We felt extremely relaxed and well looked after. All of the staff were exceptional and couldn't have done more for us. The accommodation was lovely, with lots of space in the room & bathroom. The pools were great, the best being the Infinity pool and bar, where we spent most of our holiday. The buffet restaurant catered for all kinds, with an amazing selection of foods available. We tried three of the six Al la carte restaurant, with our favourite being the Steak House, OMG the food was perfect!!

I would like say special thanks to Mr Abhilash and Mr Krishna who had helped me with my car. They were very cordial and helpful..kudos to them...!!! Your staff is well trained and takes good care of the guests.
However, being a vegetarian the food selection fot lunch and dinner was extremely unsatisfactory. There were no deserts as well. So I was not happy with the food if I have to be honest. And if this will help to get improvement at your end for your future vegetarian and vegan guests! There are many vegan, egg/gelatin free deserts which xan be easily made by good chefs. It was very disappointing to see it wasn't vegetarian friendly coming from a prestigious resort! Also it was repeat of dal for lunch and dinner. The dinner dish of potato /bittergourd dish was repeated consecutively for 2 meals. Just a suggestion, if you can have a look at how lapita resorts take so good care of vegetarians - probably you can get some views.
It wasnt worth the money we had to spent.

This is the finest resort I have ever visited globally.World-class amenities, numerous pools, restaurants, bars, and fresh shows and entertainment every day.Everyone, from infants to adults, is well taken care of.
The highlight of the resort is its all-inclusive nature!!!!The buffet spread is absolutely incredible and of top-notch quality.
The beach and ocean are crystal clear.
Riding a jet ski is a must-do!
I believe anyone wanting to unwind with their entire family will be spoiled and pampered in the best way possible.
I rate this resort a perfect 100 out of 10.....

We booked a 3-night stay to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday, and I was very excited about visiting Rixos, known for its luxury and family-friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, several things didn’t meet our expectations. The kids club had a strong moldy smell, the outdoor play area was closed, and the kids’ water park had only three small slides. Our bathroom was flooded, which made the stay inconvenient.
The room itself was nice and spacious, but for a hotel with such a high price and luxury reputation, I expected everything to be perfect. The ceiling in the kids’ bathroom was in bad shape, and there was a water leak in the corridor near the kids’ bedroom. The pool water was also quite blurry, which didn’t look clean or well-maintained.
The food was another disappointment — “Seven Heights” buffet was below average, “Toast n Burger” served an inedible beef burger, burnt onion rings, and watered-down drinks, while the Italian restaurant “L’Olivo” was just average (6/10).
Considering the amount we paid, the experience was not worth it. I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously, as Rixos has great potential to offer the high-quality family experience it’s known for.

Our stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr was truly amazing! 💫
The team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Islam for his kind assistance with our luggage, and to Mayada and Shaimaa from the Rixy Kids Club for taking such great care of the kids they made every moment fun and memorable. ❤️
The kids’ activities team is full of energy and creativity, with new events every single day for both kids and adults — you can never get bored here! 🎉
Also, big thanks to Eugene and Gemma from the marketing team for the warm welcome and the lovely surprise in our room. 🎁
The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish.
Can’t wait to come back soon! 🌊💙
