⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach & Resort was absolutely wonderful and truly luxurious. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere with stunning surroundings. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team, who did an exceptional job. Dhamika and shahbaj were outstanding—very professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. The room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized thanks to their hard work. Their dedication and warm attitude really made our stay more comfortable and memorable. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality at this resort are top-class. I highly recommend Sofitel Al Hamra Beach & Resort and would definitely love to stay here again.☺️

I booked this hotel for my cat’s first birthday and I was astonished by the amazing service of every single staff member. They are all super nice and I want to especially thank Sheilyn for spoiling my cat for her day she put balloons in the room, little gift for my girl and a cake for us! Everyone adored my cat and it was heartwarming to watch 🥰 and to Thin from East restaurant she surprised us with a cake and made sure we were all taken good care of. Very pleasant attitude of the ladies thanks to them for making our stay and my baby girl’s celebration even more special. ❤️ The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the room was lovely, the view is spectacular especially the lagoon we loved it! Definitely one of the hotels that wont disappoint you have to keep coming back to 🥰

We would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Mohsen, the Duty Manager at the reception, who was absolutely exceptional throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Mohsen was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. He helped us resolve an issue with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, truly setting the benchmark for what hospitality, guest relations, and hotel operations should look like. What made our experience even more special was his personal touch and care, which played a big role in making our stay unforgettable, especially as we were celebrating my wife’s and son’s birthdays. His dedication and positive attitude made our entire family feel valued and well taken care of. Mohsen is a true asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for the outstanding service he provided - I would even say that if there is any reason for me to stay again then it would be him and his attitude. Highly recommended.

It was truly a wonderful experience to visit Sofitel Al-Hamra with family. The location is beautiful and convenient. The Staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. The choices for food is brilliant. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and with a relaxing view. There are so many of the Staff,who made our stay comfortable & exciting with their friendly & helpful ways & their efficiency. Ivy, Kanchan, Technocious, Thin & Abhishek at breakfast especially Kanchan with her always welcoming smile, we really appreciated the "See you soon" Cake they organized on our last breakfast, Thank you so much 😄, Rachel & Su who were very helpful at the Spa, Maharram at Front desk, The lady(we did not get here name unfortunately)who answered when we dialed '0' was so polite and always wonderful to talk to and helpful no matter what time and no matter what was the question or request, Nay, Charlene & her colleague(I could not get his name unfortunately)at pre-dinner, Nay's service and attentiveness was especially efficient and professional, Ahmed at swimming pool was very helpful and he always immediately left what he was doing to assist us and show us the location of everything & finally Christopher at Concierge was truly the best person we could meet at the entrance for arrival and when departing, he really made us feel welcomed and comfortable, showed us and explained everything in detail in the room and around the whole Resort with patience and friendliness while moving our luggage for us. He really made our arrival and departure so easy and comfortable in every way. The Resort met and exceeded our expectations in so many ways and we all enjoyed our stay so much. We felt so relaxed and it truly was a beautiful place and a beautiful holiday. The few things that could be improved would be the Egg Counter and the Shower areas near the Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay very much at Sofitel Al-Hamra and we really look forward to our next trip there😊👍👏👌😄. Thank you all so much for your lovely efforts.
