We stayed at Rixos Bab Al Bahr for one night with my wife and our 3-month-old son, and the experience was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The all-inclusive experience was outstanding, great food options, smooth service, and a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. Even with a newborn, everything felt comfortable and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a short family getaway.
Special mention to the team for being so attentive and accommodating to our little one, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived at Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah, we felt truly welcomed. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities, but what made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Mr. Mahmoud Shahin. His warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like VIP guests. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his hospitality set the tone for a fantastic experience.
The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the dining options were delicious with great variety, and the beach and pools were immaculate. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Mr. Mahmoud truly stood out.

We are currently midway through our second stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, and once again it has exceeded all expectations. This time we came with my brother’s family and booked a suite room — the space is excellent, beautifully maintained, very clean, and perfect for families.
The culinary team has truly gone above and beyond for us, especially when it comes to preparing fresh meals every day for the babies. Everything tastes authentic and made with care. A special shout-out to Chef Selim, Krishna, and Pradeep for their outstanding work and genuine dedication.
Service across the hotel has been remarkable. Randell and Allen at the Asha Lounge Café consistently deliver outstanding service, and every staff member we’ve met has been warm, attentive, and professional.
A heartfelt thank you to Polina Arzamastseva, the Guest Relations Manager, whose support has been nothing short of perfect. She goes out of her way to make sure every detail is taken care of, and we truly can’t fault a single thing she has done for our family.
We’re already planning our third stay next year. Having visited six other Rixos hotels, we can confidently say that Rixos Bab Al Bahr is by far the best of them all.

We had come with our family for a staycation for the long weekend.. first off Druptee the duty manager made sure our experience at the check-in counter was so smooth! She took time to greet all guests and help us understand about various facilities at the hotel! Our Stay was extremely comfortable with the rooms being amazing! Great experience!

I recently had the pleasure of spending two days at this incredible hotel. This is truly a world-class destination that flawlessly caters to both relaxation seekers and families looking for fun and engagement.
The size and quality of the pools here are astounding. The pool area is vast and beautifully maintained, but the highlight has to be the huge, impressive water slides. They are massive and genuinely fun, providing hours of entertainment for kids and adults. The availability of bar and refreshment services both poolside and beachside means you never have to move far from your spot to grab a drink.
The private beach area is equally stunning. It's clean, well-appointed with sun loungers, and provides all the necessary amenities for a perfect day by the ocean.
The Kids Club is incredibly active and well-equipped, offering a huge variety of facilities and supervised activities designed to engage children of all ages. The evening entertainment is top-tier, offering genuinely entertaining activities that captivate both kids and adults.
I must give a special shout-out to Febin, a member of the restaurant staff. His attitude was consistently helpful, his service was prompt and professional, and his suggestions were excellent. Febin went above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were seamless and enjoyable. It's staff like Febin that elevate a great stay into an outstanding one.
From the huge, exciting pool slides to the active Kids Club and the stunning beach, everything about this hotel is designed for enjoyment and comfort.
