Review of Our 1st day out of 3days stay – Disappointing Experience for a 5-Star Hotel
We are staying here for three nights and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
Upon entering our room, we found it uncomfortably hot. There were no basic bathroom amenities provided such as dental kits, a comb, or a hair dryer. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised presence of a kitchen, but there was none. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not working, and there was a persistent damp, musty smell—like wet carpet.
The pool area was another letdown. The staff on duty were not only inattentive but also impolite, especially toward children. No towels were offered, and guests were instructed—by pointing fingers—to dispose of their used towels themselves. There were about three pool attendants, but they seemed more focused on discussing their shift schedules than assisting guests.
The kids’ play area was particularly concerning. It was poorly maintained and unsanitary. No staff member was present to monitor or assist children, and the toys looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.
We’ve stayed at many hotels, including 5-star establishments, and sadly, this was not up to standard. We expected better service, cleanliness, and basic amenities. This experience left us quite disappointed.

Lovely stay at this hotel although rooms are spacious, they are definitely on the older side and could do with some upgrades. Housekeeping also needs some attention or better training as each day we needed to call for towels which were taken and not all replaced.
On the other hand service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic . Arjin went out of his way from our arrival to make us comfortable and provided special care and service for our baby. A special thanks to Arjin, Begoimm and Shakira for your hospitality!
Kids club was also quite enjoyable for my little one and was quite welcomed as an additional activity.
All in all a relaxing stay

The hotel is not bad, but definitely not 5 stars. Water constantly flows onto the floor in the shower, I fell, but nothing broke, thank God. 🥲Breakfast is average, most of the food is oversalted, and you stand in lines for 10 minutes. I would like to note the cleanliness of the room, they clean well. Stuff is good.
