I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr and can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and vibrant at the same time. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority everywhere, from the rooms to the common areas and the beach.
The staff deserve special praise – everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, always with a smile and a kind word.
A very special thank you goes to Romiya, the towel desk lady, who was absolutely the sweetest person I met during my stay. Her warmth, kindness, and positive energy truly stood out, and she made my time at the resort even more memorable. It’s people like her who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience.

Two nights at Rixos Bab Al Bahr felt like pressing the pause button on daily life.
From the moment we arrived, the location itself made us feel relaxed. The welcome lunch was a pleasant surprise. Being vegetarians, we were slightly unsure about options, but that worry disappeared quickly. The spread had plenty of salads and fresh fruits, and what stood out was the staff. They didn’t just point us to the buffet—they asked about our preferences and even prepared special vegetarian dishes on request. That small gesture made us feel truly cared for.
The best part of the stay was the all-inclusive experience. From morning till night, food and drinks were always available, with so much variety that it never felt repetitive. It was like being at a family celebration where everything is already taken care of, and all you have to do is enjoy.
Our days were spent mostly by the pool. The temperature-controlled water was perfect, and the area was spotless. We happily spent hours in the pool on both days, losing track of time. When we felt like doing something different, there were plenty of activities—tennis, table tennis, cycling, darts. It felt good to have fun options without any pressure or planning.
Evenings were magical. After dinner, the resort came alive with entertainment. Live dance performances and music filled the space, and the energy was infectious. The shows were so well done that we found ourselves watching in awe, completely immersed in the moment.
One interesting thing we noticed was the crowd. Most guests were Russian, and at times it genuinely felt like we had travelled to Moscow rather than staying in the UAE. It added a unique international vibe to the experience.
As we checked out, Rixos Bab Al Bahr delivered a memorable stay. Great food, warm hospitality, fun activities, and unforgettable entertainment made these two nights feel much longer in the best possible way.

Our stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect: service, atmosphere, territory and food — truly high-level experience.
Special thanks to the housekeeping team — Denis, Yusuf and Delini. The room was always perfectly clean, very well maintained, with great attention to details. Their work really made our stay more comfortable.
We also had one dinner at Lalezar Turkish restaurant and it was a wonderful experience — delicious food and great atmosphere. Special thanks to our waitress Esha for her kindness, professionalism and warm service.

I’ve stayed here about 4 times already.. and at other Rixos hotel including Rixos JBR. Overall, I really love the hotel Rixos brand and the quality it usually delivers especially for entertainment..
However, during my last stay 6 days ago me amd my family joined us from Kerala.. We just noticed some service inconsistency, especially at reception and the bar. Guests who appeared Western people often received warmer, more attentive service, while Asian guests experienced less engagement.
One moment that really disappointed me was at checkout. I kindly requested 45mins extra minutes as I was preparing to leave with two young children (1 is a baby) i remember i was talking to a kabayan lady in the reception, but despite explaining my situation, there was no flexibility and repeated calls were made to check out exactly at 12:00. A bit of understanding would have gone a long way.. Since it hard to prepare fix things if ypu have babies..
I think that you should re-train all staffs especially this kabayan staffs.. Who are known bwing friendly but this kabayan staffs are very selective in terms of who they give there service.. I think racism is not part of RIXOS vision in terms of service.. But inatill this hotel and I hope service becomes more consistent, empathetic and welcoming for all guests in line with Rixos standards.

I recently had the opportunity to meet with the manager Dr at Rixos to discuss some concerns I had regarding my stay. I was very impressed by how seriously they took my feedback; they truly listen to their guests and take immediate action to attend to your needs, which is the most important thing to me.
As a resolution, the manager provided an upgraded room with a much better view. While it wasn't a free upgrade, he offered a very fair discount that felt like a perfect compromise. It showed they value guest satisfaction and want to make things right.
Beyond the great management, the entertainment here is amazing! It really adds a vibrant energy to the stay. I’m leaving much happier knowing that the team here genuinely cares.
