Great hotel
Location is great, your a minute walk away from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants!
Very good staff, so friendly and helpful
Sammy from bar staff is great, so friendly he made our holiday extra special, going out of his way to bring drinks to us etc
The drink selection is spot on, plenty of choice with all sorts of cocktails etc, recommend the Ada special
The food is generally good for an all inclusive
There’s sun-loungers and a nice cold pool, in a perfect spot with the sun shining on them from 9am-4pm
There is no entertainment at night but we tend to get a few drinks from the hotel then head on out to the bars, plenty entertainment there
I recommend getting a wifi box from ben at Hek Tour, a 2 min walk away

This hotel isn't for people who want to spend all their holiday in the hotel, there isn't any night entertainment or really any night time atmosphere but the rooms are great, service is fantastic with the staff trying to stop you from actually doing anything other than relaxing and the location is great with the hotel having it's own section on the beach with beds.
Other reviews have moaned about the Irish bar or busy street but once the doors are closed (which they have to be for air-con to kick in) you can't here any noise really.

Rooms are fine. Toilet door didn't shut however. You need to pay a surcharge for the safe in the room.
The guys at the pool bar are the nicest blokes going. They run about all day (10-6pm) doing table service for drinks.
Food quality isn't great. Breakfast was bad, lunch and dinner were OK but it was very bland on the most part. The snack menu is n between lunch and dinner is horrendous. Avoid.
The gym is run down and machines broken, weights nearly split, if you're choosing here for the gym then don't.
Food and gym were a let down. Rest of it was good.
Location wise it's pretty accessible if you can walk. Waterfront is only a street or two away.
Taxi rank, supermarket are just outside the hotel entrance. Supermarket is super cheap
Avoid the Irish bar opposite the hotel, scam artists.

I have read other reviews on this hotel and disagree with quite a few people.
From the moment we checked in, right up until our last day the staff were exceptionally tentative, friendly and helpful. 1st class all the way.
The room we had was more than adequate and cleaned daily, with no issues at all. Fresh towels every day, the toilet bin emptied, bed made and room cleaned.
The pool and outside dining area were also spotlessly clean, with more than enough sunloungers to go round. Again, the staff were great here especially Sammy, who never stop and made a point of trying to remember what his guests were drinking.
We also made used of rhe spa facilities within the hotel for the Turkish bath. This was exceptional, what a great way to end out last day, highly recommend.
The food was good, always more than enough choice at all times and again, staff were great.
A good choice of alcoholic and soft drinks were available throughout the day as well as water in the room, which could be requested from reception when finished.
The location to the beach was superb and local transport.
The only reason, I have not given it 5 stars was due the the excessive noise from the Irish bar that the hotel looks onto. It was unbearable at times, with the odd fight thrown in and a car smashed up.
No reflection on the hotel and their team, sometimes you can't help who your neighbours are.
Overall thank you fir a lovely stay.

Sunbed wars...its real. There are not enough sunbeds to how many people stay. So many people leave towels first thing and are not seen to way past lunch. Most people clear off about 4pm/5pm, so it's much quieter around the pool then and you can get a sunbed if you didn't manage to get one early on, but by that point the sun is going round so over half of the beds are in the shade.
If you're short like me, the pool was just a tad too deep. There is no shallow side. Some of the days, the pool was cloudy and dirty with white bits floating around. I saw maybe the pool got checked twice in the 2 weeks I saw there.
Bizarre ice cream service, first week we went you could only get ice cream for 30 mins, which you queued ages for and if they ran out of flavours they simply didn't replace until days after. They increased the time to a whopping 1hr in our second week.
The serving staff were probably only the positives of the place, and the reception staff almost never understood anything and was unhelpful.
Rooms are standard, nothing special. It was clean, cleaned, and tidied when we did get housekeeping in. Housekeeping always forgot to give additional toilet roll, so we constantly had to ring down for it. If you're on the 5th floor like us, don't expect any running water or good pressure at times. They don't have irons, so make sure you iron everything and bring crease releaser.
Food on offered tailored to brits who have no taste for culture, so sorely disappointed. Didn't go to Turkey for a Sunday roast. Desserts were disappointing, so I barely had any, which was good for my waistline. We've been to many places, eaten many different foods, this was the first time we've faced stomach issues from the food, it wasn't severe but it did ruin a day or 2 of the holiday. Got sick of the drinks by week 2, and the offering was a small selection.
Pool bar snacks only available for 2 hours and was an alright offering.
No entertainment, just music on loop.
Not enough tables and chairs for the evening in the lobby bar, the pool bar was closed in the evening.
It was nice to be in an adults only hotel, but it's a shame people there acted like children and were quite inconsiderate to other guests.
The spa services was good but its a separate business to the hotel I gathered. Good Turkish bath spa and packages.
They also have a rep from a nearby jewellers who was helpful in giving information.
Supposedly, a 4-star hotel. It's 2-3 stars at best. I've stayed at 3 stars, and they were 150% better.
Seemed like some people got a bargain for this place but we paid a lot for 2 weeks, wished we had gone elsewhere in the area.
