Absolutely amazing location. Fantastic food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing view. Beautiful lobby. The rooms look amazing but you can see some corner/cost cutting with the decorating and repairs. My only real complaint was that maintenance staff kept storing beds and furniture outside of the door to my room.
Overall, great. Highly recommend, just don’t book a room at the end of a corridor.

Amazing hotel, great room with a view across the sea and yards to the beach.
Staff were great and always went out of their way.
Great choice of food throughout the day and a water park which is not too big but great fun.
Highly recommend. Ask for a room with a sea view and you won't be disappointed.

I want to start by saying I had a really lovely holiday here and this is a lovely hotel however 5 stars? I’m really not sure how this rating has been given.
Pros of the hotel
Heated outdoor pool - lovely as in April was a little chilly at the start of the holiday.
Splash park and water slides - great for kids.
Patisserie - lovely cakes in here with lovely views over the beach. I find cakes in all inclusive hotels to be quite dry and bland but these were actually lovely as were the deserts in the restaurant.
Cocktails - quite a broad selection for an all inclusive and they were very nice.
Beach - lovely beach and jetty with beautiful views. Couldn’t fault it.
Cons
Kids club - drawing and watching TV! while my daughter enjoyed it I feel this was due to the friends she had made as when they went home she didn’t want to go again. I also found it bizarre that if you wanted your child to do something like a sand drawing or T-shirt painting while in kids club there was something like a £5 charge!
Entertainment - little flat and mini disco would sometimes only consist of 3 songs but I’m sure this would get better in high season. It was held in a different place every night (I guess due to the weather) but there was zero communication as to where it was being held and reception never really gave a straight answer.
Restaurant/food - bit of a shambles. There was some sort of freshly made bread that people queued specifically for. This was at the start of the buffet. So people would queue behind this bread queue thinking it was the queue for the buffet causing unnecessary long queues. I would suggest this bread be at the end of the buffet? Food was repetitive but decent.
Cleaning - my daughter spilled a little something on the balcony on the first night and it was still there at the end of the holiday which tells me the balcony wasn’t mopped for 10 days! I’m not entirely convinced our sheets were changed and if they were I don’t think often. We left rubbish next the bin that was clearly rubbish but wouldn’t fit in the bin but it was left there day after day!
I am only leaving this review because I do believe this is a hotel that really takes feedback onboard. I think a lot of people complained about the kids mini disco starting at 9pm so it was moved to 8.30pm. Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely hotel and I actually would stay again. 5 stars to me though would mean no room for improvement and to me this hotel needs a little improvement. Maybe it gets better in high season though.

I’d like to share our experience at the hotel. When we first arrived, the reception staff were a bit cold, but everything was handled and we checked in without major issues. Our room was quite hot and small, and the cleanliness wasn’t the best — but it was manageable.
The best part was definitely the view from the room — it was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay much better.
We weren’t very satisfied with the food — there weren’t many options, most of the dishes were cold, and the taste wasn’t great. The hotel activities were mostly targeted at kids, with the same music playing over and over. Although it was advertised that there would be water games and activities, they were very small and only suitable for children. The indoor pool was also very small.
We thought about trying the sauna and Turkish bath, but they were mixed (men and women together), so we didn’t feel comfortable using them.
One staff member, Mr Bülent, was incredibly helpful and kind. He introduced us to many fun activities like jet skiing, boat tours, and sea games — all at good prices. Thanks to him, we had some really memorable experiences.
Unfortunately, the hotel photographer, Mehmet, was rude and unprofessional in his attitude. Because of that, we ended up taking just one photo and leaving. Luckily, the photo turned out nice and we kept it.
The hotel’s location is excellent — close to the marina, and the beach is clean and beautiful, although the water was a bit cold. There were bars and alcoholic drinks available everywhere, which we personally found a bit uncomfortable. It’s something we’ll be more mindful of when choosing hotels in the future.
Overall, we’re leaving with mixed feelings. There were some nice moments, but also several disappointments.

I recently stayed at Orka Lotus Beach and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel I have ever been to. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The entire staff operates with such impressive discipline and professionalism — it truly enhances the experience.
A special mention goes to the Food and Beverage Manager, Necmettin Bey. His leadership is clearly reflected in the high quality of service and the smooth operation of the dining areas. The restaurant manager, Serkan, is also outstanding — attentive, courteous, and always ensuring guests are satisfied.
We were also very impressed by the restaurant staff, Selam and Bülent, who consistently provided excellent service with kindness and attention to detail. Their efforts truly made our dining experiences even more enjoyable.
The food variety and quality were excellent throughout our stay. Every meal was a delight, with plenty of options for all tastes.
Entertainment at the hotel is another highlight. The entertainment manager Hulusi, along with Sultan, bring so much energy and passion to what they do. The whole entertainment team works tirelessly to keep guests engaged and happy, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere every day.
And of course, I cannot forget to mention the spa staff, Elif and Akasya. They always had a shining smile on their faces — I would describe them as the shining sun of Orka Lotus. Their warmth and positivity added a special touch to our stay.
Overall, Orka Lotus Beach delivers an unforgettable holiday experience with top-notch service, beautiful surroundings, and a team that truly cares. Highly recommended!
