The hotel is very nice. Fantastic view and you can only hear sound of ocean. The poop and spa is nice. Beaches next to the hotel are very beautiful. At the arrival we had issue with rooms for one of our bookings but next day was sorted. Cleaning ladies were the best!! Breakfast was good and everything was clean. Great value for the price and that ocean view from the balcony was priceless.

A lovely place to stay. The rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean and all the staff were helpful and pleasant. Our sea view room on floor 7 was great. The food was plentiful with lots of options. It was very quiet in the hotel but that suited us for a week away before the craziness of Christmas back home.
I used the pool area twice - it was quite dark in the pool so initially I nearly banged into structures in it. It would be a good idea to have a costume spinner.

We enjoyed our week long stay here in February when temperatures were around 12 to 17 degrees. Our main reason for booking here was that this is one of the few places with an indoor pool - an important feature when you have a kid and the temperature is too cold for the outdoor pool even though the outdoor pool was maintained each day for swimming. We only ate the set buffet breakfast which was fine for us as there were plenty of choices. Dinner menu theme changes each day but we didn’t try it, instead opting for local restaurants. The place is located off the ocean - mid way between Sagres and Faro - a convenient launch point for a car drive to visit different locations along the coast all week long. Eg the famous Benagil caves are less than 20 minutes drive away.

I got what I wanted - a calm, relaxed time. Very friendly service, good breakfast. Spa zone and massage is good. I used it regularly.
Everything you need is within walking distance.
Beautiful beaches around, hiking along the coast is a must.
I enjoyed the view from the window.
The only downside is the renovation isn't fresh. But it's clean for my experience in Portugal.

Good sized hotel, very friendly and helpful reception, choice of rooms when asked regarding an upgrade, staff did there best to give a good rate for our request. Thete is a well equipped Indoor fitness gym, facilities excellent. big heated indoor pool with a hot tub plus steam room/Sauna. The grounds are well maintained there are tables, umbrellas all over the open area plus you get amazing views of the sea and beaches that surround the Hotel. A big outdoor pool with shaded areas with seating with snack bar open in the summer months. Parking onsite a bit limited if you rent a car. Spa onsite if you fancy treating your body to some Tlc, shop onsite but not for essentials. There is also a pool table and other machines for entertaining the kids while you have a drink in the Tapas Bar which is a scent size. Overall I would definitely return and enjoy this hotel again.
