Just returned from a 5 night stay with friends staying in one of the apartments. Despite some of the negative reviews, I could not fault this hotel for the price paid. Yes, the rooms may be slightly outdated but they are clean, big enough, with good showers and beds and AC that actually works! We were charged a €30 deposit on arrival and this was returned not even 24 hours after check out. Staff helpful and friendly, and you can speak with them via WhatsApp. Pool was clean and had a chill vibe with a mixture of people. Food at the pool bar was excellent. 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the New Town Strip, 10 min taxi to Old Town. Would definitely return

We stayed here back in June for a stag do, and unfortunately a few things unfolded that were unexpected. At the time, we were told we would receive a partial refund. I felt the situation was handled well enough that it didn’t need to be made public in a review, so I trusted that it would be resolved.
However, after returning home and waiting several months, the refund has still not been received. I trusted Marco to do the right thing, as he seemed genuine, but it’s now clear that I was being put off.
My advice: be very careful when handing over money. Do not book directly through their website, use a trusted third party, so you have a formal route of complaint and can ensure you get your money back if an issue arises.
Wouldn’t recommend purely because you would want the company to do right by the people that are paying for the service however that doesn’t seem to be the case at this place.

We're worried after reading some reviews but our apartment was very nice. Clean, modern and spacious. Pools can get a bit busy with groups but if you have children then earlier in the morning or later in the evening was a bit quieter. We would come back.

Apartment was spacious with a sea view from the balconies. Beach down the wooden steps was perfect. Hotel staff really helpful on WhatsApp. No issues with noise. Lovely holiday.

My family and I had 3 night in one of the apartments. The issues started right away with the shower and sink flooding all over the floor. They sent someone the next day but we still had water leaking from a sink they fixed also. There were bugs everywhere and all the food we bought had to be thrown out. He sent someone to spray and that did nothing. They refused to give us any type of refund.
