I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Rixos Bab Al Bahr Hotel for the wonderful and exceptional stay.
A very special thanks to the front desk staff member Mr. Essam, who was extremely kind, helpful, professional, and supportive until the very last moment of our stay. His attitude and dedication truly reflect the high standards of hospitality.
I would also like to thank the hotel management for the beautiful room arrangements made for our wedding anniversary, as well as the cake and the great attention to every detail, which made our celebration even more special.
The place is absolutely amazing, with no faults at all. The services, food, staff, and warm welcome were all outstanding. This was not my first visit to the hotel, but this time it was the most beautiful, well-organized, and enjoyable experience.
Despite the rainy weather and difficult conditions, we did not feel any inconvenience at all. On the contrary, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. I was extremely satisfied and truly happy with my stay.
Thank you to everyone, and I wish you all continued success.

I wrote this on Dec 16th but was unable to post: Today is our last day at the resort and we are leaving very happy and satisfied. We have been to several all inclusive resorts over the years, but the Rixo Bab Al Bahr stands far above. We will be recommending it to our friends and family.
The staff we interacted with in every area (the lounge, housekeeping, restaurants, front desk etc) were exceptional. In particular, I would like to appreciate the exceptional service of Mimi Shimrah who worked in at the main restaurant, Seven Heights. Every single day we were there she was kind, helpful and attentive. Also Kritisha in the lounge created us with a big smile everyday and took such good care of us. Your resort is very fortunate to have dedicated employees like Mimi, Kritisha and countless others.

I had a wonderful staycation at Rixos over the weekend! The resort is honestly one of the best I’ve been to so far. The buffet had great variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room was cozy, the service was excellent, and the overall ambience and vibes were perfect. The kids’ activities were top-notch — not a single minute of boredom for them or us! The beach access and pools were amazing too. 😍
A couple of things could be improved: the coffee/tea options all around the resort weren’t great — they tasted watery to me. And unfortunately, my experience at the spa wasn’t good. The massage was very unsatisfactory and definitely not worth the money I paid. I may have just been unlucky with my masseuse, but the pressure points were all wrong and I actually ended up with shoulder pain instead of relief.
Overall, aside from those two points, the resort was fantastic and I would still recommend it for an enjoyable family staycation!

We stayed at Rixos Bab Al Bahr for one night with my wife and our 3-month-old son, and the experience was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The all-inclusive experience was outstanding, great food options, smooth service, and a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. Even with a newborn, everything felt comfortable and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a short family getaway.
Special mention to the team for being so attentive and accommodating to our little one, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive getaway in the UAE. We’ll definitely be returning!

Room clean well maintained minibar restocked daily with beer soft drinks and snacks
As a couple appreciated adults only areas. Infinity pool a lovely chilled out area couple of afternoon's DJ and saxophonist played.
Buffet restaurant had a fabulous selection of food - had to be something to cater for all needs. I also liked how you were shown to a table.
We booked into the Italian, Steak and Turkish restaurants - I thought the idea that this area was set up like a little village was great! You never felt rushed and each had excellent three course choices - some evenings entertainment was at the stage next to this area
We also went to the Italian/toast and burger on a lunch time so again nice to try rather than buffet restaurant.
Plenty of bars around resort most open until 1am - my only criticism was the sports bar (indoor bar) allowed smoking inside. Good choice of sports on TV even put my partners football teams match on for him when he asked
Staff in all areas where extremely polite and credit to the hotel!
Fantastic selection of drinks cocktails really nice and branded beers
My only criticism which is not the hotels fault! Was on s few evenings there was a most diabolical smell not sure if it was from a factory/building works - as I said not alot the hotel could do about this but on those nights had to go to indoor bars when the entertainment was outside
Entertainment team had activities going on during the day and did a fabulous job on an evening some amazing dancers!
Can't really comment on the rest of the activities as went to chill out for a week so didnt try anything else other than the spa!
Travel time to hotel around 45 minutes by taxi from airport
