up for it.
The all inclusive bars had a great variety of drinks, and the staff, whether at the bar, in the restaurant, or at reception, were always smiling, friendly, and eager to help. Managers were approachable and willing to assist with any requests we had during our stay.
That said, there were a few areas that could be improved, especially for a hotel that positions itself as a five star experience.
Before arrival, we were told that bikes and e-bikes would be available to rent. Unfortunately, once on site, we discovered that the bike offering was very poor, and there were no e-bikes available directly at the hotel. Only two could be arranged through an external rental partner, which was far from enough for our group of five wanting to go on a cycling trip.
Another area for improvement is cleanliness and room design. I found large dust bunnies under the bed on the day of arrival, and they were still there when we left. The rooms are smaller than expected, and the furniture layout could be more practical. For example, our wardrobe could not fully open because it was too close to the wall. The bathrooms also had a small step at the exit, which caused a few accidents among our group. It is easy to miss and can be dangerous if you are not paying attention.
Despite these drawbacks, we had a lovely time overall. The setting, the adults only area, the food, and the positive attitude of the staff made this a memorable and relaxing stay. With a few improvements, particularly in terms of cleanliness, room design, and activity options, this hotel could deliver a true five star experience.

We have really enjoyed our stay for the last 10 nights. Best animation team that looked after kids as well as adults. Thank you to Miki, Lorenzo, Omar, Emma, Luca, Emily, Monika and many more that made our stay wonderful ☺️.

With any all inclusive, not all the food will be to your personal liking, however there will always be something to eat. Outside of that, this whole complex is beautiful and clean, rooms are cleaned daily and maintenence can't be faulted. Service is perfect, pools are perfect, drinks are spot on and beach is perfect.

Family holiday of myself, my wife, my daughter (2 years old) and in laws.
The hotel really is very good. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have good options for all people and ages, remembering it’s an all inclusive hotel. My daughter enjoyed the kids club a few times a day (we did stay with her as we felt more comfortable), however when there is 2 members of staff it’s run well, sometimes there is only one person left to look after a number of kids, there is painting arts and crafts and a good playground to play in. We spent most of our time during the day at the animation pool, where the animation team kept people entertained and the pool and kids pools kept my daughter entertained. A huge shout out to Hedi from the team, he was a huge part of our holiday always taking time to speak to us and put a smile on our faces, my little one took a shining to him as he’s just brilliant at what he does, keeping people entertained and happy on their holiday, thanks Hedi!!
The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the local town, Kardamaina. You can spend a while walking the backstreets looking at the shops, plenty of restaurants and places to get a drink too. You can also get a bus to and from Kos old town, which you get right in front of the hotel. A beautiful old town with a lovely harbour and some interesting ruins.
I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families, we had such a good holiday and may even come back again it was that good!!

Overall it's a brilliant hotel. My only complaint would be the snack bar food it's always cold. Also the evening entertainment is very poor but the animation team are absolutely brilliant 💯. Food is really good drinks are ok location is ok to. I would come back to this hotel and it would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the snack bar situation
