This place is absolutely stunning. For the price it cost me and my wife I am blown away. U have so many pools to choose from, u have the main pool if u like entertainment from the staff and quests or u can choose one of the quieter pools with plenty of sun loungers.
Unfortunately only one slide up by the main pool and it's mainly children's slide, I'm a big kid at heart and slides and diving boards would make this place even better but that's my opinion 😂.
The staff are extremely kind, polite and very professional and nope its not all about tips, yes u can tip but they are not doing this just for a tip they actually are this kind and cheerful towards their quests.
The food can do with being better for breakfast, I know you're not in England so saying I want a fry up yea your not gonna get that but it would be nice as it's English tourists by mainly in this hotel and it would be nice to wake up to a proper breakfast instead of just eggs and beans. My opinion anyway.

Rooms nice and spacious. Staff are very welcoming and the views are outstanding. The best member of staff in my opinion was Firat, a waiter at the main restaurant and bar. Another great member of staff is the hotel’s porter, who is very welcoming and helpful. This hotel deserves to be 5 stars.

Currently staying at this hotel for a week away. I had read bad reviews prior to coming but was persuaded by travel agency that it was stunning and people on the reviews were just moaning. Want to make sure that everyone sees a fair and honest review of the hotel before booking and know what to expect before arriving.
The staff are lovely and very helpful.
So far food has been nice and plenty of options.
Pools are clean.
Spa experience was amazing.
The cats really aren’t an issue, think we’ve seen 3.
Mountain View’s are stunning.
Issues…
I’ve had about 4 hours sleep so far, entirely not out of choice! We are in a standard swim up room and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything, from alarms early morning on peoples phones, next door urinating, full conversations and more. Whilst the call to prayer is lovely to hear, it comes across so loud on a tanoy that bellows through the room and startles you awake at 4am. The room is outdated and didn’t even have bedding, just a sheet over the mattress so either sleep without a sheet or bare back the mattress, obviously had to go request blankets ect. The bedside lights are either on or off and buzzing. Everything is an extra charge, wifi is per device, per night and extra to use the safe. Anything metal in the room is rusted. The shower floods the bathroom. And finally, the swim up pool stinks of sewerage.
This hotel is 3* at a push, don’t be fooled by the pictures online.

Absolutely fantastic! We went in the half term at end of May start of June. Weather was just perfect, mid to late twenties when we arrived, 30 or just above last few days.
Reading the reviews you could have mixed thoughts before going here but I have absolutely no idea why. We were there with our 5 year old and 3 year old and with the swim up pool, main pool, slide pool, little kids club and all the food and drink you could want, we were never bored but always relaxed.
The service was amazing from everyone. From the moment we checked in and Burc taking us and all our bags to our room at 2am. Zayna with the kids and mini disco was great, Oscar, Frank, all the waiters, waitresses, receptionists, bar staff, the chefs and ladies in the spa provided a top quality service, not one fault. Friendly, polite, always smiling and nothing was too much.
HOW CAN PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD? There's a buffet of hot food, salad and cold meats/cheeses etc and chilled desserts, fruit, cereals etc at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Different every meal time, different everyday throughout our week. To go alongside this they did fresh pizza and barbecued/grilled meat and fish outside in the evening. You also had the snack bar in the day which is great for a quick burger or fresh pizza for the kids. The fresh pizza and the dough was delicious. Still not done, there is a lady that does the fresh pancakes in the morning that then sits by the snack bar doing traditional Turkish crepe style pancakes, sweet and savory. No they don't do full English like in the UK but that's because you are on holiday in Turkey, live a little and try something different. They even do sausages and eggs and made to order omelettes for breakfast.
Set away in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be there in 5 minutes in a taxi or 15 minutes to one of the hotel's private beaches. We went once to Paradise Beach and it was really beautiful but we had all we needed in the hotel to just chill and unwind and have fun.
Oh the evening entertainment was also great. Zayna and the chap doing the mini disco and keeping the kids entertained followed by Turkish dancers, Mongolian acrobats or live bands. Really really loved it. Highly recommend!
