I had an amazing experience, and I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
The pool was definitely the highlight of my stay — clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere around the pool is perfect for unwinding, and the service there was exceptional.
A special thank you to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail added real value to my stay.
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciate how quick and organized everything was after a long trip.
A special mention to Nadi, the manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He leads the team with excellence and ensures every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of.
Overall, a fantastic stay — I will definitely return and highly recommend Sofitel Hamra to others!

It was great to be back at Sofitel Al Hamra. This is truly an amazing property with stunning design and fantastic facilities.
I want to make a special mention of Mazen at the dinner buffet. He provided perfect service and is such a humble person. He really made our dining experience special.
A big thank you also goes to Jaydee at Club Millésime. The club itself is great with good snacks and service, but Jaydee really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.
We visited during the UAE National Holidays, so the hotel seemed a bit over capacity at first, but the staff worked incredibly hard to manage the rush. Outside of the holiday dates, the property was super quiet and relaxing.
Finally, I must mention Swami and Ahmed at the pool and pool bar. These two are very hard-working chaps who took great care of us.
Overall, the whole team is working hard to deliver a great experience. I am already looking forward to coming back to this property!

My recent two-day stay at sofitel in Ras Al Khaimah was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire environment was beautiful, and everything was impeccably clean and tidy.
A special thank you and high praise must go to Vishak and Lalit, absolutely amazingly and took care of room very well. They went above and beyond to ensure the room was spotless and comfortable,vivek was always polight and helpful and alway tried to make my kids smile , we were searching for the kids play area and atif was verry kind to take us there and I was especially impressed by how neat and tidy they kept all of my personal belongings. Their dedication to service truly elevated my stay.
I highly recommend this resort and look forward to visiting again.

Our stay at sofitel Al Hamra Beach resort, actually exceeded our expectations for the price we paid, it was definitely great value. The staff were genuinely nice and welcoming, and they really made a huge difference in our stay. Always polite, smiling, and ready to help with anything we need. Specially to Vamshi who always has an open hand and make sure that we have a comfortably stay and to lalit who was clean our room. The staff there were fantastic and very attentive. The food quality was decent and the view in our balcony was so great.
The service, value, and staff hospitality will really consider that we will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely experience at the hotel and would like to give special recognition to Ahmed from the swimming pool team.
Ahmed was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We had placed our belongings by the pool to keep them away from the water, and when it suddenly started to rain, Ahmed noticed immediately and covered our items with a towel to make sure they didn’t get wet, without being asked. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us.
Ahmed is kind, observant, and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and deserve recognition. People like Ahmed are what make a stay memorable.
