My husband and I went there on a short trip only for 7 days. Everything was impeccable and fantastic, even beyond our expectations.
Rooms are pretty and beds are comfortable.
A public beach is 5 min walking and a private beach with deckchairs is 10 min with a bus.
There are activities for children and adults, they are always engaging and fun.
Food was amazing, I am grateful to all the chefs, staff and waiters, they are real stars!
I was so impressed, that in a few days upon arrival I booked a tour to this hotel for my parents.
I wish prosperity to every member of the staff xoxo

Excellent location near the beach.
The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the beach. The food was enjoyable with a good variety, and the entertainment was sufficient without being overwhelming. The hotel's size suited its facilities well, and the pools and amenities comfortably accommodated the number of guests.
The only downside was the absence of the advertised à la carte restaurants on site. However, this was offset by the wide selection of restaurants and shops in and around the hotel.

Disappointing stay – confusing branding, obstructive management, and poor facilities
Our experience at Sundia by Liberty Sun City Ölüdeniz was unfortunately underwhelming and frustrating. A major issue lies in the confusingly similar name to its sister hotel next door – Sundia by Liberty Ölüdeniz – which is significantly newer, more modern, and far better equipped. It’s easy to mistakenly book the wrong one, especially through third-party platforms.
We booked through Booking.com - initially making the reservation for the latter and newer hotel but the booking was apparently processed for the Sun City branch. Upon realising the error, booking.com were completely willing to cancel with a full refund. The management at Sun City (with the exception of the Guest Relations Manager Eylem who tried her best to help), however, were obstructive and uncooperative, refusing to authorise the cancellation or support a simple transfer to their sister hotel, despite the other Liberty hotels (Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz and Lykia) being more than happy to accommodate us and us even willing to pay any extra fees for an upgrade to the Liberty Lykia branch. I must say Emine and Nuray at the other branch were particularly helpful.
Instead, we were offered a token à la carte meal as compensation — which felt incredibly petty and dismissive given the circumstances and as such we didn't accept this offer.
The gym was abysmal — barely functional and almost not worth calling a gym at all. The room was tired and underwhelming, nowhere near the standard expected from a property carrying the Liberty name or anywhere near that of a 4 star hotel.
The only redeeming features were the location, which is convenient for Ölüdeniz, and the buffet restaurant, which was decent with nice views of the surrounding mountains.
All in all, this was a very disappointing experience. Beware when booking – double-check which Liberty property you’re selecting, and don’t count on Sun City management to help if anything goes wrong.

Just returned home after 2 weeks at Sun City. By far the best hotel we have stayed at. Perfect location, good variety of food. All staff polite and very helpful, especially Mustafa in the pool bar and Kerry and the team in the spa, nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team work non-stop and we have never known such a wide variety of entertainment. Would definitely recommend and stay again. David & Katrina Llewellyn

** EDIT **
Yes, the evening entertainment is too loud but everything else has been wonderful. The staff are great, the food is amazing and really fresh. The all inclusive menu has loads of choice. The staff work non-stop to keep this hotel spotless. If we were given a quiet room as I requested before arriving (away from the amphitheater and pool) the evening entertainment wouldn’t have been a problem. The entertainment team do a great job too, it’s just unbearably loud if you’re in a room close by and have little ones who go to bed early.
The beach club is incredible and so idyllic, a must.

The loudest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The evening entertainment is so unbelievably loud. Just turn the volume down - it doesn’t need to be so loud. Do not stay here if you want your children to sleep before midnight. We asked for a room change as our toddler couldn’t sleep due to the loud music/heavy bass on our first night. We were moved to another block and again, it is so loud our toddler can’t sleep. We are only 2 days into our holiday and we dread the nights. You can’t relax on the balcony at night due to the volume of the music outside.
On their website it says
“A quiet, peaceful, quality, and simple holiday in nature.” - this is completely false.
During the day this hotel is lovely - the music is a good volume. The food is great and the staff are friendly. But seriously… what is up with the volume of the evening entertainment??
