I'm a disabled person and the room they first gave us wasn't suitable. I went down and spoke to reception and they could not do more for me. Took me up and showed me another room to find if it was better for me and my daughter. The staff were very good and attentive. They knew how I liked my coffee and were good enough to bring one over to me unprompted. Same with the cocktails later in the day. The food was a little rich for me, but I got by. The rooms were clean and tidy and I would recommend this hotel. The only issue, and this depends on whether you are a sun worshipper, is that the sun rotated around the pool area, so no one spot stayed in the sun all day. Other than that, it was a pretty perfect stay.

We had the best holiday at the piccolo 16-23rd of September. Our room was lovely, overlooked the pool with a beach view and was plenty of space for somewhere to shower and sleep. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to keep us happy and hydrated! We miss them all a lot. We booked an amazing massage package from Civan who explained the deals really well. He also arranged a car transfer to the 5* hotel where the massages are. We wish we had a massage every day! We booked trips including Turkish night and the water park through Ibrahim who gave us a great deal and was such a friendly face with great English! We always found something yummy to eat in the all inclusive! We have booked to stay again next year. Great hotel!

Great hotel, We loved it. The staff are very friendly and work so hard. They aways like to make sure you are having a good time and like to keep you hydrated 😉. Food was lovely, some mixed reviews but I really enjoyed it. Great place! would definitely stop again

We checked into this hotel on the 2nd of September and checked out on the 3rd. This hotel was not what we expected. When we arrived , at the check in we were told if u don’t like the room come down at 9 in the morning and we will chang it for u.(never ever been told this before when u check into a hotel). We were put into an attic room with low ceilings , very dark room, the very small veranda was so small we could both go out at the same time AND there was a notice (you do so at your own risk). No place to hang your clothes apart from a cupboard with a fridge below , no place to put your case apart from in front of the door (which is a fire hazard) we wouldn’t have been able to get out quickly if we needed to. The staff we met when we were there were lovely but that didn’t make up for the accommodation. We were offered another room but they r all the same size. Iam only 5ft tall and I banged my head in the ceiling, we had to actually walk stooped because of the low ceiling. We will certainly not be booking this hotel ever again . We had to fork out another £800 to book into another hotel

Room was spotless bed was changed every day Could do with a chest of drawers in it. Starf were great the guy in the sauna room was great I miss him having a laugh 😃. Overall the hotel was spotless. Thinking of our return next year already. We had 7days we wished we had 10days.
