Overall, I had a great experience staying in Hampton. Room was very spacious, basement parking is available onsite and staff are extremely friendly, and thoughtful. Breakfast had a great variety of all possible items and very fulfilling. Helpers at breakfast were also very friendly and attentive to needs. However, I didn’t have the most pleasant experience when booking my SPA at the hotel. The person who was making a reservation clearly tried fooling me with prices until I pointed it out. He then laughed it off and charged me the correct price. That moment left a bitter feeling in me as I haven’t experienced such incident before. SPA experience itself was great and therapists were amazing.

Amazing service, such lovely friendly staff. Very clean & modern hotel, spotless beach, great food & drinks. Staff are great - Especially Habiba in the main restaurant who made my mum’s birthday extra special, Sam on the front desk who is very professional, Mada who’s very welcoming and his exercise classes in the water are the best & Ahmed from the wellness centre who is fun & friendly.
Only issue here I can find is some guests are rude & greedy and the polite staff can struggle to keep them under control, especially at the bar or buffet; but I appreciate it is difficult for them.

had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island! The hotel was clean, modern, and had a very relaxing vibe. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The beach and pool area were well-maintained, and the views from the room were beautiful — especially during sunset. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh every day. Overall, it’s a great place for a family or a peaceful getaway. Definitely worth coming back!

We stayed at this hotel for 17 days, and our last day was ruined. We took a tour, and the lobby staff member (Russian-speaking), Milana, said we could reschedule our missed dinner for the day of our departure.
We asked the lobby staff several times beforehand about rescheduling dinner for lunch, but they didn't tell us that if we rescheduled dinner for lunch, we wouldn't be able to enjoy the all-inclusive package.
In fact, we missed dinner on the all-inclusive package, and lunch was supposed to be all-inclusive, but on the last day, Milana said we could only have a meal and coffee/water.
Why should we drink water/coffee/tea when we had paid for dinner on the all-inclusive package?
What kind of concept is this at this hotel?!
Nothing is for the people; there's only one desire to profit from them and squeeze all their money out of them!
However, there were other tourists who also went on excursions and their wristbands weren't cut off, and they used the all-inclusive system.
Example: We previously vacationed in Cuba, and our flight was also in the evening, so our wristbands were cut off, but we still enjoyed the all-inclusive system.

They also asked us about our luggage, whether we needed help, told us what time we should come up, and even told us the time. We waited and waited, but no one came. Why then call and ask...
We can also drop off our suitcases, but what was the point of calling?!
Bottom line: we were deceived, our mood is ruined, and we thank you for ruining our vacation!
I just want to say a huge thank you to Ahmed for the music, dancing, and atmosphere; without you, everything would have been worse!

Though we are expats in the UAE who works for more than a decade here, it is our first time to visit this hotel. I can say that this place is a haven to most people who lives in the urban area where smoke and noise pollution is very rampant.
Hampton by hilton by far is one of the most promising hotel here in the Emirates. I might compare it to the other hotels we have been too. The staffs are all so friendly. Special mention to Mr Carlo in the front desk, Ms habiba and Ms Nadi in the restaurant and our resident house keeping at 3rd floor were all so approachable and very kind.
We would surely comeback on this place as overall stay was very satisfying. From the very spacious and neat rooms and corridors, wide variety of foods serve in the restaurant, nice and relaxing pool and beach view and all the amenities. Everything was so exquisite that we wanted to more extend our stay!
This place is not only recommended for family but also for group and company outings or if you just wanted to escape for the noise of the busy city and wanted to relax.
The value of the price is morethan worth it. Kudos and thank to all the staffs! This is definitely not our last time to stay here.
