Overall really enjoyed our time at this resort. Rooms: One we had was basic and a little dated, fine for our needs. But they have a range. Staff: were very friendly and helpful. Facilities : In the main area, the resort has a large pool with shallow kids pool, and another pool with slide. There are more pools scattered throughout resort for swim-up rooms, and an adults only pool too. They have a Spa. Sky and Oscar were very persuasive and we enjoyed fantastic, relaxing massage treatments. They offer large range of treatments. They have bars located around main pool area, near snack bar and in main reception lobby. Activities: Throughout the day there's activities for kids and adults at set times from aqua aerobics, water polo, darts, french boules, air rifle shooting. There is a kids club that has activities such as painting/colouring, play area, face-painting, and one day they had a pizza making activity. Evening have a kids disco, and a different show each night, Turkish dancing, singers and more.

This place is absolutely stunning. For the price it cost me and my wife I am blown away. U have so many pools to choose from, u have the main pool if u like entertainment from the staff and quests or u can choose one of the quieter pools with plenty of sun loungers. Unfortunately only one slide up by the main pool and it's mainly children's slide, I'm a big kid at heart and slides and diving boards would make this place even better but that's my opinion 😂. The staff are extremely kind, polite and very professional and nope its not all about tips, yes u can tip but they are not doing this just for a tip they actually are this kind and cheerful towards their quests. The food can do with being better for breakfast, I know you're not in England so saying I want a fry up yea your not gonna get that but it would be nice as it's English tourists by mainly in this hotel and it would be nice to wake up to a proper breakfast instead of just eggs and beans. My opinion anyway.

Hotel rooms are scruffy and missing flooring and door handles and shower doors run down is an understatement. I haven’t seen a Hoover or a mop with clean water since been here for 2 weeks only a dry dirty mop. The food is ok there’s always something it’s not the best though. The children’s entertainment staff on the other hand are awful rude and have a lot of favouritism they never are inviting towards children they charge 750 lira per session per child for sand for kids to play with all these negatives out way the good for us as a family so no I wouldn’t come back.

currently on our last full ish day here with my 2 sons… swim up room is fantastic, great choice of food and drink, all the staff are fantastic and welcoming, it’s my boys first full holiday abroad and they have absolutely enjoyed it and so have i too. would definitely stay here again

We spend 10 days. Good/not so good Good Spa was good Rececipton staff friendly and professional. Excursions rep. Friendly and professional Maids. Cleaned the rooms no problem. Villa with pool. Was nice Not so good Some bar staff rude and don't care. All inclusive wasn't great Food wasn't good .plain. Drinks. Depends on who makes it. Shop expensive. Hair dressers annoying. Nothing but rubbish and farm around hotel.
