I’ve stayed in many all-inclusive resorts, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. This place has absolutely no business calling itself a 4-star hotel.
Let’s start with the food: it was awful. Bland, repetitive, and often cold there was no variety there for fussy eaters. The desserts were cheap, tasteless, and looked like something you’d find in a school cafeteria it was just sugary slop passed off as cake or mousse— definitely not what you’d expect from an all-inclusive.
The room we were initially given was a complete shock. The photos on the website look nothing like it. It smelled heavily of stale cigarettes, had stained towels, and felt generally unclean. I refused to stay in it, and the only option we were given was to pay €140 to “upgrade” to a better room — which frankly should have been the standard in the first place. While the upgraded room was more modern, that didn’t make up for the rest of the issues.
The cutlery, plates, and glasses in the dining area were regularly dirty — clearly not properly washed. The pool was overcrowded and visibly dirty, with no available sunbeds. At the beach, sunbeds were available — but at an extra cost, even though it’s supposedly all-inclusive.
Our friends had silverfish crawling around in both their bathroom and bedroom. The room they were moved to wasn’t much better and had the same issue they ended up covered in what looked like bed bug bites. Truly unacceptable conditions.
The reception staff were rude and unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. The bar staff, on the other hand, were kind and welcoming — one of the only redeeming parts of the experience.
The soundproofing in the rooms is non-existent. We could hear music blaring until 5am, plus every cough and conversation from the neighboring rooms. If you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep, forget it.
To be fair, the entertainment was decent, and the beach bar had a nice vibe. But those small positives were completely overshadowed by the long list of problems.
Also please be aware of some of the reviews as staff are asking for peoples phones to write good reviews.
If you have any standards at all, avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not even close to a true 4-star experience. This felt like torture staying here for a week it should be called the catfish hotel glossy photos online and a rundown reality on arrival. Never again.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, rooms are dirty, the cleaners don’t actually clean anything just make the beds. Rooms are not soundproof in the slightest you can hear clear conversations from the room next door. Cups & plates at the bar/dining areas are not clean.
There are bugs in the rooms (we had to move rooms twice because of this). When raising the concern at reception with videos and photos of the bugs we were told “that’s not a bug”…. Even with the video infront of her face she was adamant it was not a bug. I am covered in bites which I believe are bed bug bites, in total I’ve counted 19 bites on my back and legs which is very uncomfortable having to deal with the constant itching and bright red marks all over my body.
Pool area is way too chaotic all day everyday and too small for the amount of guests they take in.
We come on holidays to relax not deal with all of this. We work hard for our money and now feel as though it’s all gone to waste with this holiday.
The beach bar is quite underwhelming surrounded by nice looking hotels and you have to pay to use the sun-beds on the beach which is a total rip off, if you pay for all inclusive I think that should be included!
The hotel is also full of rude guests which I was very fed up of, yes this isn’t the hotels fault but it’s another reason to avoid, people have no manners what so ever, the only people I saw using manners were the British people.
Staff members (entertainment specifically) came around asking for our phones one night and proceeded to write 5 star reviews for the hotel on behalf of us. When looking at the reviews again later on you could see how many new reviews had appeared from them doing this. This is fraud! This is not acceptable and not fair on the people (like us) who were expecting a proper 4 star hotel not whatever shambles this is.

Myself, my husband and two young children visited this hotel last week and it was our first big family holiday. It was the most amazing week we could have asked for!
The room was beautiful, lovely and spacious with a view of the pool. It was cleaned and beds were made each day which was so refreshing.
The washing service was an excellent touch! I did three loads while I was there and went home with a full suitcase of clean washing, ideal when you have to come home and go straight back to work.
The drinks were lovely, bar staff were great! When we went to the disco of an evening my children requested their favourite songs and the barman happily obliged- my kids were so happy!
The magic show was brilliant, including my little boy in their show really made his holiday extra special.
Thank you for the best holiday we ever had. We hope to come back here again one day! 🤍

To be honest, this was my first time traveling to Spain, so having a great hotel was so important. I can't describe how excited I was after checking in because the staff was so incredibly nice. They were always helpful, friendly and spoke 4 languages (so communication was never a problem).
The staff outside of the dining room was also very nice, we always had good conversations and great interactions. Not to mention the cleaner was respectful, always had advice ready and was a great person.
The only thing I struggled with was 1 power outlet, but I also had a single room so it makes sense even if 2 would be better. Apart from that, the neighbors were sometimes a bit noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault
The food was varied, there was always something to eat, like fruit in the morning, scrambled eggs or pizza for lunch. The food was replenished very quickly.
In general the pool was refreshing and the sunbeds for sunbathing, there were enough but I'm sure it would have gotten too crowded at some point.
In summary, I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for varied food, friendly staff (at all levels) and a great experience. I loved it, but that's for everyone to decide for themselves.

Great little hotel for what we needed it for, food, pool and all the bars were brilliant super friendly staff that work very quickly. Not sure why this hotel was an option for our golf break as the hotel isn't really built to cater for golfer's (lots of stairs, very small and slow lifts (only 2!!!) that fit 4 people at a push (6 if you want to get friendly)
Location is brilliant only a 10 min walk to the local town.
Overall very happy with the visit. It's just not for golfer's.
