Well worth a trip out of Dubai. Marvellous own beach, with good authentic drinks. Really friendly staff and fantastic rooms. Dinner (a bit expensive restaurants) and breakfast good too. For the quality you get the room prices are very affordable. A perfect place to spend some relaxing days.

Amazing hotel and resort - well equipped for families. Room is so clean and has great amenities - thank you Thaw for your services. The pools are really clean and although the hotel was fully booked, we were able to always find sun loungers. The food as set this hotel apart from others we have stayed in - there is plenty of choice for vegetarians and a great choice for kids too. Even the fussiest will have ample amounts to eat. Kids club was also great and our kids (3,4 and 5) enjoyed going there. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond. A memorable first big family holiday.

Comfortable Beds: Despite potentially outdated rooms, the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. Excellent Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff provides exceptional service, especially for celebrations. Attentive Staff: The staff, particularly at the Salt Bar, is friendly and attentive, creating a positive atmosphere. Decent Drinks with All-Inclusive Option: The all-inclusive package offers a good variety of drinks, although choices within categories might be limited. Quick and Easy Check-in/Out: Smooth check-in and check-out process. Cons: Outdated Rooms: The bathrooms and bedrooms in some areas show signs of age, with potentially outdated fixtures and a need for modernization. Awkward Toilet Placement: The bathrooms have a specific design flaw - the toilet placement is awkward and might require guests to sit sideways, causing discomfort. Bland Food: While the food variety is decent, the overall flavor profile is bland for some guests. Stained Crockery / not properly cleaned and overused: Some guests have reported issues with cutlery and crockery, including crockery not cleaned properly and coffee cups with stains. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again

The resort is very beautiful, the pools, beaches and all facilities are excellent. However, we took the all inclusive package and all the waiters seem to treat us differently than the regular guests. We felt we were being treated a bit rudely and the waiters didnt seem eager to even give us the menu or take our order

They have a private beach access which is very nice to enjoy and provides good customer service. This hotel is situated in a huge area and has more activities also. Nearby there are more available things like restaurant public beach have taxi service all the time near hotel.
