Having stayed 14 nights i cannot fault this hotel. Food great. Excellent staff. Helpful friendly. Clean. Slightly out of the way. But easy access to town. Beautiful senery. Would definitely stay again

We’re to begin ok the only thing this hotel has got going for it is whether the rooms are two single beds put together and a champ bed for kids unless you ask to be put in a suitable room at that don’t expect much because there’s a lot of complaints about rooms. Unless your a cat lover don’t come to this hotel there everywhere eat of the tables in kitchen area and we’re customers have been having there food there is no English breakfast at all so disappointing food here all inclusive no point unless you like what you have no idea what your eating noting your eye will pick out to be fair same with lunch dinner tea zone star rating smoking in all areas is allowed like an ashtray everywhere you eat. Alcohol there is only one lager it’s severed in a plastic glass it’s drinkable. And cocktails are 50ml bottles with mixer yes joke. Again plastic glasses full with cheap soda. Showers are powerful in the rooms. Plenty of towels air con dripping water they tell you someone will fix don’t happen. It’s 200 lira in a taxi to local town very nice great atmosphere drink food tattoos all items are in sterling. Cash is per fare kids slide is ok pools are clean music entertainment not so good just music repeat same songs over and over again kid’s entertainment good but in German and Turkish I think but kids find it great there’s a belly dancer she was good involved everyone but that ends at 10pm ok my honest opinion of this place they need a proper DJ food needs to be in English and a choice of beer not just one beer oh yeah if want beer from the shop very very expensive two bottles is 10 pound sterling corona that is. I will update as I am still here still rate as 2 star at a stretch.

We had a very good stay here, the staff are very helpful and will do all they can for you, we had an attic room which was fine for us as a couple, it was a little worn looking but we spent very little time in the room. The beds are a bit on the firm side! Mini fridge in rooms have water and soft drinks, kettle with tea/coffee making items. Bathroom has hairdryer and shower gel, towels changed daily. Our block didn’t have a lift which could cause a problem for some with mobility issues. We stayed around the two smaller pools, the larger pool is more of a ‘party’ pool. But as an older couple we preferred the quieter areas, the food is what you would expect of a lower star all inclusive, buffet style with selection of hot and cold, good selection of salads, hot food was only ever warm as once cooked it’s put in lidded servers that don’t hold the heat for long. There is also a BBQ area that serves chicken or beef in the evenings, and a snack bar that does burgers, pizza and pasta. We tried breakfast once, but we’re not early risers and it wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. (Although the omelette station was good ). The spa is worth a visit, the treatments are reasonably priced and very good. The hotel is located outside of the town so isn’t near anything (apart from a water park) so you have to get a taxi if you want to venture out, we walked to the pomegranate garden (restaurant ) one evening, beautiful setting and lovely staff and a 10 minute walk. I stayed at the Sahra Su for 10 days with my friend and her family in June and must say had a very pleasant holiday. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a swim up pool which was extremely clean. We had no issues with cleaning and our room was cleaned daily. I understand the hotel is under new management but I observed nothing but positive intentions by all the staff always asking if we were ok and if we enjoyed the food which I can say we did. There was a new chef in the kitchen so each day the food choices got better. The entertainment team are very friendly and try to get everyone engaged with the daily and evening activities. The overall complex is beautiful and clean and I would definitely come back to this hotel for sure.

It is a perfect place for a peaceful holiday. It is absolute price/performance hotel. There are more then 4 pools which mean you are totally away from crowd. Foods have decent quality and varying. You can get full, no worries 😀 And the personnel is very warm and always there for you. And location of the hotel is amazing, a view of mountains along with the great air which comes from forests. When want to have beach fun you can take shuttle from hotel to the beach in Ölüdeniz which is 15 mins away. Almost every night you can see live events and shows like folkloric dance shows, magicians, salsa shows, etc. And entertainment teams is just great, they working for to make your time valuable and joyful. One more note, last time I've visited was worst than this. They are improving everything which is good for visitors. So, I absolutely recommend this hotel!
