We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel resort al marjan island. Everything was comfortable, clean, and very well organized, which made our family trip truly enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank the front desk staff, and a special thanks to miss Wissal. She was extremely kind, professional, and very friendly with our kids. She made them feel welcome from the first moment, and she helped us a lot during our stay with anything we needed.
Her positive attitude and genuine care really made a big difference for us. Because of her and the overall great service, we felt at home and truly relaxed.
Highly recommended for families, and we will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay, and Naveena at the reception was exceptional, she kindly accommodated our request for a beautiful balcony view. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The concierge team was equally accommodating and attentive.
The location is perfect for a relaxing escape away from the city noise, making it one of the best hotel locations in Ras Al Khaimah. Just a small note: toiletries and bathrobes need to be requested in advance, as they are not placed in the room by default. Breakfast was okay, and overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Stayed one night had a great time, what I paid I feel it was value for money, big rooms, good food & Bevarage, friendly staff who ever you interact to, clean, good buffet setups with good choices, big pool.
Beach is little further away but hotel assists you to reach there. Location of hotel is nice but as of now some construction around which is not in hands of hotel but the noise stops in night. Views are good as well.
May at Sun Set bar was very friendly & service oriented. Zeeshan at The Exchange was very helpful and the rest of staff as well. They make you feel home actually.
Over all very much recommended hotel and I will defiantly stay back again.

Special thanks to Mr. Said mansour at the Front Office for his warm welcome and excellent assistance. The Moroccan food at Dar Zellij was absolutely delicious and authentic. Many thanks to Ramzy at the sunset hub Bar for the wonderful service ( lovely cocktails ) , and sincere appreciation to the Housekeeping team for the amazing anniversary setup — it was a beautiful surprise.

Food and dining were another major plus. The variety, quality, and presentation were excellent, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout. Every meal felt like a well thought out experience.
What truly stood out was the service every staff member went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made a huge difference.
