Currently staying at Pullman Marjan Island in room 307, and I honestly can’t stop smiling.
From the second I walked through the doors, it didn’t feel like just checking into a hotel — it felt like being welcomed home. The reception team greeted me with warmth and genuine care, and I thought, “This is special.” But that feeling didn’t stop there.
Every person I’ve interacted with — whether it’s the support staff, restaurant team, or housekeeping — has been absolutely amazing. Not just polite, but truly kind. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every little detail.
The food? Delicious. The service? Flawless. The vibe? Calm, comforting, and full of heart. 💫
It’s a bit bittersweet knowing the hotel is going into renovation soon… but one thing’s for sure: I’m coming back once it reopens. Places like this are rare — and I’m so glad I found it.

I recently stayed at Pullman Resort, RAK, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly greeted with a smile.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and any special requests were handled promptly and professionally.
One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with Ms. Alexandra—from the front desk to the restaurant and concierge—was friendly, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining, which really enhanced my trip.
The amenities were top-notch as well. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals with great variety and customer service was great by Ms. Christa.
Overall, my stay at Pullman was wonderful. The service truly made the difference, and I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Review of Our 1st day out of 3days stay – Disappointing Experience for a 5-Star Hotel
We are staying here for three nights and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
Upon entering our room, we found it uncomfortably hot. There were no basic bathroom amenities provided such as dental kits, a comb, or a hair dryer. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised presence of a kitchen, but there was none. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not working, and there was a persistent damp, musty smell—like wet carpet.
The pool area was another letdown. The staff on duty were not only inattentive but also impolite, especially toward children. No towels were offered, and guests were instructed—by pointing fingers—to dispose of their used towels themselves. There were about three pool attendants, but they seemed more focused on discussing their shift schedules than assisting guests.
The kids’ play area was particularly concerning. It was poorly maintained and unsanitary. No staff member was present to monitor or assist children, and the toys looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.
We’ve stayed at many hotels, including 5-star establishments, and sadly, this was not up to standard. We expected better service, cleanliness, and basic amenities. This experience left us quite disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the menu had a great variety to choose from. You can really tell they care about quality.
The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again
