Myself, my husband and two young children visited this hotel last week and it was our first big family holiday. It was the most amazing week we could have asked for!
The room was beautiful, lovely and spacious with a view of the pool. It was cleaned and beds were made each day which was so refreshing.
The washing service was an excellent touch! I did three loads while I was there and went home with a full suitcase of clean washing, ideal when you have to come home and go straight back to work.
The drinks were lovely, bar staff were great! When we went to the disco of an evening my children requested their favourite songs and the barman happily obliged- my kids were so happy!
The magic show was brilliant, including my little boy in their show really made his holiday extra special.
Thank you for the best holiday we ever had. We hope to come back here again one day! 🤍

To be honest, this was my first time traveling to Spain, so having a great hotel was so important. I can't describe how excited I was after checking in because the staff was so incredibly nice. They were always helpful, friendly and spoke 4 languages (so communication was never a problem).
The staff outside of the dining room was also very nice, we always had good conversations and great interactions. Not to mention the cleaner was respectful, always had advice ready and was a great person.
The only thing I struggled with was 1 power outlet, but I also had a single room so it makes sense even if 2 would be better. Apart from that, the neighbors were sometimes a bit noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault
The food was varied, there was always something to eat, like fruit in the morning, scrambled eggs or pizza for lunch. The food was replenished very quickly.
In general the pool was refreshing and the sunbeds for sunbathing, there were enough but I'm sure it would have gotten too crowded at some point.
In summary, I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for varied food, friendly staff (at all levels) and a great experience. I loved it, but that's for everyone to decide for themselves.

We had a nice stay at Sandos Griego. The location is great, close to the beach and an easy walk into town. It's nearby everything you'd need. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
The food was okay, not Michelin star quality of course, but there was a good amount of variety, so even if something wasn’t to your taste, you could always find something you'd enjoy. The quality felt basic and generous rather than gourmet, but it did the trick. Drinks wise, the house options were a bit underwhelming, though there were better quality choices available at a small extra cost.
All in all, for an all inclusive at this price point, it was a good experience and one we’d happily repeat!

🏨Let's start from the beginning..🛏️
We were met in the middle of the night by a lovely receptionist who spoke English freely and checked us in in literally no more than 5min.
When we entered the room we were nicely surprised by very lovely room (709) which looked like newly decorated. Also there were some sweet treats left on the beds 🥰 .
Talking about cleanliness it was immaculate throughout the stay, and the elder lady who took care of our room (sorry didn't ask her name) was suuuuper sweet and lovely so we couldn't resist ourselves and left her some tips for being so kind.
By the way- a legend of brown blankets do exist! For people from Eastern Europe (like myself) it's no shock as we used to use such blankets all our childhood, and the blankets do their job- they are warm :)
The food: you can find everything you might want- from different breads, to sweet buns and cakes, wide variety of fruits, different flavour ice creams...
Every day is different meat choices (you must try grilled beef steak! 🫠), variety of paellas, stews, pasta dishes.. those who loves salad- you'll find yourself in salad paradise 🥗.
Entertainments every evening. Personally me found the hoster hilarious every time he open his mouth 😆😆😆
We were staying in the hotel during very busy time, but never been struggled to find a table during lunch/dinner time neither sunbed next to swimming pool.
Hotel is situated 3-5min away from the town centre which is very handy, but it's quite during night.
If you find my review helpful -please 👍🏼LIKE it👍🏼
Hope you'll have a lovely time there 🙋🏼♀️

One of the worst experiences — avoid even if all inclusive is cheap!
We had a truly terrible experience here. Even if they offer an all-inclusive deal at a low price, don’t be tempted.
The rooms are extremely dated, and the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. My daughter’s bed even had bolts sticking out, and we had to use towels to protect her from getting hurt.
We asked to change rooms, and while we were allowed to switch the next day, we were given only 20–30 minutes to pack. In the rush, my husband accidentally left his shoes under the bed. We informed the staff immediately, and followed up three times—but were told the cleaners had already checked and found nothing. Later, they claimed that the next guests must have taken them. Apparently, the room was cleaned and prepared in just 5 minutes. No accountability, and no real effort to help us recover the missing item.
Our friends had no running water in the shower or toilet, and doors that wouldn’t close properly.
To top it off, there was a lifeguard drinking on the job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
We love Spain and the Spanish people, but this place was a massive exception. Avoid at all costs.
