Stayed here in a golf course facing room. The room was lovely, large king and a huge balcony to enjoy a morning coffee.
Very spacious dressing room and bathroom also. Just what you'd expect!
Live piano in the lobby and falcons to hold on arrival.
The staff couldn't be nicer, the booking was very easy over the phone.
We ate in the resteraunt, the food was delicious and fast service! A good children's menu also.
The pools and beach are excellent 👌 lots to do or just lounge on a chair.
We will absolutely be back, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
To add.....my daughter left her doll in the hotel room. We only noticed once we got home. The hotel was amazing, it had found the doll and stored it, then we arranged postage to our house, supet quick and amaxing service! Thank you

Stayed 5 nights in November 2025;
Great Hotel, all the staff is professional and always of goodwill, on some occasion we noticed that training could be perfected, but nothing bad.
Hotel itself is not new and it shows, some wears here and there but still very comfortable.
During our stay we used most facilities, tennis courts, spa, gym, we noticed a lot of attentions from the staff which was really appreciated.
Rooms, are large and comfortable.
The only downside to us was the quality of food at the buffet, it is not bad, but not great either (breakfast and dinner included in halfboard) I think at this price point it could be really better with more variation everyday.
We had lunch and dinner at other restaurants of this hotel, it was good, especially the Lexington Grill, good quality, great cooking, and staff was really amazing. It is expensive though, but usual for this type of resort.
On our last day, during a talk with desk staff, they mentioned the hotel was at full capacity, I find it hard to believe honestly because hotel felt empty, we never had to wait for sunbeds, breakfast, or anything else. Maybe this is true because of the renovation (which was not really a disturbance to be honest)
All in all, except for the buffet which became quickly boring and disappointing, everything was absolutely perfect, thanks to all the amazing staff, always smiling, always accommodating.

Great Family Staycation with Excellent Kids Facilities – Minor Room Issue on First Night
We spent a relaxing 2-night family staycation at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah from December 16-18, 2025. Overall, it was a lovely experience, especially for families with young children.
The property is beautiful and very family-oriented:
The kids' pool with water slides was a huge hit – we spent hours there, and our child had endless fun splashing around.
The kids' play area and club offered plenty of activities, games, and opportunities to play with other children in a safe, engaging environment.
The private beach is stunning, though unfortunately, the weather was overcast with intermittent rain during our stay, so we couldn't enjoy it as much as we'd hoped.
Dining was a highlight – we had breakfast and dinner at Qasr Al Bahar restaurant. The buffet selection was excellent, and the staff were outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always happy to customize dishes for our child's preferences and dietary needs.
The only downside was on our first night: strong winds caused loud rattling noise from the balcony door (which had a small gap and wouldn't seal properly), leading to inconsistent AC cooling and disturbed sleep. Maintenance promptly responded, initially setting the temperature very low (to 18°C) as a workaround, but it was uncomfortable. The next day, they applied a temporary adhesive tape fix to seal the gap, which resolved the noise and cooling issues completely – the second night was peaceful.
Despite this small hiccup (quickly addressed by the team), we had a wonderful time and would recommend the resort for families seeking luxury with kid-friendly amenities. The facilities and service truly shine!
And Lastly, Falcon Junaid and Team are really great and ensure that kids are entertained. This really shows how the whole team ensures that family is engaged in activities and get to spend good time during stay

We stayed at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for our anniversary, and it was genuinely the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The team is exceptional IN every possible way; warm, attentive, and extremely professional. The hospitality and service were flawless from start to finish.
Dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with breakfast easily being the best hotel breakfast I’ve had all year. Even the iced coffee was next-level, which is rare for hotels.
The room was incredibly spacious for a non-suite, the balcony view was stunning, and the beach and pools were pristine. Every detail felt intentional and premium. Truly top-tier in every sense — we couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return.

A truly luxurious hotel in every sense of the word. The receptionist was very polite and respectful, and he upgraded our room when he saw we had children aged 7 and 8, since the lobby was crowded and he didn’t want us to wait any longer. The room was extremely elegant—almost like a suite (unfortunately, I forgot his name). Many thanks and appreciation to him.
The lobby was very classy, and their desserts and coffee were delicious. The breakfast buffet was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend this hotel.
