My stay at Pullman Ras Al Khaimah was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was also wonderful and extremely relaxing.
I would like to give special thanks to the amazing receptionist Saeed Mohamed. Honestly, he was a major reason behind how comfortable and satisfied I felt throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smile made every interaction pleasant. He assisted me several times with all my questions and requests, responding quickly and in a very respectful manner. He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail.
The service overall was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home. I highly recommend Pullman Ras Al Khaimah to anyone visiting the area, and if I come back again, it will definitely be my first choice. Thank you to the hotel management for such a wonderful experience, and a very special thanks to Mr. Saeed Mohamed for his excellent care and unforgettable service 🌟

During our stay, we encountered a few minor issues; however, the professionalism and dedication of the staff truly made all the difference. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Zak, one of the managers, whose assistance was exceptional. He handled everything with great professionalism and care, and is undoubtedly an asset to the company. Mahmoud from Guest Relations also deserves recognition for his attentive and courteous service throughout our stay.
We also had the pleasure of dining at Zaitouna Restaurant, where both the cuisine and service were outstanding. Refat and Ramzy provided impeccable hospitality and made our dining experience thoroughly enjoyable.
Overall, despite a few initial challenges, the team’s commitment to guest satisfaction ensured a memorable and pleasant stay.

If you are looking for a quiet place to rest, this hotel may suit you. However, in terms of service quality, amenities, and management, it falls far below Pullman standards. From the setup and organization, this property should be classified closer to a Formula One hotel rather than a Pullman. The overall service, breakfast quality, and room maintenance do not reflect a 5-star experience.
It seems that the Pullman brand is being granted too freely to certain franchises without maintaining the level of excellence associated with the name. While some Pullman hotels are truly luxurious, others such as this one, Pullman Charles de Gaulle in Paris and the Pullman in Sharjah undermine the brand’s reputation.
This particular hotel lacks basic service quality:
No coffee machine in the room.
Very poor room service and communication.
Requests such as ice delivery were ignored.
Room phones often go unanswered.
Amenities such as coffee were missing.
The shower area was dirty, and the room was not cleaned to standard.
Overall, be prepared for an experience closer to a 2-star hotel rather than a premium Pullman stay. The management needs to seriously review their operations if they wish to uphold the Pullman reputation. The Pullman brand urgently needs to review to whom it grants its franchise, establish clear value and quality standards, and ensure that all Pullman hotels comply with these standards to maintain the integrity of the brand.

it will be so ungrateful to leave this hotel without thanking the staffs like Shakira who was there for us during our stay she served us at the pool bar the dinner in exchange and now as we are leaving for our lunch in exchange we are going to miss you so much hope this message reaches you the hotel is so nice with the new renovations let's give the flowers to the decent interior in the exchange restaurant and the rooms the TVs are big the beach is reached by a few minutes the staffs are polite the hotel has a nice view she recommended us the sunset hub besides the pool which was really a great ideal every decent person should visit the sunset and the zaituna for nice meats for shisha Dazelish is a great idea and Noor for her excellent service at the buffet. buffet was very delicious we loved it

I had a great experience staying at Al Hamra Apartments. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful with beautiful views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist.
